About this house rental
Beautiful and spacious 2-storey detached house located in the coastal area of the town of Can Picafort. It overlooks the village and it can accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor there is the property’s garden, which features 1 90m2 paved surface. In this area you have access to 1 Ping-Pong table and 1 mobile barbecue to delight your guests with your dishes cooked outdoors. On the first floor, you will find the large furnished 29m2 terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing in one of the 2 sunbeds to which you have access; or eating and dining feeling the breeze. The privacy of the property is partial, and there is space to park 1 vehicle on the ground floor.
The comfortable living room of this house offers an ideal space to unwind from the daily routine watching satellite TV or through a good read. In the furnished dining room you can enjoy large after-eating talks, sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen, which has been recently renovated, provides you with a perfect and well equipped (with electric stove) space to carry out any recipe you intend to. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and you also have access to 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms and they all have direct passage to the terrace. 2 with 1 double bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and you can use the crib available for your use on any of them. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with shower, 1 on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has A/C.
The setting of this house is very nice and at the same time is situated near the tourist area of Can Picafort. In the village there is a market every Friday morning, where you can buy various local products. Can Picafort has beautiful beaches where you can relax or enjoy practicing water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. The area gives you access to boat trips to Formentor from the port. In the promenade of the area, there are a variety of bars and ice cream shops where you can enjoy a drink on a terrace relaxing with friends or family.

This house Elianto was really nice! Very clean everywhere and the equipment in the kitchen was very good, much more than we expected. We could sit inside or outside on the porch, both very comfortable. In the backyard the children could play and we could have our car there instead of in the street. Just a little walk to the beach and quite close to two big shops for food. We had a wonderful week and our travel assistances and the owner were very nice. We really love to come again!

Der Service bei Homerti ist super. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Also unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Leider war die FeWo Elianto sehr laut, was aber nicht der zentralen Lage geschuldet war. Es waren mehr die Altglassbehälter direkt am Grundstück. Dort erfolgte die Flaschenentsorgung bis spät in die Nacht. Gegen 02:10 Uhr war dann endlich Ruhe. Über den Tag sorgten 4-5 Hunde in der direkten Nachbarschaft für eine stetige Beschallung.
Ansonsten eine super Wohnung, eben nichts für
ruhige Stunden.

Lage ist super, sehr nahe an Strand, Restaurants und Läden. Alles sehr geräumig, grosser Balkon und platz für Autos. Pingpongtisch war super (mit 2 Schläger). Leider hatte es keine Gewürze, Salz, Essig etc. Wir mussten alles kaufen, damit wir kochen konnten. Ausserdem hat es kein Geschirrspüler. Um ca. 1 Uhr in der Nacht kam immer der Müllabfuhr. Ansonsten war alles super.

We had a fantastic family holiday here at this superb accommodation. The accommodation is exactly as photographed and described. Plenty space inside and outside. We are a family of four (4yr and 5yr old boys), and this place was ideal. So central, a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Very secure with locked gates. It was quiet at night, we didn’t have any issue with noise. I couldn’t rate this accommodation highly enough and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gabriela.

Es hat uns in der Wohnung sehr gefallen - wir waren mit 3 Kindern dort und hatten viel Platz! Die Terasse ist toll! Die Touristen-Ausgeh-Meile ist gleich nebenan, stört aber nicht. Hingegen war es spätabends manchmal etwas laut wegen Konzerten aus nahen Hotels oder von der Müllabfuhr. War aber ihm Rahmen!

Super Lage, direkter Zugang zur Fußgängerzone aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr sauber und super ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und war einfach perfekt, da sie entweder oben auf der großen Terrasse oder unten spielen konnten, da beides absperrbar war. Sehr nette Hausbesitzer, jederzeit zu empfehlen. Great location with direct access to the pedestrian zone but still quiet. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We was there with our two children and it was just perfect as they could either play up on the large terrace or downstairs, as both could be locked. Very nice homeowner, to be recommended at any time.

Die Lage war topp. Trotz der nahen Fußgängerzone war es sehr ruhig, mit Ausnahme der nächtlichen Müllabfuhr. Das Haus hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Vermisst haben wir nur einen Geschirrspüler, welcher aber auch nicht im Inserat stand. Ständiges Abwaschen von Hand im Urlaub bei einer großen Familie ist dann aber schon nervig. Trotzdem ein schönes Objekt, was wir weiterempfehlen können.

If you are looking for a beautifully large and spacious apartment for up to 6 people close to everything you need and parking on the property you should definitely consider this apartment. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and wished we could've stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is like the photos and the location is great, shops and restaurants just around the corner and the beach two blocks away. The host couple was very nice and friendly. Thank you! There was a slight confusion during check-in as we had gotten information there would be a code box to get the keys, but there wasn´t. Instead the host would meet us to give the keys, but they were told we would arrive 30 min after we actually did. So suggestion to call the host when you leave the airport so they know when to meet you at the house.
