Villa of 130 M2 completely renovated and decorated with care. Located in the protected historic district of Lacanau, on the heights of the city, surrounded by maritime pines.
An ocean view from the bathroom will accompany your sunrise.

2 bedrooms with double beds, including 1 very large bedroom with flat screen TV.
2 single beds.
1 bathroom + 1 separate shower cabin. 2 WCs, 1 of which is separate.

Heated swimming pool facing south (weekly maintenance included) secured with electric shutter, sunbathing, not overlooked.

In the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the town center, the villa benefits from complete equipment, including 2 flat screen TVs, Blue-Ray player, hi-fi bluetooth speaker, alarm, gate.

A refrigerated cellar awaits you and allows you to taste, according to your desires, quality white, red and rosé wines (Médoc and Haut-Médoc for the most part) including some very great Bordeaux vintages with rare vintages (prices displayed ).

Household linen included.
High speed Wi-fi Internet access, Hi-Fi, games, plancha, terraces.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bliss. The interior and exterior of the house are beautiful and our teenage girls loved the pool and the outdoor space. The house had all the amenities we could need and is in a great location in Lacanau Océan, just a short walk from the beach and the centre. We would highly recommend it to anyone. We were a bit surprised by the expensive cleaning charge at the end of the stay which we had not been expecting. Communication with the house manager was good.

Une Uper semaine en famille

Nous avons pu profité pleinement de Lacanau grāce à la situation idéale de la maison (tout à pied : plages, centre ville, courses… ) dans un quartier super calme et un cadre parfait. La maison est charmante, très bien décorée et entretenue et la piscine esr un vrai plaisir ! L’arrivée et le départ ont été faciles. Bref un séjour parfait!

La maison idéale.

Nous avons passez une semaine idyllique. La maison de Ludovic a été entièrement refaite et décorée avec le plus grand soin. L'intérieur comme les extérieurs sont sublimes et pensés dans les moindres détails pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Le gros + un emplacement parfait qui permet d'être au calme tout en étant à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de tout ! Plage, commerces, restaurants, animations... Un grand merci à Ludovic ainsi qu'a Véronica et et Christian qui nous ont accueilli à notre arrivée.

Maison à 2 pas de la plage et du supermarché, des restaurants, très agréable à vivre avec toutes commodités. Piscine au top et petite pergola et matériel de jardin avec grands matelas bien agréables pour siestes et déjeuners au soleil. Loueur de vélo également très proche

Leider trifft die Beschreibung des Vermieters über das Objekt nur teilweise zu. Es handelt sich um eine modernisierte alte (kleine) Villa, welche durchaus Charme hat. Zutreffend und positiv ist auch die ruhige Lage in fußläufiger Strandnähe. Der in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnte "Concierge-Service" ist die Verwalterin des Objektes, welche nur französisch spricht und im Zweifel nicht erreichbar ist (weder telefonisch noch per WhatsApp o.ä.). Das 1. OG hat komplett schräge Wände. Die in der Objektbeschreibung angegebene Klimaanlage, welche für uns ein maßgebliches Argument war, das Objekt im Sommer zu mieten, sind in Wahrheit nur Deckenventilatoren. Die 2 Schlafzimmer befinden im DG, welches sich entsprechend aufheizt. Die Deckenventilatoren schaffen hier so gut wie keine Kühlung, insbesondere im 2. Schlafzimmer, welches nur ein sehr kleines Dachfenster hat. Des Weiteren stimmen viele Details nicht: Billigste unbequeme Gartenstühle draußen, 6 abgezählte Handtücher für 4 Personen, Gläser sind fast alle blind oder haben deutliche Spülränder, nur 1,40er Betten, der Einstieg ins Dachgeschoss ist so eng, dass man sich permanent den Kopf stößt. Zusammengefasst ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unzureichend.

We were with our two kids in this lovely villa and have had perfect summer holidays there! The interior design was great and comfortable and we enjoyed the garden area with the swimming pool every day. You can walk in a few minutes to the fabulous beach and also to the restaurants and shops, supermarkets,... We enjoyed the stay in the house very much and recommend it to everyone, who wants to have luxury and calm vacations. We would love to come back to this fabulous spot! Thanks a lot to the very friendly owners and to Mr Saute, who takes care of the house and was very helpful during our stay!

Un séjour merveilleux !

Notre séjour s'est déroulé à merveille dans cette maison ancienne qui a été rénovée et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Située dans le très joli quartier nord de Lacanau-Océan, tout est accessible à vélo en 5 minutes (océan, supermarché, restaurants, boutiques). La piscine chauffée est très agréable et se prélasser sur les bains de soleil est un vrai bonheur. Les photos et le descriptif sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité. A relever encore la grande disponibilité des propriétaires et du gestionnaire sur place (réponses rapides aux courriels, attentifs à nos souhaits, etc.). Nous ne pouvons donc que recommander cette location et souhaitons aux futurs locataires autant de plaisir que nous en avons eu. Annick JAN - Genève
