Beautiful apartment in great location close to the town centre and many restaurants. M &Mme Thomas were wonderful hosts, meeting us at the station and advising on the local amenities. The parking garage at the property will only accommodate a small car, so beware if you plan on renting a vehicle to tour the area. We would be happy to return in the future

A fabulous property with great views towards the aquarium. A spotlessly clean apartment fully fitted for a perfect stay. Great host and hostess welcome guests and explain how everything works, including all household fittings. The coding of the lift and the access to the underground garage .... very welcome in hot weather. Easy access to all amenities and a few minutes walk to a range of excellent restaurants. Do not miss the Wednesday market (Vieux Marcheé) in the Old Town. A great location to spend a vacation. We will be back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location très bien située avec toutes les commodités à proximité tout en étant au calme. Je tiens à souligner la propreté des lieux qui était irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont en plus très sympathiques et très accueillants, ils n'hésitent pas à prendre le temps de bien tout expliquer. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

A deux pas du vieux port, face à l'aquarium, à 5 minutes du marché (tous les jours même hors saison touristique), l'appartement est soigné, bien équipé, bien insonorisé. Avec le garage à disposition, pas de souci de stationnement.

Que dire? Tout est parfait. Très bel appartement idéalement situé avec un box fermé pour le véhicule. Résidence sécurisée à deux pas du port. Bonjour, Nous avons occupé les lieux du 24 au 31 août 2019. Nous voulions laisser un commentaire car ce séjour a été exceptionnel. Accueil => Nous avons été superbement bien accueilli par Mr et Mme THOMAS qui sont d’une gentillesse remarquable. Ils ont pris le temps de bien tout nous expliquer (fonctionnement du garage, ascenseur, électroménager…) avant de nous laisser les clés. L’appartement => Il est effectivement très très bien situé et sécurisé. Il se trouve juste en face du vieux port, de l’aquarium de la Rochelle et du musée maritime. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied (aller au marché, à la plage, au restaurant, se balader, faire des petites courses, au cinéma…). La voiture est restée dans le garage durant tout le séjour. Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux pour notre 1er séjour à la Rochelle - Le top ! L’appartement en lui-même était d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. La petite terrasse est bien placée, nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuné (parfois nos dîners) à cet endroit. Le garage => Pour y accéder, il faut un bip parking. Le garage est situé au sous-sol et se ferme à clé. Très bien sécurisé. TOP ! La Rochelle a été une très belle découverte pour nous aussi bien par le charme et l’histoire de la ville que par l’accueille de Mr et Mme THOMAS. Ce sont des personnes disponibles ce qui est rassurant. Nous tenions sincèrement à les remercier car des personnes aussi attentionnées envers « leurs locataires » se font de plus en plus rare. This was our 2nd stay in this truly beautiful apartment. Our hosts Mr and Mrs Thomas greeted us fondly by waving to us from the balcony as we arrived, they are a lovely couple and genuinely care about their guests. The apartment is extremely well equiped with every convenience and confort considered with much care. The balcony is very private with a lovely view over the water and lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, so did not need to use the car at all. which was kept safe in a private garage. so a big Thank You to Mr and Mrs Thomas for a wonderful holiday and see you next year. Appartement impeccable et confortable. Situation idéale près du centre, la voiture garée dans un box souterrain n'a servi qu'une fois pour aller à l'ile de Ré. Tout se fait à pied. Vue agréable sur le port de plaisance. La Rochelle est une jolie ville à visiter. Seul bémol: le temps, mais les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques n'y sont pour rien.

Location was located in the habour of La rochelle and have a beautiful view over the habour.The appartment is nice and clean. The balkonknie is small for more then two person, but perfect for two to eat there meals with that beautiful view. Except towels and bed sheets every thing is available in the appartment. You feel secure in the appartment. The parking spot is in a garagebox in the underground complex parking area. This need some skills to park.The area in and around La Rochelle gives enough daytrips the see the area. The appartment is worth to visit again.

Would like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Thomas for their help in greeting us on arrival and Mr. Thomas even came to find us when we rang him to say we could not find the apartment. The apartment was the best we have ever stayed in, immaculate with every facility you could ever want. Great view from the private balcony and so very near all the restaurants and places of interest. We would love to go back to La Rochelle and stay again. The garage was a big bonus, left the car safe and could walk to all amenities, really fantastic holiday made complete by the hosts..Again Thank you Mr & Mrs Thomas, Lynda and Grove
