Great property in an amazing location. Easily accommodated our large family group for a special celebration. The Grandkids loved the outdoor area, especially the tennis/basketball courts. Would definitely recommend to others and would happily stay again

We were getting married in February and travelling over nine hours to get here, we wanted to have our entire bridal party and partners stay with us. This house is fantastic, we had every bedroom in use with adults and not one of us felt cramped or ontop of each other. The living room areas are beautifully spaced out for any time of year; the deck was well used for dinners and bbqs and the tennis/basketball courts gave for hours of fun. Can’t wait for another reason to stay here again.

Our time at Views Of The Bay will forever hold some of my favourite memories.

What a fab stay! The house was perfect for our large family group. Lots of separation between bedrooms and living areas, and each room having its own en suite was great. Gorgeous views from the huge balcony and the location was very convenient to everything down south. Can’t wait to go back :)

Views of the bay was a wonderful property. We stayed here with our Bridal party for 3 nights and it was perfect.
More lounge seating would be nice for such a big property but overall it was great.

We were able to have the whole family down and there was still plenty of space. We had 8 adults and 3 children, and we did not need to rent out the second part of the property.
The property was clean and the check-in process simple. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and fridge for all our food and drinks.
There are some good spaces for the kids to play and relax including the shed with ping-pong, the cosy den and of course anywhere outside! Was plenty of space around the property for the kids to explore and play.
Being close Dunsborough meant access to food and shops was only 10-15 min away. We were also about the same distance from dozens of beaches in and around Dunsborough, Eagle Bay and Yallingup as well as the wineries, chocolate factories, creameries and all the others fun and delicious things to do in this region.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location, it was very well equipped in the kitchen, it is showing its age, could do with a deep clean, quite a few cobwebs and windows need a clean, we found popcorn under the coffee table in the main lounge when we cleaned up on departure, none of us had popcorn.
The stairs at the property were an issue for some of the older people in our group, two small flights of stairs did not have any hand rails to hold onto, which we thought was very dangerous.

It was a very easy process renting the property and great communication even when having to reduce our stay by one night. The property was very family friendly and in a peaceful location with amazing scenery and wildlife around.

Great location for big group of 17 people (10A/7C)
We found the property and the adjoining villa worked really well for our group of 17. The layout is interesting and feels a bit like a rabbit warren with areas leading off from the main living space, but that did present the kids with plenty of good hiding spots during hide and seek and means that we spread our families out well. The views were amazing, seeing the sun rise over the water is always a nice thing to see on the west coast.

Stunning
The accomodation was stunning ! In such great condition and beautiful finishes. We would love to go back again.
(Unfortunately we were without bedding and towels for 2 of the couples for the first night, but the company did try to rectify it as quickly as they could the next day.)

I have stayed here before and was not let down again. It is perfect for a number of families, with most adults having their own bathroom, a large balcony and the lawn is the perfect play area. The location is great with its closeness to Dunsborough as well as smiths Beach, breweries and wineries.

The property was nice, lovely views of the sunrise and lovely private bushland. Considering the amount we paid we were dissapointed with a few things including: Poor standard of cleanliness (cobwebs, dusty floor, kitchen floor was sticky) and standard items not working (half the light bulbs not working, blinds broken, one fridge not working) and barely enough kitchen equipment to cater for 15 people. However, the agent was quick to respond once we called and had cleaners and maintanence people over to address those issues, but it did interupt our stay. For the price, this was a let down. The photos are stretched so there is not as much space as you think. Great amount of firewood to enjoy the many fire places. Lovely location. The house was enjoyable once it was clean & functioning and we settled in.
