Dunsborough is one of the most ideally situated towns in Western Australia. Apart from being surrounded by gorgeous beaches, fantastic wineries and beautiful countryside, it also offers great restaurants, shops and plenty of attractions to amuse the kids.

Well situated in the very sought after Old Dunsborough, and within seconds of the beach is All Seasons, a four-bedroom property perfect for the family getaway, or even time away with good friends.

The main living area is a cosy space upstairs. Next to the living area and dining suite, you will find the kitchen, perfect for the budding chef in the group to prepare breakfast in readiness for your day or the evening meal over which you may discuss the days adventures.

You may even choose to chill on the balcony and cook on the gas BBQ, and relax with a nice glass of wine whilst taking in the ocean views.

With four bedrooms sleeping 10 guests, you will find a King-sized bed in the master room. The family bathroom services the bedrooms, which have a Queen bed, a bunk bed and finally a Tri bunk bed with a separate Single bed. The family bathroom complete with bath and separate shower is located conveniently near to each bedroom. There are also 2 separate toilets.

Downstairs you will find a kids retreat, toilet and a shower. This area is un-renovated and retains its original character. For the older kids who want to keep up to date with their social media, then the free WiFi will be a welcome addition for your stay.

If you are looking for that perfect getaway for the family, close to the beach that is extremely well priced, then a trip to All Seasons must not pass you by. Pet friendly and a fully enclosed garden for your peace of mind. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, as per local council regulations, pets cannot be left unattended at the property.

If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

This property is located in Old Dunsborough close to the beach and boat ramp. It is a n older style of house just as shown in the photos on the site. We found it great for our family catchup and it met our needs completely. The only negative was no air conditioning as we stayed during middle of a WA heatwave, but for a house of its age its expected.

We loved our stay! Only issue we did have was our silly dogs running after rabbits! The scrub tree in the yard was thick and low and the dog ended up with stick in the eye… straight to the vets for surgery our first day.. maybe considering thinning out the overgrown yard so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Wasn’t a cheap holiday with vet bills.

This property worked well for 2 small families. Great location, plenty of parking for cars, trailers and boats with a decent sized secure backyard for pets. The down stairs area is large and soundproof, has its own bathroom, seperate access and became a den for our teenagers. The house in general is in good condition despite being older, the only downside being no air-conditioning which would have been nice at times. There are fans in most rooms which were needed on the warmer nights. We did have an issue with the dishwasher which was attentively seen to and replaced after just a couple of days. In all, a great place to stay!

We rented “all seasons” over Christmas. As always exclusives escapes were lovely to deal with and the rental experience was great. The house itself is in a nice quiet location 1 block from a good swimming beach and boat ramp. The house itself is what I would regard an “old school holiday house” that has been renovated nicely upstairs. The upstairs bathroom has been renovated- but not recently. It’s perfectly adequate and was very clean. The kitchen and living space are nicely done with everything you might need. There is no aircon so be aware if it’s hot it will be warm inside even with the windows open. This wasn’t an issue for us but may be for some people. The downstairs “teenagers retreat” is just that. It appears to be a renovated garage in 1970s spec- nothing wrong with that just be aware. The stairs are also quite steep with only a railing on one side so not ideal for young children or older adults- it was fine for us. The balcony is reasonably small but still a lovely spot to sit. There were a few minor maintenance issues that I will bring to exclusive escapes attention that I’m sure they will attend to. Overall a nice spot for a family holiday with everything you need!

Great place to stay. Only 5 minutes away from town, a walk of 50 metres to the beach ! Equipped with rods we were able to fish and play at the beach. House is has everything, including a ping pong table downstairs to keep us occupied during the rainy days. Thanks again
