About this apartment rental
Townsend Place is located on the banks of Beaver Creek next to a children’s park.
This penthouse two level condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area with a gas grill, and a large master suite with a king size bed. The second room has queen bed and a set of bunks. Also to note, is a flat screen TV with HD in the living area with a sofa sleeper for a little extra sleeping space. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building wide free wifi. Ski-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift (#14). All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

This condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location. I have no complaints. I recommend staying here.

Location of the rental, and the physical space were ideal. More than enough room for our group of 3. Provided with clean bedrooms & bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen and laundry. There was a loose screw found in the carpet that one of us stepped on, luckily no injury was sustained, but something that could’ve been avoided. Only real complaint is with management. I received a bombardment of calls and e-mails during working hours prior to the trip to complete the registration form through Vail Properties. Location of the jacuzzi and nearby ski on / ski off lift were never made clear. Lastly management would not allow us to extend checkout by a mere hour. None of the above were enough to spoil the trip, but all things that could’ve been prevented or resolved in a better fashion.

I was in Beaver Creek for some ski races and the location was quite convenient (when the escalators and elevators worked). Didn't love the circular staircase to the master bedroom, but it was not a problem. Just a personal preference. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and the condo itself was quite comfortable, We had a fire in the fireplace one evening and it made things quite cozy.

Fantastic location!
This was a fantastic location! Very short walk to the village. Closest to the centennial lift. The rooms were just as advertised. Everything clean neat and tidy. Great views to the yard area. Would definitely stay again.

Cool place. Great outdoor hot tub. Elevator. The toilet didn't refill correctly / ran sometimes and had issues flushing. No big deal.
I did NOT realize that VRBO (apparently) does not offer insurance when a place is "managed". Even though VRBO prompted me to get it on checkout, which I selected. Then it was an ordeal to verify if I had or did not have it.
And it was not made clear on the listing that I had to make separate transactions with VRBO and Vail Properties. So basically I paid VRBO $58 for the privilege of seeing this listing. Then dealt with all kinds of paperwork with
and had to pay Vail Properties. That part was not a good experience. Mainly VRBO's fault.

We absolutely loved this condo!!. It had everything that we needed, was fully stocked, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Only a two minute walk to the village and we will definitely stay there again!

Unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Since we cooked everyday it was nice to have a well stocked kitchen. The unit was super convenient to the slopes and everything we wanted to do. Would definitely come back!

Good location but dated interior
This rental has everything you need, however, it is dated. There is carpet everywhere, including the bathrooms. The sofa is in dire need of replacement, not very comfortable or supportive. Management very responsive and made check in/out easy.
