Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My family and I stayed here during our fall break. I enjoyed the location more than anything. It is just a quick walk down the neighborhood drive onto the beach access stairs (you can see it from the house) which was nice with little kids. It's also close to the Chic-fil-A, thank you Lord! haha. The place itself was nice, the beds weren't the most comfortable but that wasn't crucial. I would suggest more seating in the living room area on the top floor. Other than that, it was all really lovely, we enjoyed the pool as well! Thanks for the stay!

The property is beautiful, but we did not expect to have to use outdoor stairs to get from upstairs to downstairs. That should have been noted, but we had a great time and made it work.

Everything was great. Kitchen was large, pool was nice and space was as expected. Only issue we had was lighting to get from upstairs to bedrooms downstairs was by way or outside, and lighting was dim.

Overrated
The location is great. the pool is great. The property is in bad need of some uodates. The furniture is poor, beds old and squeaky, couches very old. Ice maker didnt work and neither did the dryer. This is really two separate condos a 2 bedroom 1 bath and a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Nice separation if you need that. Overall we enjoyed our stay but dir the price nicer accommodations are available

Limited stock
For hosting 15 people there was limited stock on cleaning supplies and daily necessity such as towels, trash bags, dish tabs. When inquiring the response was not helpful. Overall, location and size was what we were looking for.

Nice Getaway!
House is large and it easily accommodated our group. Nice pool, the kitchen is nicely stocked for those who like to cook and if not, there is plenty of restaurants near by. The beach is literally just steps away, will definitely be coming back next year!

It was worth the money we paid
There were a few things
They wouldn’t let us check in a half hour early
The kitchen was lacking not even salt and pepper
No lights on the stairs to the downstairs
When we vacuumed there was toys under the coffee table which was on wheels and easy to move
The spinner thing for the dishwasher fell off and we fixed it

Great trip. Great location.
The house was in a great location. Walking to the beach easily. It was nice to have a private pool. also a short drive to Baytown wharf which was very nice. couple of maintenance issues while we were there but the property managers were very responsive

Not what we expected
The house is very close to the beach! The bad part is the the furniture is really old the beds are really bad, the mattresses very uncomfortable the pillows old and flat and all of the kitchenware look like the buy it at a garage sale all that was a really bad experience!! The location is excellent the house nice the furniture is terrible!

Nice multi family home
Great location. Clean, comfortable for 2 families of 3-5 guests. Horrible internet. Hard to work when I needed to. Overall great experience.

Wasn't great but decent enough.
Arrived 30 min early, cleaning crew was still there. Received entry codes before the house was done being cleaned. I hope we didn't rush them. They were very nice and I told them to take their time. Not sure who cleans the pool but there was sand in the bottom. I feel this should be cleaned between renters. All the beds were noisy getting in and out of them, and moving around in them. The bunk beds were really sketchy. So much so that 2 of my kids chose to sleep in the living room on the floor or on the couch. They were not sturdy at all. First time using the oven/stove, the panel for temp/time pushed to the back of the unit. We were given a toaster oven as a replacement. We ended up just pushing the electrical board the coincided with the panel to cook.
Overall it was nice, lots of different dishes to use, large living room and dining area for the 15 of us. Just a short walk to the beach, maybe 100 yds. Private beach area. Everyone did enjoy the pool even if there was some sand in the bottom. Of course the kids didn't care. It was nice having a Dollar General just down the road, and a souvenir shop next to it. We did enjoy our time. Nothing was just terrible.

Overall
Overall it was a nice place, a few things would of made it better. The pool needed serviced by the 5th day and the oven didn't work. We had a great time and would stay again.

Some issues but overall satisfied.
When we arrived at the property we were told the previous renters broke the oven. A part was ordered and they said it would be a day or 2 before it would be fixed; however it ended up not being fixed our entire stay (5 nights). It’s been almost 2 weeks since our stay and we are still awaiting a response regarding any type of compensation for the inconvenience.
Other issues we found were that the pool lights did not work, the ice maker was clogged, upper level hall bath did not drain well at all, upper level hall bath shower head pressure was not ideal for children (meaning it stung and if you had a sunburn it was pretty painful), bunk beds were very wobbly (our age group for that room was 10+ so they understood they had to be careful), and there were some loose boards on the deck/staircase.
I had noticed on a previous review that the upper level hall bath did not drain well, I had just assumed it would have been fixed before our stay. My advice if you are looking to book here and find our issues significant is call beforehand and ask when/if they were fixed.
Even with the house being a little outdated and those few issues we would stay there again. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, and the location and proximity to the beach was perfect for our diverse age group. (Ages 2-65).

Property needs upgrading
Property management was great in responding to several issues starting from toilet issues, dryer stopping, and oven buttons broken. Also the furniture was dirty and master bedroom duvet stained. Property needs some attention.

Great experience
Really just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Walking distance also to a Dollar General which was nice to pick up items without getting on the road. The house was amazing. We had some rain the last day but the pool was heated which saved the day and allowed us to have a wonderful pool day even with cool rain. Highly recommend this house and intend to continue to book large family vacations with this owner.

Great vacation
It was our first vacation since COVID.
The house is near the beach but it needs updates. Furniture is old, washing machine is not working well. One shower is not working. It needs better cleaning.

Great pool and spacious!
We stayed at Sea Esta for a mom/daughter trip. It is a great property, clean, close walk to the beach (about 6 houses down from walkover-easy walk), fantastic pool (so glad we paid a bit extra to have it heated since gulf water is so cold in March), large spaces. The location is great, across from the Silver Sands Factory stores, and further down and away from the center of Destin traffic. The parking pad in front of the house easily accomodates 4 cars. The master is giant and amazing, double separated vanities and closets, spacious shower. The beach wasn't crowded at all, but not sure what it would be like in the summer. I wish I had paid better attention to the listing, which is correct, an interior stairwell to connect the spaces would have been ideal, it broke up our group. But, this could be a great thing under different circumstances. We loved the TVs in every room! The kitchen has all of the basics, but definitely not what we are used to working with, if you are a spoiled chef, you may want to bring your own tools. The clothes dryer needs attention and the dishwasher isn't connected to the countertop. A short hose at the foot washing station would be very helpful. Overall, this property definitely has WAY more positives than these few little issues. Highly recommend!

Furniture was a little dirty looking but overall the house was great.
Loved the closeness to the beach and restaurants

Excellent location. Outdated
Location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach. Close to amenities. Pool was awesome! The house was very outdated. Definitely needs some updating, felt like we were stuck in the 90’s. Wasn’t very clean. There were finger prints all over the side living room door. Nice to have a washer and dryer on site, but did not work very well. Had to run our clothes through the dryer 3 times. Liked that there were 2 separate levels. Outdoor space was fair. Like I said pool was awesome, so were the recliners. Other patio furniture dirty and out dated. Nice to have balconies off the master bedrooms however when it rained, neither one could be used. The top one is not covered and the lower level has rain pass through from the deck above. .

Great property but needs touch ups
Our stay was great especially with the access to the beach. The only inconvenience we came across was that the toaster was broken, when we arrived the pool wasn’t as clean. The upstairs railing on the stairway and front view both were unstable and very wobbly because the piece of the railing wasn’t connected. We also had to remove one of the dining chairs because it was really wobbly as well and wasn’t used along with one of the small couches. Over all it’s a great property with great space and very accommodating just needs to have a few touch ups.

Excellect Location
We really enjoyed this house. The location is amazingly close to the beach and the private pool was a hit. The kitchen was lacking in a few cooking items but we made due. Plenty of space in the house and the driveway for cars. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Family Trip
This was a perfect spring break trip! The house was large enough for all of us and had lots of deck space around the pool. We loved the easy access to and from the beach. Thank you for the much needed vacation. We will be back!

not a 5 bedroom house as advertised.
Advertised as a 5 bedroom house, actually its a duplex with a 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor and a 3 bedroom unit on the second floor. Must go outside to access one or the other, not family oriented as a 5 bedroom house where everybody is together which is why I searched "5 bedroom house". Carpets dirty, trash was piled up in the trash cans and on the driveway to greet us when we arrived. Some of the trash was collected after we called Real Joy but not all and thus there was no room for the trash we accumulated. The frying pan supplied was dirty beyond description, why it was within 5 miles of the kitchen is... well just baffling. Will be sending photos along to Real Joy.
Daughters wedding so even not so hot rental could rain on the parade but gees people, really?
