The owners were very responsive and friendly. House was perfect for our family. Clean and well-furnished, kitchen had all amenities.Walking distance to the local beach and restaurants. Several beautiful beaches within minutes reachable by car. Very impressed with the house.

Home with a really good endowment. All you need is there. Only 10 min by food to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay! One small supplementary note: Towels only on request and tail end for extra money.

Ein schönes Haus mit Schlafzimmern in angenehmer Größe und genügend Stauraum . Schöner Wohn - und Küchenbereich, sauber und ordentlich. Nette Vermieter! Sie hatten sich wegen des starken Verkehrs am Anreisetag etwas verspätet, blieben aber die ganze Zeit per E-Mail in Kontakt. So konnten wir aber schon einmal zum Hafen und uns ein wenig umsehen. Der Küstenweg Richtung Binic ist wunderschön. Empfehlenswert, auch bei nicht so tollem Wetter, ist der Zooparc Tregomeur, mit dem Auto etwa eine Viertelstunde entfernt. Vorwiegend asiatische Tiere wie z.B weiße Tiger in einer sehr schönen Parkanlage . Wir hatten eine tolle und ausgesprochen erholsame Woche.

Die modern und mit klaren Linien eingerichtete Haushälfte ist sehr gepflegt und hervorragend ausgestattet. Sie bietet reichlich Platz für bis zu 6 Personen, Terrasse und Garten sind großzügig. Fabelhafte Felsen und Klippen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tout a été pensé pour un séjour sans défaut...Nous avons même - au mois de novembre - pu profiter du jardin (nous avons mangé dehors). A cela s'ajoute la gentillesse et l'accueil des propriétaires !

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem neuen, modernen Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll sowie vollständig eingerichtet - wir haben nichts vermisst; auch WLAN (wichtig für unsere drei Kinder) ist verfügbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben sich auch bei Problemen prompt gekümmert. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Der Strand ist fußläufig in etwa 15 Minuten erreicht. Gestört hat uns jedoch ein wenig, dass das Haus an einer befahrenen Straße liegt, die zum Nachbarort führt - hier hatten wir eigentlich mit einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gerechnet. Sicher lag das hohe Verkaufsaufkommen an der Tatsache, dass im August auch viele Franzosen hier ihren Urlaub verbringen. Zu beachten ist ferner, dass es sich nicht um ein frei stehendes einzelnes Ferienhaus handelt, sondern vielmehr (etwas verschachtelt) mit einem Nachbarhaus (wird ebenfalls vom selben Vermieter vermietet) verbunden ist. Da wir ein junges Paar neben uns wohnen hatten, die ihre Hochzeit mit zahlreichen Gästen feierten, war es einige Tage sehr unruhig. Also: Wer nicht (wie wir) sehr ruhebedürftig ist, findet hier ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus im Herzen der Bretagne.

Es war/ist perfekt. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Von der ersten Anfrage , über die Buchung, die Abstimmung - schnelle Antworten, völlig unkompliziert (auch in Englisch) - und schließlich ein herzlicher und symphatischer Empfang mit Crêpes und Cidre (merci beaucoup). Das Haus ist in allen Bereichen komfortabel, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Es fehlte nichts - perfekt. Die Terrasse/der Garten zum Ausruhen, Entspannen, Spielen oder Grillen: alles ist möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Auto) und Strand (10 minutes à pieds, 2x gauche) sind in der Nähe. Von hier kann man die Bretagne weitläufig prima erkunden.

Séjour en famille très agréable malgré les averses passagères ! La location est bien entretenue et bien équipée. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et d'excellentes crêpes nous attendaient pour le goûter. Nous recommandons cette location sans problème à toute personne appréciant le calme et la Bretagne. Nous avons profité du marché du Lundi et du Vendredi pour nous régaler de galettes complètes ou galettes saucisses et conseillons le FAR BRETON du "Palet breton" présent sur les marchés mais également à proximité du port.

“So schön kann Urlaub sein.....”

Wir haben es wieder getan und haben ein zweites Mal einen genialen Urlaub in der "Villa Chocolat" verbracht. Wie beim letzten Mal wurden wir wieder sehr herzlich von den Vermietern mit frischen Crêpes begrüßt. Das Haus wirkt sehr modern. Großzügig geschnittene Räume, die sehr schön eingerichtet sind. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter hier viel Liebe reingesteckt haben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub gebrauchen kann und auf dem aktuellen Stand der Technik (W-LAN im ganzen Haus). Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Hinter dem Haus wartet die Terrasse (jetzt mit zweitem Sonnenschirm) und der große Garten auf seine Besucher. Hier kann man Sonnen, Spielen, einen netten Grillabend verbringen oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Tolle Strände, klasse Wetter und viel zu sehen in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist aber auch für einen ruhigen Tag auf der Liege im Garten toll und wir haben unsere Grillabende mehr als genossen. Alles findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere große Supermärkte ( Super U, Lidl, Netto, Carrefur, Inter Marche ), wechselnde Wochenmärkte für Obst und Gemüse, Bäcker... Auch Boulen direkt am Meer in Binic mit Blick auf den Hafen.... Hier kann man es sich wirklich rund um gut gehen lassen. Wir haben es wieder sehr genossen.... wunderschöne Bretagne...wunderschönes Haus...sehr nette Vermieter :-)

Great family home

We stayed here in may and were surprised how good the weather can be in Brittany. The House is very spacious and the kids (11 and 15) enjoyed the garden. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. A great place to relax and very friendly owners.

Accueil chaleureux, espace, luminosité, propreté, superbement équipée et décorée avec goût, jardin et terrasse agréables, le "top" location. Proximité de la plage du Moulin accessible par un sentier à travers bois (10' à pieds) et nombreux circuits de promenades à pieds et en vélo balisés (guides et cartes touristiques disponibles sur place). Un véhicule est nécessaire pour découvrir cette superbe région. Une semaine sous le soleil d'avril (et oui) en Bretagne. A recommander sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé une semaine en couple avec un enfant en bas âge dans la villa "Chocolat" La région nous a enchanté et la villa a été trés trés agréable à vivre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fonctionalité, la propreté, du bien loué, l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, enfin, nous nous sommes bien sentis dans ce lieu ; et c'est le principal quand on est hors de chez soi.

tres agreable maison moderne,confortable,propre,lumineuse,joliment decoree, terasse et jardin tranquilles et sans nuisances.Le centre de saint quai portrieux est proche,sympa,assez accessible a pieds en se promenant ainsi que le port et la plage.Courses en moyenne surface possibles sans voiture. Accueil des proprietaires sympa,souples sur les horaires d'arrivee et de depart.Tout petit bemol:l'isolation phonique interieur mais le plaisir d'etre dans cette maison attenu ce petit defaut,je conseille cette location sans hesiter.
