This 200m2 lagoon-side villa is located in the center of the village of Maharepa Moorea.
Composed of 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with 1 bed 200cm, 1 bed 180cm, 1 bed 160cm and 2 single beds 190x90cm. , i.e. beds for 8 people.
Equipped since May 2022 with HIGH SPEED Internet FIBER!!!

This villa is very quiet despite the proximity of shops and restaurants.

This villa was spacious and on beautiful beachfront. There were just two of us so it was more than we really needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed! A great location! While adequately appointed, we felt that the property could use a little maintenance or updating, but it really didn't get in the way of our experience. Other reviews expressing concern with road noise...most properties on the island are next to the one road. This was not a problem for us given the beach side focus. Also we were not bothered by insects during our stay. The pool is really too small to be of much use especially with the whole, warm ocean at your doorstep. Clemente was quick to communicate although it felt a little weird for him to insist to walk the property before we checked out.

Our family had a great time at this oceanside home. The kids spent every evening in the pool and playing along the shore. I saw octopus, rays, sharks, and turtles while snorkeling. The wind can make it a challenge to get out to the reef break with the kayak. There was more boat traffic than anticipated but snorkeling between the docks and the bungalows avoids the boats. The roadside traffic can be loud if the windows are left open at night, but blocks most noise if they stay closed. Convenient location for restaurants and getting to Temae beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Check in was flawless, the location is very convenient to banking shopping groceries, etc.
The four adults used the small pool more often than we had thought we would. The kayaks were a hit, we use them often. The paddleboard is very old and somewhat unsafe since it has a large viewing hole in the bow that is open to the ocean. House is well equipped with kitchen items and has A nice table outside on the deck for Meals. We would recommend this house/cabin for families or couples traveling together.

We stayed a week in beautiful Moorea! The house was great! Location can't be beat. Easy walking distance to restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. We took the kayaks out to the coral in front of the house for some amazing snorkeling! The check in and check out was smooth and Anise was so helpful with any quetions or help we needed!! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 9-nights and had an amazing and relaxing vacation. The location is really nice with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The access to the beautiful blue water right out the back door was a highlight for our group. We used the kayaks to paddle out and watch many sunsets and also to snorkel. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Check in was super easy and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had about the island. Overall this was a great place to make our home during our visit to this beautiful island.

We had a great 1 week stay at the Enjoy villa in Maharepa. From the booking to check-in, the stay and check out - Anais was always available at an instant! The house was quite spacious for our family of 5 with A/c in all 3 bedrooms to keep cool. The place is in a perfect location with our own private beach and the best Snorkeling possible (Shark, spotred Sting ray among the many fish!). Our family enjoyed our stay and used the kayaks and fins provided. The proximity to the Dive shop, market and food places within walking distance is the topping on the cake!
We did make some meals in the well equipped kitchen but we could not miss the fresh fish at the nearby restaurants. Great place in a great Island (it is our 2nd time to Moorea and this was the perfect place to call home during our trip!). Thanks Anais!

We were looking for a real South Pacific experience. This home and location generously delivered. Enjoying the ocean every morning on the back deck as a family was priceless. They even provided us kayaks which allowed us to further explore multiple times a day from our private back yard, at our leisure.
Plus it was a beautiful place to snorkel, even for our 8 year old grandson. He would spend the biggest part of the day, snorkeling and kayaking, then back at home in the pool.
Also as far as location, it was very convenient to everything, two grocery stores, public beach, and the ferry.
Thank you for allowing us to have this never to forget, beautiful memorable family experience.

After completing a bareboat catamaran charter in Bora Bora …four of us ( my husband and I and my parents) headed to Moorea and stayed at Marehepa Beach Villa for 10 days. We had the most wonderful and relaxing time! The location was perfect! It was great to be able to easily stroll into town to poke around the shops or pick up groceries …But mostly we loved just hanging out at the house and gazing at the beautiful ocean views! Aside from picking up a few yummy baked goods from Carmelines …we cooked all of our meals at the villa and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we could need. Air conditioning worked very well in the bedrooms and we had no problem keeping cool in the main living area using a couple of powerful stand up fans . We loved taking the kayaks out and paddling around the lagoon. It was also great to be able to snorkel right in front of the Villa. We rented a car so we were to drive around the island and did that a few times. There were some other nice areas but we loved our villa the best and were happy to have chosen it. Temae Beach ( a short drive away) had crystal clear water and was also a great place to snorkel. Clement met us at the villa and was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with lots of information and was easy to reach if we had any questions. Anais was helpful in answering our questions via email prior to our arrival. Great place for a relaxing laid back family vacation! We loved it and definitely would like to return! ❤️

Our stay in this villa was perfect. You got everything you need. The sea is right in front of you, there is snorkel equipment and even kayaks! Every bedroom is equipped with a/c. Internet is superb. Communication with Clement was super easy via whatsapp or vrbo.

Communication was great with the hosts, property is ON the beach in a convenient location. A wonderful little bakery is in walking distance to enjoy with breakfast and the market is 100 meters beyond that. House A/C works well. Please note like nearly all small islands there is one road that services 98% of the islands traffic. The road is always next to the beach. There is some day time traffic however, the nights are very quiet. The home is situated on a bay which was perfect for swimming in the ocean.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the villa. Clement and Anais were great hosts; easy to work with and assisted in setting up a taxi to pick us upon arrival at Moorea ferry and at checkout. It just so happened to work out that the villa was available for early check in. Clement (and their adorable daughter) was also at the villa to check us in and give us an overview and answer any questions. This was the first vacation rental that we have stayed at that has helped with these arrangements and check in, this was really appreciated when traveling to a new country. The villa was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor living area and it’s privacy. We loved having our own little beach and steps to the water with great snorkeling! The location is walkable to some restaurants, (repeat visits to Carmeline and Rudy’s ) a small market, and if you decide you want a rental car there’s one a few minutes walk from the villa.

We enjoyed our stay at Enjoy Villas! Anais was so helpful & friendly. Being from the US we weren’t sure how to operate the appliances. Anais came over & was happy to help us. The location is within walking distance or a short drive to restaurants, shopping & grocery stores. The house is very nice & all the bedrooms have A/C which makes sleeping comfortable. The outdoor main area is very nice to sit, relax & take in the beauty of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing on hot days. We ventured out into the ocean only steps from the main deck. This is a traditional Tahitian house & I feel it important to let guests know that there are no safety railings on the outside decks/steps (there is a wood/rope railing on the upstairs balcony). It would also be a + if the upstairs, bathrooms & kitchen windows could be washed periodically. It would only add to the beauty of our wonderful experience on Moorea. My husband and I and three good friends spent a month there. we absolutely loved our time there. The villa is exactly as described. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and great snorkeling right out the front door. The outdoor shower was so convenient and the pool very refreshing. We spent several sunny days floating. The air conditioned bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We grilled and cooked a few meals and the kitchen had every thing we needed. However, there are so many places restaurants within walking distance so we checked them all out. Our favorite was Rudy's. We went there 4 times over the course of the month. I would definitely recommend if you are thinking of staying in Moorea. It is a beautiful island. We did rent a car one day and went around the whole island. And hiked Magic Mountain. For a fun evening, we went to the Polynesian show over at Tiki Village. They picked us up at the Manava Resort just a block from the villa. It was great. We will be back and are already looking forward to it.

My wife and I have visited Moorea 11 times over the past 30 years. This time, we brought two other couples with us and rented on VRBO from Anais. The house was exactly as described and the communication with the property managers couldn’t have been better. Anais arranged a driver to meet us at the ferry, met us at the property, answered any questions we had and was there when we checked out with a driver to take us back to the ferry.
Even though it rained for lengthy periods for five of the six days we were in Moorea, we had a really nice time. The location of the house was excellent (close to restaurants, shops and right on the water) and everything in the house worked well. Especially nice was an A/C unit in each of the three bedrooms. The outdoor shower and small pool were convenient to rinse off after a snorkel in the waters off of their property.
If you plan to visit Moorea, consider renting this house - you will be glad you did.

We had a nice week in Maharepa at this house. It's easy walk to some shops and some nice restaurants (for me, Snack Didier lunch and Rudy's dinner - do not skip Rudy's!). We only rented a car for one day and it was ok, I might get a car next time, might not. The house has plenty of parking, an automatic driveway gate...
Anais is super helpful. I'd goofed up our arrival plans a bit and she totally dealt with it and got us in early (YMMV if somebody else has it the night before, but for us, she was extremely accommodating). She also arranged some taxis for us and helped with some excursion information. She's easy to contact (What'sApp if you have it) and very knowledgeable and nice.
Only the bedrooms are air conditioned, but that's all you want. The kitchen has everything you need, we cooked dinner a couple times and made our own breakfasts.
Checkout and departure was easy and quick.

We spent a week here with our toddlers and loved everything about the house as well as the location. The rooms were spacious and our host Clemente even provided a portable crib for our little one. There is a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk down the road and the kitchen was fully stocked to allow us to make our own meals. You can kayak, paddleboard and snorkel right off the private beach or enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool. I personally loved the outdoor shower setup as well. The house was secure with a front gate and we were thankful for the mini-split AC units in each bedroom. Clemente had a list of recommendations for local tours and I highly recommend all of them to truly experience the island. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view, great location
The property is just as it appears and the convenience of its location is great. We had a rental car but if you didn't, you'd be around essentials to walk to. The view is awesome, the pool is small but effective and refreshing, and the kayaks on the property were so fun to take out to snorkel across the water. This was a great property for us, and the managers were very nice and responsive.

Fantastic beachfront home
The location of this home was great with a private pool, secure gated property with room to park, a private beach, and it was close to Cooks Bay and some shops and restaurants. (We loved Rudy’s and Carmeline) You can snorkel directly from the beach and some snorkel gear and 3 single kayaks were available for use.
All three bedrooms had a/c but the kitchen an living area was fan only. Dishwasher and laundry worked well but there was no dryer, just an outdoor clothesline.
We rented a car which was nice since the grocery store was not within walking distance and cabs are hard to come by in Moorea.
Anais, our host, was super helpful and responsive.
The only cons of the place were as Americans all of our electronics use us outlets and there were no usb or converters in the house so be sure to bring your own adapters for French outlets. A few small things in the house could use an update but they were minor things.
All in all, we loved our stay and would gladly return.

Absolute paradise
What a great vacation property! We had an absolutely amazing ~2 week stay here. Anais met us at the property and was so helpful in explaining everything. The views were incredible, and it was so great going directly into the ocean or pool from the back deck. We really enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling around the reef, eating on the big outdoor dining table, or just lounging around the deck. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs (non-AC) bedroom, and while it could get a bit warm right before bed, it quickly cooled down, and we had no issues with that whatsoever. The house is cool and breezy. The location close to restaurants, groceries, etc., is also terrific. Highly recommended!

Just perfect!
My family - dad, mom and 3 kids (aged 20, 18 and 13) LOVED our stay in this villa. The location is perfect - you can walk to the supermarket and a few restaurants, and it has its own little beach and small pool. It is super spacious inside with room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need (Anaïs was super sweet and bought some flutes as I told her we'd be bringing champagne to celebrate our anniversary). We really loved our stay! We enjoyed using the kayaks, cooking fish on the grill and having coffee and drinks on the deck.
A hammock would have been great....but we would never have left! :D

Fabulous Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Moorea. We were able to walk to the grocery store, bakery, shops, and restaurants from the house. The house was comfortable for our group of four. Both bedrooms upstairs were air conditioned. Access to and the view of the ocean was lovely.

Terrific location, great host!
We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it! The location is excellent near shops, restaurants and a large resort where our tours picked us up. Everything you need is walking distance.
The snorkeling and kayaking right off the beach we very nice. We saw quite a few fish and an eel. The pool was great for cooling down.
The interior and exterior spaces are terrific and, had we brought all 5 kids, we would have fit in the home easily. I think 6 people here is ideal, but could do 8 (if that is allowed). The kitchen was really well stocked for cooking.
As advertised, the home only has A/C in the upstairs bedrooms. I was too warm on several evenings even with the doors open for a breeze, but we aren't used to humidity being from Colorado. The downstairs bedroom had a fan, but for some that might not be enough to sleep comfortably. I think it depends on your heat and humidity tolerance. The upstairs bedrooms stayed nice and cool for sleeping.
The hosts were awesome and helped us throughout the trip. Very responsive! We would definitely stay here again?

Great place on the beach in Moorea
This was a fantastic property. The location is perfect with access to a small private beach from which you can snorkel to several reefs thriving with all sorts of fish. Beautiful. And the house itself is beautiful, well appointed, and close to everything you might need. Clement and Anais were accommodating hosts who made themselves available (despite our shifting travel schedule) and were available to contact should you need anything (but everything was there - so we didn’t have to contact them). Excellent spot for our family get away.

Dream Vacation
Would highly recommend this VRBO! Communication was prompt, Anais was so friendly, and she made sure we got settled into the home when we arrived in Moorea. Having access to the kayaks was fun and we went snorkeling multiple times per day along the beautiful reef. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We had a car and found the home to be in a great location allowing us to easily drive to the bays, hiking trails, and public beaches. It was a dream vacation!

Family in Moorea.
Great time in Moorea with the VRBO property being a key aspect of that. Well located very near the best dive operation and took good advantage of that. 68 year gap between oldest and youngest resident was not a problem in this house. Property manager was accessible and very helpful. He's in the right business for his upbeat personality.

Awesome House/Location
We stayed here last week as 2 separate families with a total of 7 people (3 of which were kids under 10). The location of the house is perfect for rest, shopping, etc... Not to mention the beautiful lagoon just outside the backdoor. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding & snorkling daily off our own beach. House is nicely furnished and would strongly recommend versus staying in some overpriced hotel.

Can't wait to go back
Do not miss out on staying at this wonderful house! We just returned from a week in Mo'orea; it was 6 adults celebrating our friends birthday. Originally we booked 4 days in Mo'orea and then 3 more on Tahiti and within a couple hours of being at Maharepa Beach Villa I was contacting the owner to see if we could extend our stay. We ended up canceling our hotel on Tahitit and staying our whole trip at the villa. The villa is beautiful and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, the a/c in the bedrooms was amazing after a long hot day in the sun. Obviously if we weren't out adventuring the island we spent all our time on the beautiful deck, and in the pool. We loved taking the kayaks out and every morning watching the sharks and fish that were right off the beach. The location is super convenient to a whole bunch of shops, the market, and "snack" shops. I can't explain enough how much we loved our stay. Everyday since we have been back someone sends a text message of a picture saying we need to book our next trip. Thanks for sharing your wonderful villa with us Clement!

Paradise in Moorea
I really don’t know how to begin to tell you what a wonderful time we had at Enjoy Villa. Clement is so wonderful. He came out to the airport and met us and brought us to the Villa. He explained everything in the household and how it works, and it is absolutely complete, it has everything you need to have for a wonderful stay. We only were able to stay for five days but we’ve all agreed that we will make sure we stay eight days next time. There is a wonderful restaurant just right down the road called Rudy’s. It’s absolutely fantastic as well. I just want to really give my heart felt thanks to Clement for making this trip so fantastic. Just a note to anyone going to Moorea be sure to have sunscreen and mosquitoe repellent. There is also a grocery store just a short 5 minute walk up the road. We look forward to our next visit.👍😊Nancy

Clement and Anais were very easy to coordinate with prior to arriving. Clement both picked us up from our arriving flight and drove us back for our departing flight. He gave us a tour of the villa and an overview of the area. We only texted him once (to ask about a ride back to the airport) and he responded quickly. Highly recommend working with Enjoy Villas!

I only wish that we could have stayed in this villa longer! The size was great for our group of 6 and everything we clean and well-organized. There was plenty of space inside and out to lounge and enjoy the amazing view of the private beach and out into the lagoon. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked breakfasts and dinners a few times during our stay. Each couple was happy with their bedroom. Although one doesn't have air conditioning, it has a fan and is on the lower level so it wasn't too hot at night. We loved just relaxing in this beautiful home!

We LOVED how easy it was to walk places from this villa. You could get to a French bakery, a small supermarket, a bank, many restaurants and many shops all within a 5 minute walk. We had a car but we used it sparingly (to get to the Belvedere for a hike and to visit the juice factory) because everything we needed was so close.

Really great place to stay, wonderful hosts
We enjoyed our stay at Maharepa Beach. The property is well maintained and the house was very clean. The deck has great views of the lagoon and is a great place to relax. Clement was an excellent host, answering all our questions and helping to arrange tours. The location is convenient to several restaurants, shops, banks and rental cars. I would choose Enjoy Villa's again!
