A superb sprawling undercover alfresco entertaining area that overlooks the pool and beautiful backdrop of the gardens making this perfect for outdoor living.
An inviting large air conditioned open plan living and dining area with the second TV, spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and master bedroom and ensuite and fifth bedroom all located downstairs, (access to the fifth bedroom is through the main bedroom).
Upstairs there is the convenience of the 2nd living area which is perfect for the kids entertainment, the comforts of ducted air conditioning, three large bedrooms and main bathroom.
The property supplies Netflix (personal log in) , Stan (personal log in), and a complete linen package to make your next holiday as easy and relaxing as possible, The White House certainly caters for every guests needs.
There is parking in the driveway available , outdoor shower and only a short stroll to the prestige beaches of Shoal Bay, superb shopping village, fantastic local restaurants and clubs.

This house was perfect. The pool was great, the upstairs lounge room was amazing with young kids with us. Beach & country club so close as well.

This property is in a great location and has more than enough room for 7 adults. It is also walking distance to Shoal Bay beach. The only downfall is limited parking and for our stay the pool was not swimmable and had not been cleaned.

We had 7 people stay at the house, some rooms were a little crowded and some no wardrobe. Living room dining room and kitchen had no blinds or curtains, which made it quite cold, in June. We really enjoyed our stay despite the cold. Living and l dining room were roomy. And the kitchen was well equiped. Not much room for parking.

Fantastic location and property
5 stars - we had a wonderful time.
The 5 stars is for the location (excellent - 5 minutes to Shoal Bay main strip); size (we had 4 adults and 3 children), deck and pool area (you’ll want to spend all your time there) and cleanliness (very good). Renting agents were also very helpful.
Just a couple of things to be mindful of: (1) the 2 bedrooms downstairs don’t have air conditioning, and can get a little stuffy (the ducted air con upstairs is great) and (2) the street gets a bit of through traffic at high speeds - so wouldn’t suit light sleepers.
Overall, would stay again, highly recommended.

A very enjoyable time
We enjoyed a great stay in this property, particularly given the wonderful pool and outdoor area. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and perfect for a family.
The kitchen and dining space were also great and suited our family perfectly. For a property that sleeps 10 however, the dining table only seated 6 and wouldn’t suit a larger group of people. The upstairs living area was large but again, the seating options weren’t adequate for a family of 6.
There were some issues with the curtains during our stay as they weren’t fixed adequately. The property managers arranged these to be fixed quickly however.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with how this house suited our family.

Lovely house... lamps next to beds would be a good idea as you have to get out of bed to turn the light off
taps need tightening... the shower tap came off ... and others were loose
the kettle does not switch off when boiling.. so one day it boiled dry... a bit dangerous

Family break
Lovely spot and the covered outdoor area and pool are beautiful.
Needs flyscreens, downstairs windows had key locks but we weren't supplied the key, dryer didn't work, towels were very very thin and small.

Great holiday house for family
Fantastic house to stay with small children. Great location, can walk to Shoal Bay in under 10 minutes (essential with 2 children under 6!) although with the pool was also very easy to stay at home.
House was very clean, although on paper layout doesn’t look ideal (lounge upstairs) we had no issues as we spent most of the day on the large deck, there is also now a TV downstairs if the kids want to watch it.
Few minor issues with internet and pool cleaner but they were both fixed on the same day due to the great response of the letting agency (who were fantastic).
Highly recommended, especially for young families!

Loved this house so much we have rebooked it. Comfortable beds,beautiful pool, easy walk to beach even with a 2 year old. A second TV downstairs would be great plus plastic kids plates. The only real issue we had was gardeners/lawn mowers turning up two days in a row unannounced and with noisy equipment while we were enjoying the pool!!!!Apart from that the house is wonderful and outside area fantastic.

Great pool
Lovely property, great clean pool, would have loved to have another tv downstairs near the kitchen or master bedroom. Also the shower door doesn't close fully so water gets on the floor. Great stay overall, would love to come back again in the future

Nice outdoor area and pool
We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area and pool are lovely. We didn't expect it would be such a busy street and even though it is a 50km/hr area there were hoons speeding up and down the road and doing burnouts at all hours of the day and night which was a shame and very noisy. The layout of the house didn't really work for our young family as the only living area and TV were upstairs away from the kitchen/dining. A lack of storage with no built ins (there are small freestanding wardrobes/draws) and an extremely small broom cupboard pantry was not very practical.
Overall it is a great location close to the beach and restaurants of Shoal Bay there were just a few elements that didn't make our stay as comfortable as we would have liked.

A great holiday house
We had a great time in this lovely house - could walk where we wanted to go in Shoal Bay and come home for a swim in the beautiful pool. We prepared Xmas eve and day meals in the well-equipped kitchen and slept well in the beds. We particularly liked the covered outdoor area which, for summer, is the main living area for downstairs. Would definitely book this house again.

Awesome house!
This house is perfect for a family, a couple of families or group of friends. The pool and backyard provides a beautiful setting to spend time and relax. The house is well equipped and is very spacious. Would highly recommend it. Walking distance to the beach or driving distance to Nelson bay, little beach and fingal bay.
