this pretty house of 90 m2 with reversible air conditioning in each room, is located in a quiet alley with private parking and electric gate for 2 houses.
With its sea view from inside and outside you are only 150 m from the sandy beach "La Garonnette"
Beautiful benefits and Italian stones on the floor and up to the ceiling in the bathrooms.
The first sandy beach is a 3-minute walk away, as well as the first restaurant / bar, and all the nautical attractions.
A little further away is the Nartelle beach by going to Sainte Maxime and 1200 m is the port of Issambres where you can leave for the day to make beautiful excursions on the Islands of Porquerolles where Saint Marguerite where to take the shuttle to get to Saint Tropez in 20 minutes.
Shops, Pharmacy, bakeries, SPAR store also on foot.

5 km from the center of Sainte Maxime, 15 from Fréjus and 20 from Saint Tropez.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen / living room, a bedroom with two bunk beds (90 * 190) overlooking the terrace, and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. A second bathroom is located near the entrance with also a shower, a toilet and a sink.
Each bathroom has a heated towel rail and a hanging toilet.
Upstairs: three bedrooms (double bed 140 * 190), two with solarium, television and sea view, a bathroom with wc, sink and walk-in shower.
The sea view terrace is semi covered, fully tiled up to the swimming pool built in 2016 with a dimension of 7 × 4 heated in half season (by salt chlorinator). An electric curtain is provided for your safety and that of your children.

Très belle maison, entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin en vacances. Bien que la route principale soit à proximité, c'est un endroit très calme et paisible. Toute la famille a aimé le séjour et nous ne pouvons que le recommander. Merci beaucoup Mme Séverine et Mme Catherine !

Wunderschöner Urlaub, gerne wieder.

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem Haus genossen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der Pool war ideal um sich eine kleine Erfrischung zu holen, wobei das Wasser im Juli schon sehr warm war (das Meer war aber auch nicht viel kühler). Unser Kinder fanden es jedenfalls toll, direkt in den Pool springen zu können. Der Sonne konnten wir mit der Überdachung und den Sonnenschirmen gut ausweichen, so dass auch die heißen Stunden auf der Terrasse genossen werden konnten. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand uns jederzeit per Mail für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great accomodation, great location.

We staid for a week in the summer and had a wonderful time. The house offers everything to enjoy vacation - modern equipment including the kitchen. Good beds and well-working air condition in all rooms on top. The swimming pool is practical in size and adjults/teenagers can stand in each corner. The check-in and checkout was without personal contact and practical. The location is just great: The ocean with a sandy beach is just across the street. Plenty of restaurants around in Les Issambres or Sainte Maxime. And St. Tropez can be reached within half an hour by car our ferry.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet mit einem schönen beheizten Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein sehr schönes Strandlokal, dort waren wir öfters essen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit.

Nous étions 6 adultes et un petit de 19 mois, la maison était très fonctionnelle et très bien agencée ! Très bonne literie, espace idéal, les repas pris sur la terrasse matin midi et soir tjrs a l’ombre, et intérieur parfaitement climatisé ! Choix entre piscine et mer a proximité, nombreux restaurants à côté ont permis à chacun de nous une autonomie très appréciable...je recommande vivement cette location à chacun !nous avons vraiment apprécié !

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit drei Teenagern eine wunderschöne Woche in Saint-Maxime. Nach der langen heißen Anreise waren der Anblick des Hauses und ein erstes Bad im Pool Entspannung pur. Den Pool nutzten wir intensiv, auch abends mit perfekter Beleuchtung. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, besonders schätzten wir die Klimaanlagen und den Eisschrank. Das Auto brauchten wir kaum, da Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar waren. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug per Schiff nach Saint-Tropez. Auch Saint-Maxime ist ein sehenswertes Städtchen. Alles in allem war die Zeit wunderschön und die aus den Fotos entstandenen Erwartungen wurden vollständig erfüllt.

Nous avons passez un très très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison ici. La maison nous a beaucoup plu. Elle est vraiment très soignée, très propre avec des belles salles de bain, une très belle terrasse avec un beau pool. Nous l‘ avons beaucoup aprécié! Il nous a manqué de rien. En plus la locataire est très gentille. On pouvait la joindre sans problèmes et elle nous a aider avec tous.

Great house! Compact but with everything you may want. Short walk to beach and two restaurants, 10 Mins to grocery store. House is in a residential (not commercial) neighborhood; we were glad we had a car to access other restaurants and amenities, although that isn’t necessary for those comfortable walking more. Electronic pool cover was so convenient and made vacationing with small kids more relaxing. Beds are approximately an America queen size. Owner was incredibly responsive for any questions.

La casa è davvero bella, ma davvero. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della struttura che è veramente una villetta di medio/alto livello. Posizione ottimale con a 5 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia de La Nartelle, con un piccolo supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi. C è anche una piccola spiaggetta proprio a 200 metri dalla casa. Piscina molto bella anche se viene pulita solo il lunedì mattina, quando invece secondo noi dovrebbe esser pulita ogni due giorni. Unica pecca la pulizia della casa che non era proprio ottimale, ma questa non è una colpa da attribuire alla proprietaria (che con noi è stata disponibilissima) ma alla donna che viene a fare le pulizie che secondo me se ne approfitta un po’. Per il resto tutto veramente come da foto anzi meglio. Casa da 8/10. Noi eravamo 5 ragazzi di 25/27 anni e siamo stati veramente da dio. Grazie Severine per la bella vacanza. Un bacio Fabio

Wir verbrachten leider nur ein paar Tage in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern. Der Pool bat genug Platz für uns alle. Abends grillten wir mit dem Gasgrill der uns zur Verfügung stand. Ein Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht sowie ein Jetski stand. Auch Cannes, Nizza und Saint Tropez sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Vermieter steht für alle Fragen offen und antwortet schnell. Wir sind total begeistert und würden gerne nocheinmal kommen.

Well, what can I say about this property without posting up hundreds of pictures of the fun we had! I arranged this holiday for me and 6 members of my family, we all had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. The property is exactly as described in the advert. The villa is beautiful, very well furnished and modern but also has the quaint french charm. The location is exactly what we had hoped for. Having been to the Cote d'Azur many times before, we knew the location of this property is perfect for exploring in all directions. Cannes, Nice, Monaco and St Tropez are in travelling distance with the furthest being Monaco which was 1 hour 30mins away. As well as the main sites being accessible, the villa is close to the less touristy spots of Sainte Maxime and our personal favourite Frejus. If we didn't want to go anywhere, we have the beach just at the bottom of the road and local supermarkets are a short walk away. It really was a fantastic location. When we were feeling really lazy, we stayed by the pool and had equally fun filled days together with the luxury of being home! As well as day trips, there are lots of beach activities such as Paddle boarding, pedalo's, jet skiing, parasailing and windsurfing among many more. If you don't feel like doing anything, there are bars nearby for a luxury beach-side cocktail. If the location and property aren't enough for you, the owners were wonderful to work with and to make this happen for my family. If I ever had any issues - before, during or after - they responded to my emails promptly and did a wonderful job with the language barrier. I cannot recommend them enough. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!!! Thank you!

Fidèle aux photos et à l'annonce, cette maison tout équipée ne manquait de rien. La terrasse a été fort appréciée pour tous nos repas avec vue sur la mer. De plus, la situation de la maison est un autre atout, idéale pour visiter la côte. Des navettes maritimes au port d'Issambres (à 10 mn à pied) permettent d'accéder à Saint-Tropez, sans encombres. Bref, nous recommandons fortement cette maison, allez-y sans hésiter !

Mein Mann und ich verbrachten zusammen mit unseren zwei Kindern (15 und 18 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus steht in perfekter Lage. Drei Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse sind genügend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und ausreichend groß. Von der Terrasse aus hatte man Blick aufs Meer. Auch einen Grill kann man benutzen. Freies WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe. Die Nachbarorte les isambres und Sainte Maxime waren schnell zu erreichen. Les isambres sogar zu Fuß. Von dort aus gelangt man mit der Fähre regelmäßig nach st. Tropez. Alles in allem ein erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder......

Tout était réuni pour nous permettre de passer des vacances parfaites : villa dotée des derniers équipements de confort et de technologie, on s'y sent chez soi immédiatement. Pour ne rien gâcher l'entretien est impeccable à l'arrivée et tout au long du séjour, en particulier avec les bons soins d'un prestataire spécialisé, incontestablement sympathique. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds, petite marche à prévoir pour le centre commercial mais rien d'insurmontable. Les plages et restaurants sont situées à quelques mètres de la villa.
