Nice clean property, as described. Well equipped, so perfectly good for our party of 8 adults and 3 toddlers. Parking ok for 4 cars. Would be happy to go back again!

Schöne moderne Villa
Wir haben uns Ostern sehr wohl gefühlt.
Beim Empfang wurde alles ( auf Französisch ) erklärt. Bei Fragen gab es immer einen Ansprechpartner.
Das Haus ist modern und sauber.
Die Ausstattung ist gut.
Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur und konnte auch an kühleren Tagen genutzt werden.

Magnifique séjour
Une superbe villa pour profiter de moments en famille ou entre amis. La villa est spacieuse avec des chambres parfaitement équipées et isolées les unes des autres, parfaites pour garantir l'intimité de chacun. La grande pièce de vie donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine assure de passer des moments conviviaux garantis. La piscine au sel ravira petits et grands.
La propriétaire est très disponible en amont du séjour pour tout prévoir pour votre arrivée avec une délicate attention ! :)
Enfin, Michel est à votre disposition pour toute question et dépannage pendant votre séjour.
En résumé, je recommande vivement cette superbe villa pour revenir avec de très beaux souvenirs.

Tolles Haus in zweifelhafter Lage
Kurzum: Ein tolles Haus ! Architektonisch toll gebaut. Toller Pool. Gute Betten. Gute Klimaanlage.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses (Küche, BBQ, seitliche Terrasse) benötigt einige Zuwendung. Hier wird klar, dass das Haus viel vermietet wird und hier investiert werden müsste.
Mit der Lage hat WIR ein Problem. Wir haben uns auf die markierte Lage und die genannten Entfernungen zu Städten und den von uns gewünschten Zielen verlassen, da wir häufiger Häuser mieten und damit noch nie ein Problem hatten. Hier war es leider ein Problem. Das Haus ist VIEL weiter von dem Ort entfernt wo es hätte sein sollen. Für Gäste die viel Zeit im Haus verbringen ist das warscheinlich kein Problem. Wir hatten das Haus extra zur Nähe zu Porto V. ausgesucht und wurden diesbezüglich leider sehr enttäuscht.

Stunning home - exceptional stay!
What a stunning property just 15 mins from Porto Vecchio! The home has been beautifully designed to incorporate an open, sun-filled experience across the living room, outside deck and pool. Perfect for 3 sets of adults plus children.
The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, from Nespresso coffee machines, satellite TV, inflatable pool toys and BBQ cooking items. The Wifi could have been a little more reliable and faster.
Thank you to the Sophie and Emmanuel for their recommendations, including the bakery that we loved (a little too much!).
Wonderful hosts and we look forward to returning there!

Corsica has lots to offer with beautiful uncrowded beaches, mountains and lovely villages. It is relatively expensive though and we certainly needed our hire car.
We were made to feel welcome by our hosts and the housekeepers. Overall a fantastic holiday spot. Can certainly recommend.

Jolie maison de vacances
Maison très agréable pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille, bien située et toute équipée. Accueil impeccable et service de ménage parfait. S'il faut trouver un petit défaut à notre séjour, je dirais la faiblesse du signal wi-fi qui peut s'avérer capricieux. Sinon il faut se résigner à bien décrocher et à profiter de son séjour!

Perfect stay with our friends in this little paradise
This place can definitely be called a little paradise. The house is beautiful, offers a lot of space and favourit places and you will find anything you need.
The pool is perfect for all kids and other water lovers and the outdoor equipment (Barbecue, Outdoor shower, several places to relax...) offers you everything you need.
Of you anyway decide to leave this place for some hours, there are several beautiful beaches nearby.
And finally, there are these two very caring owners, Sophie and Emmanuel, who welcomed us so warm and made our stay as perfect as it was.
We will for sure come back again!

Sa baie vitré de 10metres en galandage permet avec facilité de profiter de l extérieur, de sa belle piscine, des salons extérieur, des lits d extérieur
La pièce principale et la terrasse a l ombre rendent l espace très convivial, et les chambres réparties au 4 coins de la maison permettent indépendance et intimité
La maison est particulièrement bien equipé, rien ne manque
La maison se situe à 20minutes en voiture au nord de Porto vecchio, a 5 minutes à pied d une plage naturiste
Cette villa est absolument une Destination conseillée

wunderschöne stylische Villa
Wunderschöne, moderne Villa, mit luxuriöser Ausstattung. Alles was man benötigt und noch vieles mehr ist vorhanden, wie z.B. 2 hochwertige Weber-Gas-Aussengrill, mehrere Sitzgruppen, Sitzsäcke im Aussenbereich, toll ausgestatte Küche und und und.
Die Zimmer sind alle sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, ebenso die Bäder.
Aussenbereich und Pool haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne, trotz der vielen schönen Strände, von denen man einen auch zu Fuss erreichen kann, länger dort verweilten.
Das Haus war tip top sauber, sehr gepflegt und ein zusätzlicher Service war die fast tägliche Reinigung des Hauses.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und erhielten auch viele zahlreiche nützliche Tipps.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Maralzo sehr genossen und planen schon jetzt die Villa einmal wieder zu buchen.
Wir würden die Villa Maralzo jederzeit auch unserer Freunden weiterempfehlen.

The villa is very well laid out, is spotlessly maintained and suited grandparents with two sets of children/spouses with a total of four grandchildren. Each had their own sleeping/bathroom areas of the villa. It is spacious inside and the A/C makes it very comfortable even when really hot outside. The garden and outside areas around the pool are also very nicely maintained and the pool itself is excellent for young children. The awnings over the intermediate area between the patio/house and pool make a very pleasant breakfast/dining area. With young children it is just a short drive to excellent beaches which also have good restaurants on, or very close to, the beaches. The welcoming champagne in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
