SWISS 14 is a villa 4Beds / 4.5Baths / Pool (can be heated for an extra cost). Located at the heart of the Waterski Resort. It benefits from a magnificent open view overlooking Lake Stephanie. To high standard and fully air conditioned, it offers all the comfort you need for great vacations.
Clermont and the surrounding area offer a multitude of activities and events for athletes or sports enthusiasts. Golfing is onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge! Located just 10 miles away is the NTC (National Training Center) in Clermont. Historic Downtown Clermont, the Clermont Chain of lakes and the Lake County Rowing Association boathouse are just 6 miles away.

Located 35 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. The choice is yours. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.
To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave.
You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.
NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed.
TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps.
PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s.

• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

The house was very nice. However the water smelled really bad. Tubs and toilets badly stained due to iron and water not being treated. Made us sick to take a shower. I bought room deodorizers which helped. If not for this very bad problem we would have loved it.
