One of the best value's we've gotten at Holden Beach. It's not dated, everything is new, and updated, and the pool was awesome! Jandy was very attentive as well with what few requests we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our extended family had a wonderful visit. The home easily accommodated the eight of us and the kids loved having a large pool to play in. The walk to the beach was short and easy and extras, like having a beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys was an unexpected delight. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Only able to stay a couple of days, but we enjoyed ourselves. Bedding is extremely comfy and overall experience was great. The owner was very helpful when we couldn't get the lock to work and got us inside within a few minutes. The beach was a short walk and the pool was a great addition and used both days by the kids.

We had a great stay and will plan to return. The quick walk to the beach and the pool made for a great vacation. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed time together on the porches and upper floor. Host was great - helpful & communicative.

The house was on a quiet, residential, dead end street, which made it perfect for the kids to play outside and ride bikes. The pool was a huge hit. Easy access to the beach, and the wagon with toys provided made it extra easy to lug all of our stuff to and from the beach. One minor repair needed when we arrived and it was tended to very quickly and without issue. We would love to stay here again!

Great house and owner. Very easy check and communication. House was very well stocked and the pool is amazing. The beach access was really close and made it easy to get all our beach stuff to the ocean. Good parking for our cars. Would definitely put this in our top beach house rentals!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was just as amazing this time as the first time we stayed. Everything you could need plus more is provided. The kids loved all the various toys available to play with both outside of the house and within the house. The owner is so very responsive to any need/issue that may arise during the stay. This will be the first house we look to book when we plan our next trip!

The listing is spot on, everything this property promised to be and more! We had a group of 10 and could not of been happier with the beautiful home, the very needed pool with night swimming under the colored lights! Beach so convenient and the owner provided some necessities to enjoy it! We brought flashlights and enjoyed looking for sand crabs!!! Jandy, the owner was so easy to contract and truly cared about our family enjoying the time we were there! Short drive over the bridge and plenty of places to go, then back to the house which was quiet and comfortable! We loved everything about it!

Our family came from the mtns to the ocean for our spring break vacation. We paid the extra to heat the pool and that was the best decision ever. Such a quiet neighborhood and the beaches were peaceful and not overcrowded. I’m sure it’s busier in the summer when it’s hot but this was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of our kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The kitchen is beautiful and I had no issues cooking during the week. I was thankful for Tupperware and all the dishes we needed for our needs. Jandy was just a message away for any needs and I appreciated her checking in when we arrived. Overall, it was a good trip

We enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely appointed home with all of the necessities. We loved the short walk to the beach and had a great time as the weather was warm enough that we could still utilize the pool. We were able to baptize 4 ladies as well. We will try to rent it again next year for out beach trip.

We had a great time at this house--it's clean, bright and cozy. We have 3 kids under 6, so we appreciated all the kids stuff including games, toys, beach items, the pool, bikes/scooters and the air fryer for french fries and chicken nuggets. Boom--essentials covered.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at “Gone Coastal”. Holden Beach is our happy place and this property did not disappoint. It is a beautiful home with everything you need plus more. Our 4 children from toddler to preteen had a blast with the pool, games, toys, and bikes. Even on the rainy days we had more than enough to keep us entertained at the property. The views of the ocean and marsh were lovely. The beds were so comfy, and the neighborhood is refreshingly quiet. Jandy is a lovely hostess and we cannot wait to stay again.

This was a beautifully and tastefully decorated beach home! Great pool for whole family. The larger size was awesome and very accommodating for adults and kids along with the pool toys. The colored lights were awesome and we had a fun night swim with 2 and 7 year old!! They thought it was the coolest! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our two young families
This beach house was the perfect “child friendly” property. Jandy was very responsive. We enjoyed the large pool, home was clean, and had almost everything we needed, we loved having the “extras” like paper products, shampoo, etc.

Amazing Week!
Thank you for this amazing opportunity. The house was beautiful. My kids and family really enjoyed the pool. The views off 1 of either 4 decks was great. My Dad turn 60 and he said it was one of the best trips he has every been on. Thank you for making our trip so great! You should receive 100000 stars as this trip was amazing!

Great family vacation
We absolutely loved our first trip to Holden Beach! This house is absolutely perfect for families and is so kid friendly which we greatly appreciated. The house has a great set up, is a really close walk to the beach and we enjoyed having the pool to relax in. Jandy, the property owner, was great to work with and checked in on us frequently.

Great Home Away From Home!
“Gone Coastal” had everything we needed, & then some! We had a minor hiccup while we were there with the pool, but Jandy was very responsive & helpful with resolving quickly! The house is beautiful, as were the views! We’ll definitely be renting again in the future!

Holden Beach Gem
House is nicely decorated and comfortable. Having linens and towels was an added bonus. They even provide trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. The heated pool was great especially the sun deck which is a perfect little kids area in the pool. Having a wagon full of beach necessities was awesome and they even have bikes and helmets to use. My toddler was so happy with the balance bike. Jandy is super kind and responsive. Her pride of ownership shines through. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to enjoy Pool and Beach
First off, I just have to say how wonderful it was for our little girl (3) to have her very own welcome package waiting for her when we arrived. She loved everything, especially the stuffed shark. We were really impressed and appreciative of the owner for doing this for her. It really meant a lot to her and to us.
The house was great. Love how there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living space. The beds were comfortable and when we were at the house, we felt right at home. The Proximity to the beach is great as well. We were able to fill up our beach wagon and were on the beach in just a few short minutes. A pool has become a must for our family in recent years and this one didn't disappoint. Having it heated certainly paid off as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Kids beds had sand,hair and dirt in them like they weren't washed. So I had to wash them before my kids could sleep in them. The bunk bed steps were brown from previous kids witch is fine just needed to be cleaned. Master bath grout is black. The floors are black and will leave your feet black. There were dirty dishes in cabinets with stuck on ramen. Windows had someones writing on it so I know they were not clean. She had told me she'd call before her hvac guy came never did. She didn't message me till the morning we left to tell me check out was at 10 am... Just wish it was better cleaned and the communication would have went better. I had to mop and clean bedding before enjoying the stay. Kind of disappointed in the stay.

Beautiful home
The home was very new & nice and the photos are very accurate. Very nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and we are glad we paid to have it heated since April weather can be chilly. Very convenient to the beach. Kitchen was stocked & storage room had tons of toys and the kids used the bikes.

Great vacation house away from home
House was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! The property owner communicated superbly and addressed the one issue we had within minutes! The amenities we’re wonderful too! My family could not have asked for a better time together and this house made this possible. My only gripe was our vacation and time at this house was too short, will definitely be back!

My family and I couldn’t say enough nice things about this beach house! It’s a very beautiful home, nicely decorated inverted floor plan, anything we could have needed during our stay you could find here, a very quiet neighborhood, lovely large heated pool, short walk to the beach. It was perfect for us! The owner was very kind and communicative! We would highly recommend!
