Our family really enjoyed the stay in this very comfortable villa with great pool. Close to a lot of nice villages and cities as Avignon, Venasque, Chateau Neuf de Pape and Marseille.

We loved our 8 nights at this villa. The private heated pool at the end of each day was a bonus! The location is quiet and private. Perfect base for exploring the Luberon region. Sylvie is a wonderful woman - she doesn’t speak English well or us French but we managed to communicate! All part of the fun!! Would not hesitate to come back

We enjoyed a great stay at this villa. The facilities in the villa were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the fantastic outdoor space where it was possible to relax in the sunshine or the shade. The steps in and out of the pool are quite steep and it would be easier to use the pool if there was a handrail but the pool itself was really good. The location was nice and quiet but supermarkets and boulangeries were just a few minutes away by car so really convenient. A really nice villa and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful Villa, would stay again
When’s we arrived Sylvie met us to show us around and hand over the keys, she was very polite and friendly, the villa was very clean and tidy and had everything you could need, including some welcome wine and some fresh fruit & veg.
The pool was heated, unfortunately the jets were not working but nether the less it was lovely.
It is close enough to some large shops, there some beautiful places to visit near by providing you have transport.
We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Een fantastische vakantie
Voor de 6e keer heb ik deze woning gehuurd. De ontvangst door Sylvie is altijd allerhartelijkst. De woning is geweldig, met name voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking, zoals mijn man had. Het zwembad is prachtig en verwarmd.
Kortom een verrukkelijk vakantiehuis in een schitterend deel van Frankrijk.
Sylvie is een lieve gastvrouw.
Ik beveel dit vakantiehuis van harte aan.

Une très jolie maison, très bien pensée, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. L’accueil est parfait. Vraiment aucune remarque négative possible. Un très bel endroit pour séjourner dans cette région pleine de soleil.

warm welcome and wonderful stay
We had a great stay in the beautiful house. Everything was perfectly clean. We were made very welcome by Sylvie and her familiy. They were very friendly and helpful, giving us some great ideas about what to do in the area. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. We're hoping to come back someday. Thanks a lot, Sylvie!

Villa aménagée avec goût, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Magnifique piscine avec une plage bien pratique pour les jeunes enfants! Beaucoup de beaux villages à découvrir à proximité.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour bien que trop court.
La propriétaire est discrète mais très réactive.
La villa est magnifique et bénéficie de tout le confort.
La climatisation a été appréciée avec ces fortes chaleurs.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous avons bien profité de la piscine, du terrain de pétanque ainsi que de la table de ping-pong.

Villa tout confort, très bien équipée, des vacances sans stress avec les enfants en bas âge. Piscine de rêve très bien chauffée. Une propriétaire discrète mais aux petits soins pour les locataires. Propreté +++. Vivement l’été prochain !

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour , trop court.
La propriétaire a été d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible.
La villa est superbe , d'une propreté irréprochable avec des prestations de grandes qualités ,identique à la description.
Nous avons bien profités de la piscine chauffée ainsi que du terrain de boulles. ( un vrai terrain de boulles ) .
La villa est idéalement située pour visiter cette magnifique région et les commerces sont tous proches.

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa
Nous recommandons vivement cette villa car:
- accueil chaleureux de le part de madame Bernard (partage de bonnes adresses, nombreuses petites attentions)
- propreté de la villa: clean rien à redire!
- la piscine chauffée et à bulles: petits et grands ont adoré. La piscine est vraiment l’atout principal, elle est équipée de nombreux parasols et chaises longues.
- table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque pour passer de bons moments
- à l’intérieur: maison de plein pieds avec clim dans toutes les pièces pour se rafraîchir en cas de besoin. Salle de bain avec une douche très spacieuse.
En résumé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants de 4 et 7 ans. Merci beaucoup madame Bernard pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité, que de bons souvenirs dans votre villa!

Wünderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir durften 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte direkt durch die Vermieterin. Auch wenn die Kommunikation in englisch nicht so gut klappte, hat man sich sehr gut verstanden. Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir einige Köstlichkeiten. Außerdem erhielten wir in den 2 Wochen riesige Obst und Gemüse Kisten mit Melonen, Aprikosen, Paprika und Auberginen. Das Haus und Grundstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, man fühlte sich sofort sehr wohl. Durch den riesigen Pool draußen und die Klimaanlage im Haus waren die Temperaturen von bis zu 45 C° auch gut auszuhalten. Bei Problemen oder Fragen stand uns die Vermieterin, sowie ihr Sohn immer zur Verfügung, Wir können dieses Objekt bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden selbst auch wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank für diese 2 Wochen Urlaub in Ihrem Haus

alles aanwezig, goede uitvalbasis voor verschillende zaken. Een min punt geen kussens voor de ligbedden bij het zwembad, de ligbedden zijn dan niet comfortabel.

Perfektes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten Anfang Mai 2018 einen herrlichen 1-wöchigen Kurzurlaub und haben das Haus und die Anlage voll genossen. Das Haus ist absolut vollständig!!! und für ein Ferienhaus mit ungewöhnlich guter Qualität ausgestattet, z.B. neue flauschige Badehandtücher, Bademantel, Top-Weber-Gasgrill, etc. etc.. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool hatte 28°, so dass wir auch bei kühlerem Wetter bzw. Regen entspannt baden konnten.
Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich einer Erbeeranlage. Der damit zwangsläufig verbundene "Lärm" hielt sich absolut in Grenzen. Im Wesentlichen waren kurzzeitig (also mal 15 Minuten) Stimme von Mitarbeitern zu hören, mal kam / ging ein LKW. Dauergeräusche von irgendwelchen Anlagen / Maschinen waren nicht zu vernehmen.
Die Fam. Bernard ist super freundlich und enorm hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sogar mit frischem Obst und Gemüse versorgt.
Also insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.!!!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was this was going to be a great place to stay. Sylvie and Pascal did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay - we arrived late evening after the shops had shut and they even went home and returned with eggs, bread and milk for the morning so we would have breakfast. They were always on hand but never intruded.
The villa itself was ideal in every way - a modern build, great sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, spacious shower room with wonderful shower, black out blinds and mosquito covers on the windows (not that we needed them). The pool is a great size with lots of little seating areas and there's even a boules court! All in a beautiful rural setting. And we ate outdoors every night! Just perfect. I took my parents who are in their 80s and they were very comfortable and happy staying there.
The other big advantage of this villa is its location. The local town Pernes-les-Fontaines is beautiful and only a 10 minute drive away and so many great places are within easy reach (less than an hour's drive). we visited the beautiful Luberon villages of Gordes, Rousillon and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue; the city of Avignon, and St Remy de Provence in the Alpilles. All stunning and very different.
I'd recommend anyone to stay here if you want to see this region.

Parfaite maison de vacances!
Villa de plein pied très bien décorée avec finitions de qualité ; garage fermé et haut portail automatique pour la sécurité et l'intimité. Elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, une cuisine très bien équipée, un mobilier élégant et en très bon état; jolie vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine nombreux et en très bon état...
La pièce de vie est spacieuse, lumineuse et très accueillante; les chambres sont spacieuses également, avec une literie confortable et récente. La salle de bains avec vaste douche italienne est très belle mais surtout très fonctionnelle.
Notre pièce préférée: la terrasse!!. très grande, sans vis-à-vis, très bien aménagée avec plusieurs petites coins où s'asseoir, où boire un verre. Une partie de la terrasse est couverte permettant de prendre nos repas à l'ombre; le mobilier est très bien adapté; le barbecue est en très bon état et propre. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine, très propre, avec une eau chauffée: parfaite!
Bien sûr l'environnement culturel et naturel laisse de nombreuses possibilités de visites et excursions, les commodités sont à proximité alors que la maison est très au calme.
Nous nous somme sentis chez nous dès les premières minutes et il s'agit certainement de notre meilleure location de vacances depuis que nous louons ( au moins 5 ans).
Merci encore à Me BERTRAND pour son accueil très chaleureux et sa maison si accueillante ; merci également à M. Basset qui nous a permis de faire la réservation très rapidement.

Location totalement conforme au descriptif. En famille avec nos 3 filles de 2, 10 et 12 ans nous avons pu profiter du calme et du confort de cette location. Les propriétaires ont été d'une grande gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Serenite et plaisir
Nous avons eu enormement de plaisir a revenir passer l'ete dans cette belle maison.
Tout etait parfait, nous avons pu nous reposer en famille sans que rien ne vienne deranger cette periode de tranquillite.
Je tenais egalement a souligner l'accueil et la disponibilite de Mme Bernard, c'est juste un plaisir de revenir chaque annee.

Excellent sejour
Nous louons depuis plusieurs années des maisons au sein des diverses régions de France et c est dans cette villa que nous avons trouvé notre bonheur. Il y a déjà l hospitalité de Mme Bernard et ses enfants notamment avec ses petites intentions, sa disponibilité. Puis nous avons la maison très fonctionnelle et très bien equipee. Enfin la piscine est magnifique et toujours très propre. Un sans faute !

Magnifique villa très moderne, bien décorée et hyper-équipée. La piscine (avec la fonction remous) et la table de ping-pong ont été particulièrement appréciées. L'exploitation agricole, entourant la villa, n'est pas dérangeante. Climatisation efficace.
La propriétaire nous a gâtés avec des produits du terroirs. En résumé, le paradis existe sur terre et il est situé entre Carpentras et Pernes-les-Fontaines.

Les vacances les plus reposantes!
On a passé un très bon sejour à Carpentras grace à l'hospitalité de Mme Bernard. Elle s'occupe vraiement de tout! On a déjà passé nos vacances deux fois dans la maison et on était toujours très content. C'est calme, propre et la piscine est parfait! C'est toujours avec beaucoup de plaisir qu'on se souvient des vacances qu'on a passé là et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Je suis certaine qu'on va revenir!

On a passé un très bon sejour grace à l'hospitalité de Mme Bernard! Elle s'occupe vraiement de tout! On a déjà passé nos vacances deux fois dans cette maison et on c'est toujours avec beaucoup de plaisir qu'on se souvient du temps qu'on a passé à Carpentras. C'est toujours calme, propre et la piscine est parfait! Je suis certaine qu'on va revenir!

Modernes Ambietne
Wir (2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene) waren Anfang August hier. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Da es sehr heiß war, war die Garage für’s Auto sehr angenehm. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage und der Pool ist schön groß zum schwimmen. Leider sprechen wir kein Französisch, doch mit Händen und Füßen war die Unterhaltung gut möglich.
Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

C'est toujours avec autant de plaisir que nous louons l'une ou l'autre de ces 2 villas au grand confort, propreté irréprochable et la cerise sur le gâteau : une magnifique piscine bien chauffée.
La propriétaire est aux petits soins et d'une extrême gentillesse.
Nous comptons bien revenir régulièrement dans ce havre de paix qui nous procure beaucoup de plaisir. Encore merci pour les petites douceurs qui ont accompagné notre séjour.

Que dire de cette villa que nous connaissons depuis septembre 2013? Que du bien et si nous osons dire, que des évidences pour le lieu!
L'accueil toujours chaleureux et amical, Sylvie et ses enfants, nous attendant avec des petites attentions, renforçant de plus belle,
notre plaisir de nous retrouver, restant également disponibles et discrets pour faciliter notre séjour.
L'endroit est calme, les extérieurs sont propres, agencés et équipés avec goût. Cette année, près de la magnifique piscine,
une douche a été rajoutée, et même un boulodrome y a été adjoint en contre-bas (en fin d'après-midi, c'est un régal d'y jouer!).
La maison est bien conçue et l'agencement des pièces ont été réalisées avec soin et raffinement, leurs équipements de qualité.
Bien situé, ce gite bénéficie de tous les commerces de proximité et est proche des nombreux sites à visiter.
Cette location que nous préférerions garder pour nous, est à recommander vivement!
