About this house rental

In the heart of the village of La Couarde sue Sea large family mansion with garden and private parking for several vehicles.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people but is suitable for families or groups of lesser numbers, all rooms being independent and having their own bathrooms or showers.
The property has the advantage of having a double access with the ability to quickly access in a few minutes walk to the most beautiful beach of La Couarde which are reputed the best of the island. The municipal park of La Couarde a few meters has a beautiful playground for children and two petanque courts convenient. the center of the village is also a few meters with many restaurants and independent shops open all year (bookstore, House of the Press among others. The art galleries are very present and La Couarde has the immense advantage of having a cultural center "La Maline" which imposes a cinema hall. Health services and a modern pharmacy are also open all year round
Beautiful walled landscaped garden with covered barbecue area, outdoor furniture, table tennis table, outdoor games, rack for your bikes etc.
Large courtyard adjoining the garden with electric gate access with means of parking several vehicles. The entrance is Impasse de la Grange, rue Parralelle at Grand Rue.
The post office, the Town Hall, the bookstore and the Municipal Police station are located 50m from the house.
the bike paths can be reached immediately from the two entrances to the house.
the magnificent sandy beaches of the Anneries and the few men are less than 10 minutes walk. The beach of Pergola will make the happiness of surfers. There is also a discotheque of the same name for lovers of nightlife!

Excellent séjour

Maison très spacieuse et confortable. Nous étions 11 en tout, adultes et enfants. C'était parfait. L'hôte nous a trè s bien accueillis et était vraiment disponible chaque fois que nous avions besoin de lui. Je souhaite à tous les futurs locataires la même expérience que nous dans cette belle maison, mais je ne suis pas inquiet pour ça, tant que Daniel sera aux commandes.

Ein Haus in sehr schöner Lage und Größe aber in Sachen Ausstattung hätten wir mehr erwartet ( z.B.Gläser, Geschirr, kleine Löffel, Kuchengabel). Auch wäre schön, wenn das Internet funktioniert hätte. Steckdosen in allen Bädern für Fön oder Rasierer fehlen auch. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und des Grillplatzes ließen schwer zu wünschen übrig. Eine Zimmertür quietscht die ganze Nacht und eine Tür zum Garten, in dem die Bewässerungsanlage nicht funktioniert, lässt sich nicht abschließen. Dieses soll eine Anregung zur Verbesserung dieser schönen Immobilie sein. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Das Schlafzimmer „für den König“ war mit einer Dusche und Toilette en suite die Krönung. Alles was man brauchte, war fussläufig zu erreichen. Vielen Dank. Ich kann das Haus auch aufgrund der sehr guten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellente semaine dans cette maison très vaste et bien équipée, parfaitement située dans le petit centre bourg avec accès très rapide à la plage. Jardin avec terrasse bien exposés. Nous reviendrons !

Le logement est trés vaste et confortable. Dix personnes y trouvent largement de quoi y vivre sans être les uns sur les autres. Le double salon permet d'adapter parents/ enfants . La cuisine est largement équipée pour 10 et l'on n'a jamais manqué de plats, couverts ustensiles ou autres. Le jardin est agréable , bien isolé de l'environnement , mais le temps mais surtout la température nous en ont un peu limité la fréquentation. Le fait de pouvoir rentrer les voitures dans la cour et que le jardin soit clos est un plus. La ville de La couarde est trés agréable, il y a tout sur place avec des commerçants de qualités , de beaux produits et des prix de lieu touristique. Un coup de coeur pour les halles : qualité des produits et amabilité. les courses et la plage se font à pied , ou bien sur avec l'impératif vélo pour profiter de l'ile.

We enjoyed our stay a lot with our family. Very spacious house with closed in garden and parking, perfect if you want to bring children along. Location in the middle of the small town on the island and easy to explore other towns on the island.

Nous avons tout d'abord apprécié la situation au centre du village, lui-même situé au centre de l'île de Ré. La maison par elle même offre une vaste pièce de vie lumineuse et bien aménagée. A l'étage les chambres sont desservies par un grand palier et disposent du confort nécessaire pour accueillir une dizaine de convives. A l'extérieur, l'allée menant au jardin permet de garer plusieurs voitures. Dans un angle du jardin, un abri est équipé d'un barbecue et protège une table de ping pong qui divertit petits et grands.

Bij het verlaten van de woning beweerde de verantwoordelijke dat er een plek was op de onderkant van een donsdeken. Wij wisten van niets en zij blijkbaar wel want ze ging er recht naartoe Met het wassen gaat dat eraf ! Sommige van onze kledingstukken waren vuil als we ze terug uit de kast namen (wat wel betekend dat het er niet proper was als we er aankwamen, zoals we ook aan andere dingen merkten) Lampen in een kamer op het nachtkastje waren defect ( is na telefoon hersteld ) evenals de parasol . Borg moet nog terugbetaald worden

Excellent sejour dans grande maison lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Maison d'artiste, belle décoration. Excellente distribution des espaces. Nous y avons sejourné deux semaines avec mes enfants et petits enfants. Situation coeur de village et proche plage. Situation idéale. Jardin sécurisé pour les petits. Dejeuners exterieurs top! "Grandeur" pour l'emplacement de la maison dans le village, pour la surface de la maison le terrain agréable et le stationnement. "Déception " pour le look vieillot de la décoration, des sanitaires.....et très mauvais point pour le frigo hors d'âge et pourvu d'une odeur infecte à l'intérieur (odeur d'urine de chat) .La personne en charge de l'accueil est venue constater et à tenté d'y remédier .

Avons passé un super séjour à la Couarde sur Mer dans la maison de Daniel. Très très grande et belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Etions 10 filles de tous âges, à l'unanimité nous avons toutes "SUPER" apprécié la propriété. Le jardin terrasse clôs, les espaces et volumes de la maison, la décoration style "maison d'artiste", les 4 salles de bain, la qualité des couchages et très important pour des filles l'hyperpropreté des lieux. Une mention particulière à Isabelle pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Sans aucun doute, une adresse à retenir +++, avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Séjour très agréable, location très bien située, proche de tout commerces, marché location vélo, boulangerie, centre ville, avec un parc à proximité pour les enfants. Maison très bien équipée, avec une literie de bonne qualité, des chambres bien répartis, une suite parentale très bien équipé ( propre toilette et douche, lit king size). Les espaces de vie sont agréables, et permettent et à chacun de pouvoir se retrouver au calme, et les les espace communs sont très conviviales. L’extérieur est très bien équipé, barbecue, ping-pong, ... Le stationnement à l’intérieur de la propriété est un plus non négligeable. A recommandés en espérant y séjourner à nouveau

Très bon séjour passé dans cette grande demeure. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Confort, espace, équipements, et un propriétaire aux petits soins en cas de besoin. Situé à pied des commerces et de la plage, le lieu est idéal pour un séjour reposant et idéalement placé pour découvrir l île. A refaire !

Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné quelques jours autour du réveillon dans cette grande maison de charme. La maison est propre, agréable et confortable. Elle est très bien placée au centre du village proche commerces et plage. La pièce à vivre est grande et agréable, la cuisine fonctionnelle, les chambres sont grandes, les salles de bain propres et grandes, il y a de nombreux jeux, grande TV, table de ping-pong, etc dont nous avons pu profiter. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Valérie

Belle maison, bien située

La maison est grande propre, bien agencée. elle permet d'accueillir 10 personnes sans promiscuité. Le seul petit inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas de salon fermé et si quelqu'un veut regarder un film, tout le rez-de-chaussée en profite. Hormis ce détail, tout est très bien.
