The hotel is really situated on the beach in the center of the town. So one can go sightseeing to find out the history of the place as well as spend time on the beach, the hotel has all the necessary facilities for it. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

We love the building and how it’s been brought back to life. Beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are like sleeping in a cloud ☁️ Food is delicious with a good amount of staff.

A perfect stay that could be upgraded to an excellent stay experience if only they figure out a solution for late check-

Elegant decoration and perfect location.

Check-out timing and attitude does not match the boutique hotel concept. Everything from start was perfect until the check out. You are expected to check out at 11 am. However all ferry and other transportation times are usually in the afternoon. So if you want to enjoy the beach a bit more, you are left with toilets to change. And since the beach and the restaurant of the hotel are open to public usage, toilets are small and usually not too clean to change as they are used by many people. Management should balance the guest and outsider usage especially during busy summer times. Otherwise many people stay at one of the other much cheaper hotels next door and use the hotel facilities at 20 euros whole day. This effects the boutique hotel concept negatively for the guests who are staying at the hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is stunning, the staff were so helpful. The beds were possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept in. And the view is unbeatable.

Our room and restaurant experience was excellent.

Our breakfast was excellent! Avocado toast with tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Loved It! For dinner I had the grilled Octopus dish and I have to say it was the best Octopus I ever had. wonderful! The Sweet helpful man that helped us at reception was incredible. Thank you!

Luxury by the Sea

It was well positioned on the beach front. The room was spotless. Breakfasts were exceptional and the staff were friendly and extremely obliging.

Everything was exceptional. The attendant servicing the beach chairs was very polite and provided excellent service.

le belle epoch of Kos

wonderful little jewel in the hurt of Kos city. was indeed a very pleasant surprise. neoclassical building, originally built a century ago as townhouse for a local governor. recently renovated with extremely wonderful taste. the rooms are big and comfortable, the beds were superb. the hotel is located on the water with its own small beach. would definitely come back. important notice, as a proud father of 3 kids, it definitely not suitable for families with kids, teenagers. perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Great Hotel

The front desk staff were great. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. The hotel location to the beach is perfect. It's right behind the hotel. Plenty of free beach loungers for hotel guests. Beach towels are down in that area too. There's an abundance of restaurants around the hotel. The port is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel.

We had one complaint. Our tv was broken upon arrival (cracked screen). We notified the front desk immediately because we didn't want to be held responsible for it. It was immediately replaced, but the new tv was never properly programmed to show channels. We notified the staff, but they never fixed it.

PROS: great location close to the ferry, great breakfast, clean and nice balcony CONS: the beach was fully under construction and not mention on the website, we booked specifically for the sun beds and relax and it was not available. should be mention on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have booked
