Max, we have spent a wonderful week in your villa in Grimaud. We, a family of twelve between the ages of 8 and 73 have all enjoyed a well-equipped house with lovely views and a short walk to swimming in the sea.
The lovely outdoor kitchen invited cooking and nice dinners, and in addition to the pool, table tennis was a very popular activity. We enjoyed our week together in the house. Thank you!

Max, you have an absolutely wonderful villa. As an extended family of 11 covering 3 generations ranging from 11 to 75 we all very greatly enjoyed our week’s stay. The interior decor of the villa is tasteful, pleasant and relaxing and there is ample accommodation. The gardens are a joy to experience with spectacular views from the terrace and pool across the gulf to Port Grimaud. The kitchen is spacious and combined with the covered outdoor area with pizza oven, barbecue, ice machine and wine chiller offers every opportunity for leisurely family dining. Our adventurous grandchildren also found lots to do in the area, ranging from rafting and canyoning to go-karting and jet-skiing. Many thanks, Max. We had a great holiday.

Serge ist ein unkomplizierter, entgegenkommender und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Die Villa ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet hervorragend Platz für 10 Personen. Freiraum für Alt und Jung.
Küche, großer, heller Wohnbereich mit Kamin laden zum Miteinander ein. Viel Licht und romantische Sonnenuntergange runden das Paket ab.
Hinzu kommen tolle Ausstattung, alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, großzügig ausgestattet und an alles gedacht.
Das macht es komfortabel und easy, Urlaub beginnt mit dem Betreten des mediterranen Gartens.
Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern (7-11 Jahre) und fünf Erwachsenen (47-83 Jahren) und wir blicken auf einen erholsamen, lustigen und bereichernden Urlaub in der Bucht von Saint Tropez zurück.

Optimal für Familien
Das Haus war für uns optimal. Grosseltern, Töchter mit Partnern sowie den Kindern zwischen 4 Monaten und 18 Jahren und einem Hund .
Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat war für uns die Voraussetzung.
Die Küche ist sehr gross und hat zwei Kühlschränke, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
Der Garten und der Pool, sowie die outdoor Ausstattung war tipptopp.
Die Kommunikation mit Serge war von Anfang an sehr gut und schnell.
Vielen Dank für die schönen Familienferien.

1 Woche mit Freunden
Wir waren im September 2021 mit Freunden (10 Personen) in der Villa. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise mit dem Vermieter verlief per WhatsApp total easy. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos. Tolles Haus mit viel Platz für alle. Das Wetter war so toll, dass wir das geräumige Wohn- und Esszimmer gar nicht benutzt haben, sondern uns fast nur draußen am Pool und auf der geräumigen überdachten Terrasse aufgehalten haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick über die Bucht von Saint Tropez von außen und von fast allen Zimmern ist herrlich. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Gelungener Urlaub
Der Kontakt mit Serge war im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts und währenddessen sehr gut und hilfreich. Alle Fragen konnten zufriedenstellend beantwortet werden. Die Sauberkeit war gut, 1 Stern Abzug wegen unserem Barbecue-Grill und verstopftem Aussenküchenabfluss, welches wir beides schnell und problemlos selbst erledigt haben. Pool und Aussicht sind sehr angenehm. Alle Badezimmer verfügten über frische Tücher und sogar frisch aufgefüllten Seifenspendern! Klasser Service! Preis-Leistung stimmt insgesamt! Wir würden noch einmal buchen aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen

Tolles Haus mit schönem Blick auf den Golf von Saint Tropez, sehr netter Besitzer
Wir haben in dieser tollen Villa mit einem Panoramablick auf den Golf von Saint Tropez und den Hafen von Port Cogolin wunderschöne 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und die Außenanlagen aufwendig im mediterranen Stil hergestellt. Es gibt viele Palmensorten, Zitronenbäume, Granatäpfelbäume und Oleanderbüsche in verschiedenen Farben .
Die Villa ist mit ihren großen Panorama-Schiebefenstern sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr großzügig und wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut auch mit einem größeren SUV zu erreichen und nur 20 Fahrminuten von Saint Tropez entfernt.
Der Eigentümer Serge ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und war für uns immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Der nächste Urlaub in der Villa ist schon geplant .

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Domizil in perfekter Lage mit tollem Pool
Wir haben mit drei Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser wirklich tollen und großzügigen Villa verlebt. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus hat sehr schöne, helle und große Zimmer, jeweils mit einem separaten Bad, teilweise mit Badewanne. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind groß, ebenso der Wohnbereich mit unglaublich hohen Decken. Die bodentiefe Fensterfront über den gesamten Wohn- und Essbereich vermittelt den Eindruck als würde alles im Freien stattfinden. Sowohl von dort als auch von der riesigen Terrasse genießt man einen fantastischen Blick über die Bucht von St. Tropez. Der große Pool läßt keine Wünsche offen. Er bietet auch 5 Personen genug Platz zum Baden, Spielen und Herumtollen. Der gesamte Poolbereich mit seinen sechs komfortabeln Liegen und einer großen Liegefläche ist von morgens bis abends sonnenüberflutet. Zwei große Sonnenschirme spenden bei Bedarf aber genug Schatten. Überhaupt ist das gesamte Grundstück sehr gepflegt, wozu sicher auch die Gärtner, die zweimal wöchentlich kommen, beitragen. Auch der Pool wird zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt. Eine richtige Wohlfühloase, bei der die Vermieter stets hilfsbereit, und nur bei Bedarf, sehr freundlich zur Seite standen. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige 100m, die man gut auch zu Fuß schaffen kann. Diese Villa können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen, es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen perfekten Familienurlaub erforderlich ist. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Vermieter, die wirklich an alle gedacht haben, nicht zuletzt an das schöne Willkommenspaket mit Brot, Kaffee und Wein. Vielen vielen Dank und ganz sich und versprochen: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Indeed the whole experience was wonderful all in from the day we got welcomed in to the day we checked out, very nice people only wanting to help and make it easier for us to spend good times.
The beach and golf at walking distance. Mostly the Villa is very romantic and will satisfy even the most demanding guests looking to spend times with friends or with large families.
We will definitely comeback to this rare pearl of Grimaud!

Absolute aanrader!
Prachtige zeer ruime villa in een rustige omgeving met fantastisch uitzicht op de baai van Sant Tropez. Heerlijk zwembad met goed overzicht wat ideaal is als je wat jongere kinderen heb. Eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam om je vakantie nog aangenamer te maken. Een absolute aanrader!!!

einfach grandios
Wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen auf einem top-gepflegten Grundstück in ruhiger Lage und in einer Super-Villa. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles war einfach perfekt, stilvoll, großzügig, sauber, in Top-Zustand und liebevoll für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet. Der Pool-Boy/Gardener kam 3 x die Woche und das Areal ist großzügig und wunderschön angelegt. Die Loggia ist großzügig bemessen und man kann auch bei Regen toll auf der Terrasse essen und den wunderbaren Blick auf St. Tropez und die Bucht genießen. Die Nachbarn sind überaus nett und hilfsbereit - hier ein großer Dank für den WLAN-Einsatz am Pfingst-Montag!! Kurz, es war ein Traum-Urlaub in einer Traum-Villa, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen werden. Der Eigentümer/Vermieter war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Das Erst-Paket für's Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist perfekt, der nächste Bäcker 3 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 20 Min. erreichbar. In St. Maxime - ein wunderbarerer kleiner Ort - ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto (Supermarkt) und auch sonst sind Ausflüge in zahlreichen Variationen sehr gut machbar. Eine großzügige Auffahrt mit Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und es war einer der schönsten Aufenthalte in Südfrankreich, die wir je hatten.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa bénéficiant d'une jolie vue sur mer tout en étant au calme.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, la décoration est de bon goût, le jardin très bien entretenu, ainsi que la piscine aux dimensions idéales.
L'accueil est parfait et le propriétaire très disponible.

Nous étions 3 couples avec des enfants et avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le charme de la maison, la qualité des prestations, la piscine, la vue exceptionnelle et la proximité avec la ville ont fait de ce séjour un vrai moment de bonheur dans un petit coin de paradis.
