cozy stone-built house renovated in 2013 95m² for 2 to 6 people quiet, comfortable and well equipped, close to sandy beaches and 34 gr .the house is located between the sea port of beach and restaurants and 200m wild beach 400m Saussaye.
The house comprises ground floor kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, living room, shower room with washing machine and toilet

Sehr nette Vermieter, mit sehr guten Ortskenntnissen, die uns sehr geholfen haben. 1A Tipps für Essen und Ausflüge, Einkäufe etc. Haus in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage, alles in gutem Zustand. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Maison trois chambres confortables. Bonne literie. Cuisine bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
Le canapé est un peu dur, mais on y vient pas pour ça.
Boulangerie à 30 minutes à pieds ou 5 minutes en voiture. Super U également à 5 minutes en voiture.
Plage très mignonne à 5 minutes à pieds à peine. Sentier côtier des deux côtés, notamment vers la pointe du groins, qui fait une promenade très sympa.
Je recommande cette location.

Schönes Haus in schöner Gegend
Wir wären gerne länger als eine Woche geblieben...
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und so fehlte es uns an nichts.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Holz-Pellet-Ofen zur Verfügung (kein Holzofen, wie man denken könnte), der bei Bedarf schnell wohlige Wärme spendet.
Der Empfang durch die Vermieter, die um die Ecke wohnen und im Bedarfsfall schnell vor Ort sind, war sehr freundlich. Nebenan wird derzeit ein weiterer Teil des alten Bauernhauses renoviert, während unseres Aufeinhaltes ging davon keine Störung aus.
Es war unser erstes Haus in Frankreich, bei dem wir vor der Benutzung den Grill nicht reinigen mussten- bravo!
Zur Lage: Zentral auf der Spitze der Halbinsel gelegen, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Pointe de Grouin, am Hafen und an den Badestränden. Der Fernwanderweg GR34 ist ein schöner Wanderweg, der viele herrliche Aussichten bietet, man sollte aber trittsicher sein, um Steigungen und Gefälle sicher bewältigen zu können. Über diesen Weg kommt man auch gut nach Cancale (hin und zurück ca. 3 Stunden zu Fuß)
Bäcker und Supermarkt in Cancale - Auto oder Rad sind hierfür erforderlich.
Von der Terasse und von einem der oberen Zimmer hat man etwas Meerblick.
St. Malo ist in 20 Minuten und der Mt. St. Michel in ca. 50 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht.
Wir kommen wahrscheinlich einmal wieder, auch wenn es in der Bretagne noch so vieles andere zu endecken gibt.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Steinhaus
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen Steinhaus verbracht. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Vor dem Haus ist ein Garten/Rasen, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen, 2 Badebuchten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend eignet sich sowohl für einen Strand- als auch Wanderurlaub. Sehr schöne Badebuchten, ein Wanderweg entlang der Küste (nicht mit Kinderwagen oder Fahrrad befahrbar, festes Schuhwerk empfohlen), sehenswerte Städte in der Nähe. In Cancale direkt befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt.
Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und können bei Fragen/Problemen schnell kontaktiert werden. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cette maison spacieuse bien aménagée bénéficiant de la douce chaleur du poêle à granulés. De belles balades et de belles plages en partant à pied de la maison...Nous avons visité Saint Malo à 20 minutes de voiture en passant par une petite route pittoresque qui longe la côte, nous avons passé une journée au Mont st Michel....Et tout ça sous un soleil radieux! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
