Villa 200m² new, walk in water, modern design, on 1000 m2 in private and secured property with direct beach access, 4 charming and large bedrooms with their bathrooms, Pullman bedding, large screen TV, Master: Giant screen, double large dressing. Kitchen open to a large living room, dining room decorated in neutral tones, with high ceilings halogen, with giant TV screen. Air-conditioned living area with access to the terrace designed a marble floor, covered with an electric blind. The all arranged around the grill area and a heated pool, secured lighted LEDs. The laundry area, double garage, separate toilet sinks adorn the autonomy of the villa. Fantastic villa and location ideal for our family holiday

We were two families with four kids from 6 to 10 years and stayed for two weeks. The place was perfect for us with the huge living/dining room and the four bedrooms. The house was wonderfully quite at night.
The proximity to the beach is great, as is the own pool. There were enough sun beds, tables, chairs for our large group. Having a garage for two cars really helps in the hot climate - or for a round of table tennis without sun or wind.
Our landlords were always quick to reply and very helpful. When there were issues, they were great at solving them well and quickly.
Smaller issues that could have been even better (but really did not spoil our fun):
- a pool cleaning after the first week (or a device for us to do it ourselves)
- a third toilet for 8 people
- a Remote Control for the garage
Overall, we had a great vacation and would have gladly stayed longer. :-)

Familienferien am Strand
Schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Pool. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr nahe vom wunderbaren Sandstrand gelegen. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Im Mai und Juni auch sehr gut geeignet für lange Spaziergänge mit dem Hund, da noch fast niemand am Strand ist. Beschreibung und Bilder entsprechen genau den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Christine und Stephan sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Ein wundervolles Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt, Gastgeber die keine Wünsche offen lassen und immer zur Seite stehen und die Lage direkt am Meer ist unglaublich wundervoll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, vielen Dank für alles 😘

Excellent séjour
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Christine et son mari qui ont fourni un service sans faille pendant notre séjour. La maison est à quelques mètres de la plage, très calme et offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un séjour agréable et reposant.

Un magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette superbe maison. La piscine est tres belle, la plage, tranquille et seulement à 1 minute à pied. La maison est spacieuse, bien conçue et d’une propreté irréprochable. Merci à Christine et son mari pour leur accueil chaleureux!

Nous tenons à remercier Christine et son mari, ils nous ont accueillis si chaleureusement, ils ont été très utiles et ont expliqué très clairement comment tout fonctionnait et étaient présents chaque fois que nous avions des questions. La maison est absolument magnifique, la mer est si proche de la villa, tout est à une courte distance à pied.
Nous prévoyons certainement de revenir et recommandons chaleureusement la villa pour des vacances reposantes.

Alles Bestens!
Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, die Innenausstattung, die Lage und der Außenbereich, die Sauberkeit - alles war perfekt und alles hat funktioniert. Mit den 2 bereitgestellten Rädern konnten wir morgens zum nahe gelegenen Bäcker fahren, das SUP Board und die Tischtennisplatte haben wir ebenfalls gerne genutzt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen können. Begeistert waren wir von der Kommunikation mit Stephan und Christine und ihrer Flexibilität: wir mussten 4 Tage früher anreisen, was uns ermöglicht wurde: morgens haben wir angerufenen und abends war alles geputzt und bereit für uns. Die beiden sind wirklich super freundlich und gaben uns auch einige Ausflugstips für die nähere Umgebung. Danke auch an Christine für die „Nachhilfe“ in Französisch für unsere Tochter.

Great villa, location and manager(s)
Firstly Christine and Stephane were fantastic - there to great us having made the place absolutely spotlessly clean, explained everything, nothing was too much trouble and always available. Lovely people as well. Really beautiful villa and pool in an amazing location - literally 2 minutes to a very quiet part of the beach - accessing made it feel like a private beach. An easy cycle (on bikes provided) to pick up the bread and croissants every morning. Highlights for the children were jet skiing and paddle boarding - on the villa's board. For us, relaxation and sun after months of lockdown!

Das Haus und die Umgebung entsprechen zu 110% Prozent der Beschreibung. Der Empfang und die Betreuung sind hervorragend, ein ausgesprochen nettes Paar hat uns empfangen und zur Seite gestanden. Es fehlte an nichts, die Gastfreundschaft und Sauberkeit sind ausgezeichnet. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und der Urlaub war perfekt. Vielen Dank an Christine und Stéphan, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Kurzurlaub im Spätsommer
es war eine sehr erholsame und ruhige Woche fast direkt am Strand. Das Haus, das abgeschlossene Grundstück und der Superpool habe alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Kommen gerne wieder!

La maison est grande , spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Les photos sont conformes a la réalité. Excellente literie et prestations de qualité.Chaque chambre a sa sdb. Proche de la plage dans un petit lotissement privé très au calme.Excellent accueil et Christine est très attentive a nos besoins. Vraiment une belle location pour de bonnes vacances

Stunning villa in a fantastic location
We spent two enjoyable weeks here in August 2017 on a family holiday. We were 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room inside and out to mean we weren't under each others' feet.
The villa is very modern and comfortable with air conditioning throughout which made it easy to sleep on even the warmest nights. Security was not an issue with electronic access gates and electronic shutters on all windows. The bedrooms have a boutique hotel feel and are all pretty big. While using the showers was a slightly odd experience for some, having one in every bedroom meant there was never a need to queue.
The outdoor seating area was perfect for meals - especially breakfast bought from an excellent boulangerie (Chez Regine), an energetic short walk towards Le Grau. There's a huge Hyper U a few minutes drive away making it really easy to pop out to pick up food to cook in the reasonably well equipped kitchen or on the BBQ.
The pool is a good size and there is plenty of space to relax in the sun. One of the best things about the villa is its location. It's a good 20 minutes walk to the restaurants (well worth it though) on the river but the beach is practically on the doorstep, accessed by a private road. The beach itself is quiet due to a lack of public access - you can see the crowds to the east and west where the public car parks are. The sea is shallow quite a way out which is perfect for children to be safe in but eventually gets deep enough for adults to swim in.
We might have been a bit unlucky with the weather as it was very windy for a number of days which made it impossible to put up the parasol or awning making finding shade quite tricky. On the hot days though, the pool reached 30 degrees which was very pleasant indeed.
Christine and Stephane were very welcoming and always happy to help with any query.

Endroit très agréable et surtout égal au descriptif
Arrivés sur place on avait un peu peur de ne pas avoir les prestations notées mais très belle surprise! Tout est identique aux photos: à 50 m de la plage sable fin (pas bondée et pas de parasols alignés); maison au calme, piscine, intérieur de la maison top, belles suites (douche et dressing); vaste séjour enfin... Tout comme les belles photos de l'annonce!
À part 1-2 détails le séjour était vraiment bien et on remercie chaleureusement Christine pour sa gentillesse et son service!

Ein sehr familienfreundliches schönes grosses Haus mit einem Super sauberen Strand
Wir sind mit drei Kindern angereist. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist stilvoll und vor allem gemütlich eingerichtet und alles hat super funktioniert. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass im Pool oder am 40 Meter enfernten Strand. Den Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.
Was uns besonders gefreut hat war ,das es dort so gut wie keine Stechmücken gibt .Die Preise in der Umgebung waren auch nicht erhöhter als sonst. Also zusamgefasst war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Wir bedanken uns hier nochmal bei Stephan und Christine für den Tollen Aufenthalt.
