About this apartment rental

Ocean Reef Villas is a small family-oriented 48 unit complex. It is conveniently located near the heart of New Smyrna. It is 1 mile from Flagler Avenue which has several boutique shops, bars, restaurants, wine walks and frequent festivities. It is about 3 miles from Canal Street, another great area to shop, eat and drink (check out the local brewery). There are multiple marinas nearby for boat rentals.
Ocean Reef has a large outdoor pool that is heated in the winter with a long covered area for shade. There is a kiddie pool for the the little ones as well as a shuffleboard court. There is a large clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions (reservations are made through the office and at their discretion). There is an outside grill for communal use by the clubhouse for all you BBQ fans.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with a TV and 2 closets. There is a large open kitchen fully stocked for your cooking convenience. There is a living/dining room with a table and 4 chairs, a TV and 2 futons that open up to serve as extra double beds. The Unit is equipped with Cable as well as WiFi. There is a full size washer and dryer. The patio is very large and L shaped with a deck box for beach toys, as well as, beach chairs and an umbrella. There is a high top table and 4 chairs with a view of the ocean, a perfect spot for morning breakfast and coffee. Binoculars are provided for the often sighted dolphins. Please note: Our unit is next to the tennis courts which are rarely used (see photo).
This is the perfect vacation spot for anyone that needs to get away from it all and enjoy the quaint offerings of beach life in New Smyrna.

My wife, daughter and I were in town for the weekend for an event in Dayton and stayed at this VRBO. When we arrived we noticed it was the first condo from the parking lot. Getting in was super easy and it was extremely clean and smelled fresh as well. The bedroom for the perfect size for my wife and I and the pull out futon was perfect for my daughter. We were steps from the pool/beach access and noticed our walk out from the sliding glass doors looked right at the beach. It was nice and quiet but also close enough to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and easy highway access. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was an amazing property in NSB. It had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and toys, extra bedding and plenty of room. The condo was decorated just like a Florida get away should be! I can’t wait to return, until next year!

We always love this property. Its well kept, quiet, friendly. Walking distance to the best reatraunts, shopping, and grocery. Fully equipped to cook a fantastic meal or snack out by ocean waves.

My mom and I came for a girls beach week and this was perfect! Very short walk to the beach. We loved having both a beach and pool option. We loved being able to use the beach accessories provided. New Smyrna was a great area to visit. We would love to visit again!

Perfect location for beach lovers! We try to book this property each time we travel to New Smyrna. The apartment is clean and well appointed with all the comforts of home. In addition to the beach, the complex has a beautiful large swimming pool available. The owner of this unit is very helpful and responsive. This is certainly one of our favorite VRBO properties.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed and even items we didn't think we needed. We spent a lot of time on the patio, enjoying the view and sound of the ocean. The picturea don't do this condo justice. Great location, with a comfy bed and wonderful amenities. We can't wait to come back.

The condo was very well taken care of and so clean! It had a homey feel and we felt so comfortable staying there. They had everything you would need in the kitchen and the pool is very nice! We were able to walk to Norwoods and Flagler Avenue with just short walks. Convenient area, just what we wanted. We’ll definitely be staying there again!!

Leslie was easy to contact and booking was easy. The unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with comfortable king bed, good size kitchen and nice side view of ocean. Nice to sit outside to eat, relax with a drink and feel the breeze while looking at ocean views. Plenty of towels, nice washer and dryer and quiet ground floor unit.

Everything is perfect about this property. The location is close to amazing restaurants. The amenities are updated and cover every need. The scenery is breath taking. We were walking distance to Flagler Ave and anything we wanted. A must stay . We will see you again soon.

Beautiful piece of heavan. Even with Hurricane Ian damage, we felt in paradise. The location is perfect to walk to Flagler and grab a yummy bite or do some shopping in the local boutiques. Across from Publix and many walkable incredible restaurants. The unit is absolutely perfect for feeling like you are escaping from life. It has all the amenities and comforts of home away from home. We visit regularly and will continue to visit as often as we can

Cute beachy vibe apartment with partial view of the beach from the ground floor patio. Really comfortable bed! Loved the new set of pots and pans when we stayed in a couple of days for cold weather and cooked. Noticed new towels too! Ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in a very long time, but I'm sure Leslie will correct that ASAP! Not so healthy for asthma sufferers. We just didn't use them. We love the area so well that we bought a timeshare next door, so sadly we will probably not need this apartment again, but will recommend it to others.
