Just across the street from the home is the entrance to the PALISADES RECREATION CENTER ~ a 117 acre park with 8 public tennis courts , 4 basketball courts (2 indoor & 2 outdoor), 4 baseball diamonds, large children’s playground, bocce ball courts and beautiful park grounds PLUS the 46 acre PORTRERO CANYON PARK with its manicured walking trails which meander down the canyon with scenic ocean views and connecting paths to the Palisades bluff park overlooking Will Rogers State Beach. If you prefer a mountain wooded hike with shade, the TEMESCAL CANYON PARK hiking trail loop begins 1 mile from the home. Beach more your vibe? It is a 1 mile walk downhill to the WILL ROGERS STATE BEACH. It is fun to take a stroll up to town to peruse the fresh produce and baked goods at the Sunday farmers market. The Two Palms is registered with the city of Los Angeles in compliance with all local regulations and requirements for home sharing. Per city ordinance, for stays of 30 DAYS OR LESS there is a 14% transient occupancy tax charged by VRBO and remitted directly to the city of Los Angeles. For stays of 31 days or more there is NO occupancy tax charged as these do not fall under the ‘short term rental’ classification. Please note that the property owner does NOT receive monies for occupancy tax or security deposit which are held and disbursed by VRBO.
Per Los Angeles City Home Sharing Code, Two Palms guests will be given a “Code of Conduct” which will include information on safety and security requirements as well as good-neighbor principles.

Kathleen was an absolutely wonderful host. We stayed for 1 week with our 2 kids 4 and 7. I mentioned to her that I needed to rent a piano so my son could practice and she offered to buy a keyboard to keep at the house for us. The home had lovely soaps in the shower and bathrobes in every guest bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked too. Location was the best! We felt so welcome in the home and will definitely be back.

We stayed at this amazing house over the December holidays. The listing doesn't do the house justice. It is a dream house. Working with Kathleen was so wonderful and easy; she is so gracious and nice. We hosted friends and family in this house as we were seeing family locally and then going to the Rose Bowl. The location is fantastic. We could walk our dog everywhere; easy access to great restaurants and there is a wonderful nature preserve trail right near the house. Kathleen really provides you with everything you need and more. We like to cook a lot and the kitchen was a dream. We typically rent homes as our son has special needs and the house was wonderful for him. The backyard is magical with the pool, patio furniture, lights and heaters. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Kathleen for a great stay!

Our family recently spent a week over spring break. The house and pool area were just fantastic. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and walking to the park. Additionally Palisades village was a great place for us to enjoy a movie and some wonderful dinners. Most importantly Kathleen and her family were so kind and responsive to all our questions and concerns. You cannot find a better host! We would definitely go back:).

This is our 3rd time staying at Kathleen's place and again had another amazing stay. Kathleen and her daughter were super responsive to any questions we had. The house was immaculately clean and stocked with lots of food and drinks. We look forward to coming back here again next summer!

This is the best VRBO experience I have had. I have rented homes in Malibu, Miami, Nantucket, Park City, Stowe, and more and they were all very nice homes.
The two palms home is above and beyond all of those though as as the hospitiality was outstanding.
Kathleen and the team for two palms stocked the fridge will the things we needed including lots of allergen free foods for our son.
The communication was excellent from inquiry to checkout.
The location of the home in the Huntington neighborhood of Pacific Palisades as good as it gets. Its right across the street the palisades rec center where spent time playing tennis and with your 7 and 2 year old at the playground. Its also about .4 miles from Palisades Village where we walked daily for shopping, dinner, coffee, etc.
Everything in this home is well-maintained. The pool and the spa were so much fun for us.
I do not have any hesitation referring my most discerning clients or friends to stay here.
Its not cheap to stay here but it is worth it. You get what you pay for.

Family Vacation Paradise!
This is our second time staying at this beautiful house. We had such an amazing time, we decided to come back again this year (and plan to come back again)! The house is perfect for our family - has enough bedrooms for our entire extended family, immaculately clean, has a FULLY stocked fridge and pantry, a heated pool and is located in the most perfect location: just across the street is a playground and tennis courts, just a couple min drive to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Palisades Village for great shopping and eating. Kathleen is also the most gracious host. She makes sure the fridge and pantry is fully stocked with all the food we need for the entire week before we arrive and is extremely quick to reply with any questions we had for her. This place is truly a gem, thank you Kathleen for having us stay in your wonderful home again!

My wife, three kids, and my wife's mother had a wonderful stay. The pool was great and the nearby park and recreation center were a hit with the kids. The neighborhood is walkable and of course there is fine weather. Kathleen was an excellent host.

Calm Amidst the Covid Calamity
The host, Kathleen, was extremely thoughtful and conscientious, providing not only a beautiful warm home for us but going out of her way to abundantly stock the pantry and fridge. Despite the less than ideal time to travel given the global pandemic we managed to thoroughly enjoy our trip to the Palisades--hiking, golfing, playing tennis (courts across the street), visiting and enjoying our friends' and family's company in a beautiful backyard setting with a pool and spa.

The Happiest Place!
We had an amazing week.
Kathleen thoughtfully took care of every detail. The kitchen was fully stocked, the pool heated on request, the bedrooms were immaculate, and she even ordered a guard rail for my youngest son's bed.
The neighborhood is fantastic. My kids and I walked to the park every day.
We didn't want to leave!

Luxury in the Palisades
Kathleen and her husband Claudio were exceptional hosts. They met us at the house and showed us everything. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked and the pool heated for our arrival. The home is lovely and comfortable, the location is amazing with a short walk to everything you need. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfectly at Home in the Palisades
A lovely, well-maintained residence in a fantastic neighborhood that is within walking distance to the park, the Village and the new Palisades shopping area. The 1st floor bedroom and bathroom were very convenient for us. There are several great social spaces including a media room throughout the home. The upstairs had a spacious bedroom and bath and master closet. The 3 other bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. Two gracious housekeepers came regularly. The owners were very responsive and accommodating and we could call them at any time with questions we had. We look forward to our next visit!

The house is beautiful with everything we needed. The owners were available for anything we needed.
The Palisades is an incredible community with wonderful restaurants and shops. The village is walking digstance from the house.
And last but not least Mary, the housekeeper did a superb job with everything.
