DESCRIPTION:
The oceanfront views from the main living area as well as the primary guest suites are sure to help you settle into your new home away from home.
The ground level of the home is the usual entrance and you are welcomed into a foyer with quick access to the elevator, stairwell, laundry room, and one guest room and common area. The guest room accommodates a Queen bed with direct access to the outdoor patio area. The shared bath links the two sleeping spaces together and offers a shower complete with grab bars and a shower seat if needed. The common area can either provide hours of fun for a quick competition on the pool table or a good night’s rest in the 2 twin over double bunks provided.
The main living area is on the second floor which includes a spacious family room, dining area, kitchen, and a full wall of generously sized windows complete with wonderful natural light and oceanviews. The large kitchen is equipped with newly updated appliances, granite countertops, as well as all of the kitchen gadgets and cookware needed. Especially for those cooks in the family! The guest rooms on this level are both spacious and offer front porch views. One guest room is furnished with a Queen bed and offers a private bath. The other guest room offers a King bed and semi private bathroom. The bathroom can either be closed off to the living space or left open for their use.
Head up the stairs or take the elevator to the top level and you are welcomed into a landing with fun and nautical decor. The oceanfront primary suites are both located here and furnished with King beds, private bathrooms, and private balconies. The additional guest room is comfortably furnished with a double and twin bed and they have access to a private bathroom.
All of the beds are made prior to arrival with freshly laundered linens, including the comforters, and are included with a full week’s stay.
The location of this home is within the beautiful, private and gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge.

Rented this house during Easter break. Great house. However needed a little cleaning under beds to remove trash and dust balls. We were heckled and threatened by community handyman on our last day. He accused our guest of breaking community gate based on a security cam view. He didn’t review photos accurately before making assumptions. Our guest was rightfully very upset especially since we all knew he never left house and his jeep was never moved and his jeep never showed any damage, scratches or other. Unfortunately the incident took away from the fun we had during the visit and we would hesitate to stay at properties in this neighborhood with a security person who doesn’t do his homework accurately before accusing. Otherwise everything else was wonderful

This home was perfect for our family even though we didn't use two of the bedrooms. We loved having our own walkway to the beach with a good view from all ocean front rooms. The family room space was ideal for a large family where we could watch TV, work on a puzzle, read a good book and chat while sharing the same space. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare gourmet meals on a few nights. This was the first vacation that we took our dog and he did great sitting on the front porch, taking long walks in the nice neighborhood and loving the beach. We brought a little pool for the dog to take his daily baths after the beach which was perfect on the lower patio by the hose.
The only comments that we suggest are to have some kind of footbath when you come off of the walk way so you don't have to get sand in the outdoor shower as it became to sandy to take an outdoor shower. We also felt that the outdoor decking was a little worn and could use some new paint. But all in all we would highly recommend this property.

This is the best house we have ever rented. Excellent location, spacious rooms, and beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Not a large pool, but certainly fulfilled our needs. Good view of ocean. The boardwalk to ocean made the walk much easier and enjoyable. Emerald Isle water pressure and taste/smell of water could be improved, but no fault of this wonderful home.

Best home we have ever stayed in.
This is the best house we have ever rented. Excellent location, spacious rooms, and beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Kitchen well equipped. Not a large pool, but certainly fulfilled our needs. Good view of ocean. The boardwalk to ocean made the walk much easier and enjoyable. Emerald Isle water pressure and taste/smell of water could be improved, but no fault of this wonderful home.
