About this house rental

The beauty of Southern Utah is all around you when you book this completely renovated 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom home in La Verkin. This home is central to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Kolob Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Park, as well as many state parks, lakes, recreation areas, and attractions.

This home is a modest 1,200 square feet, but it has everything you need at home-away-from-home including coffee, waffles, soft linens and towels, shampoo, hairdryer, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. All the furniture is brand new and the mattresses are comfy. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a pack & play. With a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a “twin-over-full” bunk in the third, there is plenty of room for the entire family. Also, with a 2 car garage, you’ll have a place to park your toys (side of home).

The backyard is completely fenced and has a patio with a propane barbeque grill is ready to go! You can also enjoy a propane fire pit along with a children's play area! (See photos!)

We traveled there to ride our motorcycle through the National Parks. This house is very close to Zion National Park. It had ample parking for our truck, motorcycle and trailer. The house was clean, had nice plush towels, good appliances and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very happy with our stay as we explored Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park! Property owner was very fast with communication. Home had everything we needed... and more (bathroom supplies, kitchen fully stocked, TV subscriptions, play area, fire pit, etc). Would absolutely rebook here.

The house was great! Everything was stocked up. The dog that everyone complains about was not bad at all. But then again i have dogs so the barking doesn’t bother me. We all slept peacefully. I recommend this house to anyone wanting to go to Zion, great location!

Great place. Close to Zion/Bryce and some good golf course in St. George. The place is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. We made use of the BBQ a couple of nights. Grocery store right around the corner. Stage Coach grille restaurant is good but make reservations, The dog next door was quiet at night during our stay,

This house was great for our little family during our trip to Zion. We really appreciated all the extra conveniences (high chair, bibs, baby plates). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including to-go cups for coffee. Our son (2) was so excited for the play structure in the backyard!

This was a great space for our family with 2 adult children and teenager. It had plenty of space and very well taken care of. The host was quick to respond to questions and the neighborhood was safe.

The house was perfect- they thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen was stocked, the washer/dryer helped a ton, the AC was lovely! The property was so clean and the simple touches to make it a home away from home did not go unnoticed. The only downfall was the darn dogs next door barking all night, and honestly, the hosts have tried everything they could to even mitigate that! Bring your “rain-sounds” app and ear plugs and you are set up for a fabulous stay to the best National Parks, great restaurants, and stunning scenery!

We enjoyed this house very much - the layout was great for us and the kids. The back yard was wonderful for the kids to play. Loved how close we were to both entrances of Zion! Spent most of the days hiking and it was great to come back to a home base.

This property was very clean, had super comfy towels, and was a great value. The spice selection and chocolates were a bonus. Plenty of room and a great fire pit. Perfect location to visit Zion.

We enjoyed our stay in La Verkin. The house was very nice for our large family-plenty of room for our kiddos to spread out, a nice yard for them to play in, a comfy couch for us to relax at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was great as well. Nice neighborhood, easy to get to things. We spent most of our time at Zion, which was an easy drive from the house.

We had a great week here in March 2023. It's about a 20 minute drive to the main entrance of Zion. House is exactly as listed and the owners were great. They have all the amenities you need: coffee, tea, cooking supplies, laundry soap, fast internet, shampoo/conditioner, etc. We didn't need a thing from them, but they were responsive when we messaged them for check in and check out.

Great location for exploring Zion, Red Cliffs Desert Reserve, and local state parks. Quiet neighborhood only blocks from a grocery store and a great coffee shop. It was awesome to have a fully functioning kitchen and some essential food items. Waffles were a great treat. Host was quick to respond with questions.

There was a small hiccup with check in with our not receiving the check in code via email, but Jared was very quick to respond and get us the info we needed and from there on things went very smoothly. The kids loved the outdoor play set!

Simple style, convenient location to local attractions. Neighbors dog is a night time barker and woke us all three nights. Otherwise, the house met our needs and had some extras like coffee pods and chocolates.

Friends and I came out for a hiking trip in Zion. Property was clean, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. It was only a short 20 minute drive into the south entrance to the park. Walking distance to a local coffee shop. If you’re looking for a great place in La Verkin to eat, we highly recommend the stage coach grille.

My husband takes a guy’s trip every year and this is the first year that I’ve taken him up on his offer to have a girl’s trip. My best friend from college and I decided that hiking the Narrows was our goal. When we looked for a place to stay, we knew wanted a kitchen so we weren’t eating out the whole week. We couldn’t have been happier with this house. There is plenty of room, a fully functional and stocked kitchen, and it is kept very clean. I packed toiletries without knowing those would all be here, what a plus! Waking up early every morning for hikes, having the Keurig was incredibly appreciated as were the laundry machines - all clean clothes in the suitcases makes unpacking at the end of vacation a breeze. I fully intend to return and will look book this house again.

Jared is an exceptional host. The property was a perfect home base for our trip to Zion. The beds are comfortable, showers are great, and it’s fully equipped with kitchen and bath necessities! Many people have commented about the dog next door. Jared provides a dog whistle to help with barking. We had no problems with the dog and didn’t have to use the whistle. Only heard a couple of barks here and there. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, pancake mix and syrup, and all the cooking tools you could ask for. We cooked many meals there. Thanks for an amazing stay! We have nothing but positive things to say!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the home. We all had plenty of space to spread out and relax after busy days in Zion and Bryce Canyons. A grocery store is very close by which made it easy to grab food for casual dinners or hiking in the park. The fire pit was a great place to gather in the evenings. The dog next door barely barked and didn’t bother us at all.

We were primarily visiting Zion but included surrounding area. This place was perfect for us two couples. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was coffee, tea, and water. Jared even left a treat of Hershey chocolates. Quite neighborhood as well. I would recommend this home.
