We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! It was perfect for our group of friends with young children. The location couldn't be better- it's directly across the street from the boardwalk and public beach access. The condo is clean and extremely well stocked, and we had lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We hope to stay there again!

This is a great unit for any group of family or friends looking to stay right in the city, but a bit away from lots of noise and congestion. You can be in the heart of South Beach for less than a 2 mile walk on the lovely beach-side walking path, a short Uber, or ride on the free trolley. The unit is exactly as described with nice amenities like high-end towels and bedding and even beach chairs and umbrellas. The hostess responds quickly to any question. Bedrooms are large and a nice distance from each other. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and only a block from the beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed if you select this property for your Miami visit!

Very clean, nice location, and comfortable apartment

This is a really convenient space in South Beach. It’s an unusual space, basically 2 connected units. The main kitchen had plenty of what you need though it could be better organized. The biggest challenge was the odor of the units. There was an underlying musty smell with lots of air freshener smells to try to cover it up, Also, many fans and air purifiers going in almost every room which felt noisy and overwhelming at times. Closet space in the “main” bedroom was minimal because there was so much stuff in the closet. We did not have a car - I think parking would be a big challenge.

The property was a typical apartment. Clean, amenities were nice, everything worked (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, etc.), really a great place. Parking was available via a parking app although there was one time where we struggled to be able to park right along or in front of the property. The location was tremendous. 200 ft. to the beach and the paved walk/bike trail. A few blocks from a lot of great places to eat. Communication with the property manager was good as well. My wife and I stayed there with our 4 adult children and daughter-in-law and it was plenty of space. We even cooked Thanksgiving Dinner after we got back from the Everglades on Thanksgiving Day!

First, Marla, the owner, is very accessible for questions or suggestions. She is extremely thorough with information about condo and surrounding businesses.
The condo is perfect for multiple families as it has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. While this is an older building, the condo is colorfully decorated with a modern vibe. There is everything you need to be comfortable for 3 days or 3 weeks. Each bathroom has a special updated feature. Our bathroom had a huge jacuzzi/shower combo and a heated bidet.
Beach is a block away and intercoastal a block away in opposite direction.
The only downside is parking. Because it is Miami Beach, street parking is limited. There are 2 different public lots down the street. If Marla has a parking pass available, pay for it. Unfortunately, because of timing, we did not have the pass so we found alternatives.
There were 5 of us from 3 different
families and it worked perfectly.

Very comfortable space for the five of us- loved the location so close to many great restaurants and most importantly the beach! Marla was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip

Apartment was very clean & Marla was helpful and responsive to deal with. We loved the quieter location and able to rent Citibikes a block away and bike on the boardwalk. We especially enjoyed the food & service at Ceviches close by. Would stay here again.

Nicer than photos. Nice to meet owners face to face as opposed to indifferent rental agent.

We stayed here for two nights in April 2023. Two adult couples and one adult child. We needed three bedrooms and this condo was priced much more favorably than 3 hotel rooms! Communication with the host was terrific, very responsive and helpful. The condo is extremely well located close to restaurants, coffee, shopping and of course Miami Beach. Beds were comfortable. Unit was very clean, and supremely quiet. Given the location we were surprised at how peaceful it was. Some things showed some wear and tear, a few cracked tiles here and there, one shower (of three) didn't work, unusual placement of stairs inside bathroom, so a little bit awkward at times, but not a problem. Two kitchens very well equipped. It's a first floor unit so most windows are frosted. Overall an excellent choice for the price.

Amazing location to beach, separate areas for privacy between bedrooms, had several beach items and the kitchens were well stocked.

We were extremely happy with the accommodations and the location. Everything was as described, and Marla made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 7 and the mix of beds worked perfectly for our friend group.
This is located close to the beach and located in a calm area but still very close to get into the heart of south beach. Marla was also flexible accommodating early check in/check out, and we really appreciated that!

Spacious place with plenty of room for our group of 5 adult family members. Well stocked kitchen and many extras that made our stay enjoyable. Location was a big plus, with many restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach.

We had a long weekend with girlfriends. Marla was super responsive and the apartments worked out great. Clean, right on the beach, quiet at night. Lovely!

Everything was as advertised and better. The beds are the best! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean, spacious condo. Lots of room for our family to spread out. Loved having 3 bathrooms getting ready for a wedding! Great location right across from beach, safe neighborhood, good walkability. We ubered everywhere. Had a nice breakfast at the Palms Hotel right across the street. Nice little market 5 min walk. Owner very good at communicating. Only thing that could be improved is freshening up of some of the furnishings / beach chairs etc.

Great place for our party of 6! 3 single beds in the back room was perfect for the 3 teenage girls. My son enjoyed having us own king bedroom. Each room having its own bathroom is really nice. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Location is convenient. Short 2 minute walk to the beach and a block away from the bus/trolley that will take you to South Beach. Highly recommend!!

Loved the place. Loved the location. And the host Marla was on top of everything!

Our location and attentiveness by host was excellent. Highly recommend for a high energy location and fantastic beach experience. Fully stocked amenities.

We (2 couples and 3 teenagers) stayed over Thanksgiving week. Marla (owner) was very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the visit. Beds were very comfy (firm but not too hard), very well appointed kitchen, nice TV's etc. The location was wonderful. Starbucks just down the street. (I don't even want to make coffee on vacation lol!) The Palms Hotel is right across the street with a wonderful spa. Beach access right across the street. We took the free trolley from 29th street stop to Lincoln Mall. We decided to valet park at the RIU Hotel just across the street with in and out privileges. (Parking is a challenge in Miami Beach.) VRBO won't let me list the daily parking price for some reason but it was well worth it! We would stay at this condo again.

As promised the condo fits anywhere from 4-10 people. As four guests we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to hang out near but not on the main drag....just a 10 minute walk. The condo is more than well appointed with all the gadgets, beach equipment and electronics anyone would need. The owners were very responsive to a need for service, so no hassles there. I highly recommend 3030 Collins.

Loved being in this 3 bedroom 3 bath-- very clean and modern, and the neighborhood was great. Got to beach in less than a minute

I booked this location for a bachelorette weekend with 8 other girls. The space was uniquely decorated, clean, and very well-equipped with lots of amenities. The owner was responsive whenever I tried to contact her, and she definitely went the extra mile to accommodate our group for a few extra hours on our last day for the members of the group who had later flights. She also gave us a very helpful, detailed flyer to acquaint us with the condo and surrounding area. I was also happy that the location was only a 20-minute drive from downtown Miami, and within walking distance of some fun South/Mid-Beach locations. Our only complaints were some mechanical issues with the front door of the building, which is supposed to be fixed soon, and the sleeping accommodations were a little tight for a couple of us. Overall, though, everyone in our group thought the condo was a great choice for our trip.

We had 5 adults stay very comfortably in the 2BR adjoining with the 1BR apartments. It had every possible item one may need to use during their stay. There were ample kitchen items/utensils, plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The Washer and dryer worked great. And the air conditioning units kept the place comfortable and cool. It was quiet at night for the most part. Occasionally we could hear the upstairs neighbors moving around and the random supped up engine driving by. And my girlfriends and I loved sitting in the little outside courtyard area sipping wine and chatting at night. Overall, it was a fabulous stay. We LOVED walking right across Collins straight to the beautiful beach. And we easily went into the Palms hotel and had lunch and drinks. I would definitely choice this apartment to stay again when I come back to visit SOBE.

We stayed in this property with family for our destination wedding. Six of us were very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The major drawback was lack of parking. There is a lot of construction in the area and two close lots were closed and street parking was limited. At times it took 45 min to an hour to find a 3 hour parking spot. We chose to pay parking tickets rather than feed meters. One of the TVs in the unit was not working. Marla was very responsive and we likely could have fixed it if it was a priority for us. We would stay here again. Very close to the beach :-)

Ultra clean units Close to the beach Owners very helpful! Would stay here again! We did not cook much but everything you need is here!

we loved staying here- there is no pool but we spent our time across the street at the beach and sipping mimosas at the beach bar at the Palm. The second living room gave us lots of room to hang outHighly recommend.

I stayed here with a group of girls for a Bachelorette party in April 2017 and the stay was great! Located just a < 5 min CHEAP UBER drive away from the heart South Beach the condo was easily accessible and just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach. I truly got so much for the price. Marla was extremely accessible and is very responsive when you reach out to her. She is very accommodating and was a pleasure to work with. There was extra toiletries and beach necessities that we did not have to bring down or buy when we were there. The condos slept 10 very comfortably and everything was in working condition. There is an outdoor seating arrangement that was really enjoyable in the evening. There is a deli a few blocks south which has great coffee and the liquor store was also only a block away. I thought the condo was going to be out of the way from the heart of South Beach but it ended up not being a problem at all because it took 2 minutes for the UBERS to get there. There was a very mid mold smell coming from the building but overall the condo was clean. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely rent from Marla again myself.

We had such a great time in this beautiful rental. It accommodated our group of seven guests perfectly and the two kitchens came in extremely handy! We had a little confusion upon our arrival, but other than that Marla was extremely accessible and very helpful! We loved that the beach was directly across the street, and tubers were at our door in 2 to 3 minutes tops!

We had a guys trip/getaway vacation from August 11th - 14th. The place is nicely located right on Collins Ave and one block walk to the beach. The place itself was clean, and had everything we needed for what we went there for. In my previous stays I usually had stayed closer to Ocean drive, but a short Uber drive will take you there in no time. We had a lot of fun in Miami Beach as always, and I would certainly stay at this place again in the future.

Marla was very helpful and had gone above and beyond to help us! We are a extended family of 9 and were looking to rent a residential pool house near a canal or water way, but couldn't find one in time for the July 4th weekend. We booked this apartment in a rush not realizing how urban the area was. We thought of canceling but reconsidered and decided to make the best of it. Soooo happy we did! It turned out to be a real gem! Everything here was high quality! Especially the jacuzzi! My only advice to all is to avoid renting a car like we did. We didn't need it and parking would have been an expensive challenge. Luckily the car rental agency worked with us. Good Luck! You will enjoy this stay!

We stayed in this lovely condo for 4 nights prior to a Caribbean cruise, along with two other couples. This was an excellent choice as each couple had a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This is really 2 units so we had our choice of 2 kitchens, each very well equipped including several coffee makers and a Nespresso machine. We enjoyed the dinners at two local restaurants: La Cantina 27 and Tropical Beach Cafe, both recommended by Marla. The sights and sounds of South Beach were a short walk away.

I celebrated my 30tg birthday here and had such a fabulous time. Having both the apartments turn in to one we had so much room there were 10 of us. You are not in the heart if south beach but you are a $4 uber and ACROSS the street from the beach. This was ideal for us because we were mainly there to beach it and cook and be at the house. So great for groups!!!
