About this house rental
To discover on Dunkerque this magnificent home T4 of 90 m2 with garage.
Built in 2014 in the new district (Le Grand Large).
Located 300m from the beach of Malo baths (direct access by a footbridge).
Many activities are available at first: an Olympic municipal swimming pool, cinema, museum, bike rental, windsurfing, water sports, hiking trail, fishing, beach bar and disco, etc.
Shuttle on the dike of Malo, transport in the city center of Dunkirk everything is completely free!
The city center of Dunkirk has many large sign.
At 500m from the house is the KURSAAL (carnival ball and show) and the casino of Dunkerque.
The house is fully equipped:
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all with an LED TV, 140cm double bed, wardrobe + storage. A bathroom with tub and on the same floor a large dressing room. Cot possible clarified in advance !!

_a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, toaster, kettle hood, etc ....
_A dressing room with washing machine (iron and ironing board)

Lack of comfort. Only a downstairs WC which is not explicit/clear in the description. Creaky stairs which can be heard throughout the night as needed to go downstairs to the only toilet. Creaky uncomfortable beds. Worn out furniture. Old and cheap bed linen. Holes in one set. Dirty skirting boards, stairs, shower curtain. No towels provided. Bare light bulbs.
A feeling of a purely functional money making holiday let with no thought of making the property comfortable in any way.
One of the worse properties we have stayed in.

Property opposite building site so noisy. Furniture shabby, plates, cutlery cluttered and chipped.
Toilet on the ground floor so have to negotiate round wooden stairs in the night. The place needs more storage in the bedrooms and a larger mirror. Bedside shelves are tiny and loose.
Well situated, good parking.

Très bon sejour
Malgré le mauvais temps, nous avons pu profiter au mieux du carnaval de Dunkerque. La maison est idéalement placée, à proximité du centre ville, de la plage, de nombreux restaurants, et de lieux à visiter. ( musées, casino, salle de spectacle, patinoire, piscine etc...), avec tout le confort.

Bon accueil du propriétaire. Maison bien équipée et propre .quartier très calme et à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage de Malo les bains.n'ésitez pas !

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern und der Anzeige versprochen. Alles,was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, ist vorhanden. Es ist alles sauber und der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar. Die Lage des Objektes ist hervorragend, um die Gegend auch zu Fuß zu erkunden.

C’est la 2ème fois que nous venons, nous avons passé 3 bonnes semaines. La maison est accueillante, grande surtout pour 2 personnes, lumineuse, proche de la mer. Nous avons utilisé le transport en commun qui était pas très loin du logement, et appréciable vu que ceux-ci étaient gratuits, cela permet d’aller au centre ville, sans avoir le soucis de trouver une place de stationnement. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli, est à l'écoute surtout des moindres petits problèmes que l’on peut ou avoir rencontré. Bref quoi dire de plus, tout est positif. Déjà nous lui avons dis qu’on envisageait de revenir l’année prochaine.

und Promenade waren zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Im Haus selber fehlten mir in den Zimmer ein Stuhl, um Sachen ab zulegen, der Schrank hatte nur ein Regalbrett, für 2 Personen zu wenig, da fehlte ein Regal. In der Küche gab es nur einen größeren Topf, also einen mehr, wäre hilfreich.

The apartment is fairly new or recently renovated; in either case, the walls and floor are in great condition. All the electrical items work and plumbing does too. In fact, we really liked the bathroom as the shower is large and there is plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware. Everything really is as described in the VRBO write-up. It is located just a few minutes walk from the Plage de Malo-les-Bains and the Operation Dynamo museum; it is perhaps a 30 minute walk to the East Mole. There are a number of restaurants at the nearby Plage and at the small boat docks. A display of props used in filming the movie "Dunkirk" is also nearby, just a 15 minute walk. Didier Vanoverfeldt, the owner, is very cordial and provides helpful information personally and on a Google map download so his clients can locate things like attractions and a supermarket. He refunds the security/damage deposit immediately upon looking over the apartment. Didier is a good guy, the apartment is clean, well-located, and reasonably priced, and we recommend both to travelers.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de Pâques en famille, tout le monde était content : la maison est très belle, très confortable, très propre, le propriétaire est sympa et réglo, on a bien profité de la plage à proximité et des beaux coins aux alentours. Les commerces ne sont pas tout près mais si on aime marcher, on joint l'utile à l'agréable! nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est sympathique, ponctuel et à l'écoute. La maison était impeccable, très pratique et idéalement placée. Nous n'hésiterons à pas à la relouer pour un prochain séjour !!
