About this house rental
The 30,75m2 apartment is situated on the seafront on the ground floor high compared to street level.
A private path to the residence (about 2m wide) is located between the residence and the street. It is bordered by a hedge from a height of 1m.
The windows overlooking the waterfront are about 1.50m high and about on offer magnificent views of the sea, view backed by the gaming giant mirrors affixed to the walls facing the sofa and windows.
There are two entrances to the building (sea side and parking lot side). Parking next to the housing on the first floor. We borrow a staircase from the car park to reach the hallway or is housing.
The car park of the residence is located at the rear, the sites are free and NO WARRANTIES. It is forbidden to park in front of the garage exits.
The apartment has a living room and a bedroom area (see photos) separated by a sliding acidified steel bulkhead.
The entrance faces the bathroom, to the left of it is the living room of 18m2 overlooking the sea. It has a RAPIDO sofa for sleeping 2 adults. The bedroom area is suitable for two children under 12 years. It consists of 2 bunk beds. For safety reasons, a child of 6 years can not sleep on the top bunk.
All beds date of 2015.
The sheets are not provided.
Also, there must be:
• The 90X200 fitted sheets for bunk beds and 140x190 for the sofa,
• The pillowcases 65x65,
• Covers of quilts 150X200 for bunk beds and 240x200 for the sofa.
The kitchen area is fitted with a new combination oven (Oct 2016), a double electric hob, fridge and coffee maker.
He has no internet or TV in housing.
Housekeeping at end of stay is at your expense.
This accommodation is suitable for two adults and two children under 12 years.
The tourist tax is mandatory is be settled separately.
There are no tourist tax for children under 12 years.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
Animals are STRICTLY prohibited.
Keys are collected from 15H on Saturday and check-out before 12am the following Saturday.
It is not possible to make key discounts and departures outside its schedule unless written agreement.

cet appartement a une situation idéale juste en face de la mer. il est très bien meublé, de très bon goût. les miroirs donnent une impression de grandeur bien agréable. Les lits et matelas sont top. nous y avons très bien dormi.
la propriétaire a répondu rapidement à toutes mes demandes.
