Situated in a quiet cove- within-a-cove, enjoy the beautiful views, and calm water from this modern, open, 4.5 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront home. The gorgeous setting is perfect for swimming and water activities like kayaking, canoeing, pedalboating, paddleboarding with the provided water toys.
The main floor of the home features a large open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, with two bedrooms, including king bed primary suite with en-suite full bath. A second bedroom with queen bed, and the main-floor den with french doors, which features a unique sofabed that converts to two comfortable twin beds, and serves as a third bedroom on that level.
Open concept kitchen is fully stocked, with tons of counter space, and all the amenities. Two large tables for dining (or games) as well as counter seating at the island.
The main floor living area has unobstructed views of Downing Branch Cove, and walks out to a full width deck perfect for morning coffee, or an after dinner apertif.
There is a full bathroom on this level.
The lower level has two bedrooms, one is a family-sized bedroom featuring a king bed and two twins. The other bedroom features a queen bed..
The lower level has a seating area with television and video game console, as well as a kitchenette with second fridge, and walks out to the gigantic two-level covered deck with lots of table space and seating, lights and ceiling fans. It's big enough for a game of bag-toss, without getting in anyone's way! The deck is one of our guests' favorite features, and with good reason!
All bedrooms and the lower family room & kitchenette all have had new flooring in 2020.
With 150 feet of prime waterfront, the large, private dock features two swim platforms and has one empty slip available for guests to use.
Additional boat parking may be available in a slip next door, too.

The home was easy to get to, clean, and very spacious. It had all of the amenities we needed for our family of 10. The lower covered deck was great and had plenty of seating with outdoor games provided. The small cove was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. There were some problems with the air conditioner, but the owners were very responsive and sent techs out to work on it. It did not get resolved while we were there and our last day it was hot, but overall, the stay was fantastic!

This vacation home was perfect for our family vacation with ages ranging from 5 to 65. The quiet cove and water toys were great entertainment for everyone. We especially loved the hydro bike! The living spaces were very spacious for our family of 10. We enjoyed evenings on the top deck with its amazing views. We would highly recommend this home to others looking to vacation in Lake of the Ozarks.

The home was very nice and well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our favorite was the patio deck! So comfortable and easy access to the dock to enjoy the provided water toys!
There was dog hair in a few beds but we used the washer and dryer to clean the bedding.

The lake isnt just a place for people to party. Sometimes you just want a place to relax with good friends or family. A peaceful and quiet place. This is one of those places. Clean, spacious, private, comfortable and inviting. The owner was more than accommodating for our group and quick to communicate if anything was needed. And once we actually got to the location we discovered a treasure. Every person who stayed commented on wanting to return. Two spacious decks for a relaxing morning coffee or group activities. And the view from inside or outside was phenomenal. It was a bit cold for swimming but the lake looked very inviting and we would love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the dock. Definitely would rent again.

Ideal property & location for families. Superb interior spaces: large kitchen, enormous dining areas & living spaces, and bedroom arrangements to accomodate our group of 4 couples & pets! Fantastic outdoor spaces: large open deck off the main level + HUGE covered deck off lower level + small sun deck. Dock with swim stairs & slide, kayaks, paddle boards & water bike - great place to spend your days & evenings!
Ideal location on Horseshoe Bend - convenient access to grocery stores, Target/Wal-Mart, restaurants, golf and entertainment options.
This was our 2nd stay with this property owner - clean properties that are better than advertised, and very quick answers to the few questions we've asked. Already working with them to schedule our 2024 trip!

This was our family’s third time staying at this property and we love it more and more every time! The house is located on a cove within a cove which makes it safe for our littles to swim and makes it less wavy for paddle boarding and fishing. Amazing lake view and the biggest, most amazing decks. Plenty of water toys and games galore… you’ll never be bored at this property! Excellent and kind communication with the host. Until next time!

Our family of 12, ages 10-65 came for our second visit to this property. We come to Ozarks every year and chose to come back to this house this year because it is so we'll equipped for a group. Jeff and Andrea are excellent hosts and are very communicative and responsive and willing to accomodate our different needs as a group. The house is set up for a group and has everything you'll need - lots of large pots, pans, crock pots, everything you need. The outside amenities are wonderful and it's very apparent Jeff and Andrea care about their property and guests. We'll be back agau

We used this property and the one next door for our group of 16 golfers. The guys could fish in the morning and the location is close to most of the golf courses. The owners were great to work with and responsive to our requests.

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday. There was plenty of space for my wife and me and our four adult kids. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the decks. Unfortunately too cold to get in the water. We had Thanksgiving dinner and the large kitchen was fully stocked.
The owners were always quick to respond if we had any questions. We will not hesitate to rent from them again.

We could not have picked a better home for our weekend getaway. This home was very well kept and very clean. All decor and furniture was up to date and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would ever need, even a Maragarita maker. The decks are all in great shape and even fenced, making it safe for small children. Our party consisted of 4 adult couples and are planning on going back next year for a whole week.
The hosts are outstanding with their quick response, and Midwestern hospitality.
We only wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of 5. Superb home and setting!

Favorite House in Ozarks
We have stayed in several locations in the Ozarks and love this location for the cove within a cove and the amenities. The location lets you use all the dock toys without fear of boat traffic or waves. We had ages 8-75 and everyone took turns on the SUP, kayaks and hydro bike. Within the house, I appreciate the large table seating (both indoor and outside) and dishes to accommodate the number of guests staying at the house. The house has everything to make it a home - from making waffles on their waffle maker, to having one fridge for drinks and another for food. We have a 26' tritoon and there is onsite parking for the trailer, a boat ramp near by, and a slip (the motor does stick out a bit). The hosts are amazing - Jeff is super responsive! Overall, a great place to stay with everything you need.

The property was very well equipped, clean and very spacious. The kitchen had every tool you could need. There was plenty of room for people and they had provided plenty chairs and tables, both inside and outside. Well equipped A/V center. It was easy to get to with plenty of parking. A dumpster was available for trash.
They thought of many details like a fully stocked game closet, waffle irons, washers/corn hole, and a guitar in the master suite.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other people.

Great Family Fun!
This was our 2nd year staying at this property, we had an amazing time again. It is the perfect house for a large family getaway, there is no need to leave the property for anything other then groceries. Our group was 5 adults (2 generations) and 5 kids ages 9-12. We had so much fun with all the water sports equipment provided and the fishing was incredible right off the dock. The covered deck with games is perfect for rainy days when you still want to be outside. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking all your meals at the house. We are planning on renting it again next year!

Great place to stay for golf trip
We rented the two properties that are next to each other and it was perfect for twelve golfers. The patio area is huge and when we were not playing golf we spent most of our time there. The property is close to about 8 golf courses in the area.

Family Weekend
Very nice home. Hosts were very helpful, Andrea had to send me some of the papers twice.(I am not too tech savvy. ) She replied that it was her pleasure to send it again. Manners and politeness are rare today. My great-nephew loved the ducks and nuts outside. My 88 year old mother could sit at the large windows and watch him play. Weather was a little cool. Plenty of room for all of us to sit, eat and visit. Plus we all had a place to sleep. Would highly recommend it this home.

Another Great Stay
This was our second time at this fantastic lake house. There is plenary of room for everyone and large entertaining spaces. The kids had a blast splashing in the cove all weekend while the adults enjoyed drinks from the covered patio. Dog friendly and super responsive host. Thank you. We will be back.

Wonderful weekend
We rented for the weekend, celebrating my daughter's 30 birthday. We had such a great time. House was very nice with a beautiful view of the lake. Quiet cove with 2 spacious decks. Will definitely visit again!
