Villa Sky Blue - Luxurious ocean view villa where you will see all the hues of the blue sky and ocean... A wonderful, 5 bedroom/5.5 bathroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on St. Maarten. The villa offers extraordinary views of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barths in the distance.

This beautifully designed villa stands apart from other villas in the architectural design is new, young and alive! Each room in the villa offers amazing water views and attention was given to every detail...

The villa’s two-level space, rooms, terrace area and private pool join together in a flowing use of textures and color creating a perfect mix of modern and Caribbean chic style.

The main level offers spacious, open concept living and dining areas which are elegantly furnished. The indoor dining area offers seating for up to 8 living area offers a spacious area for family & friends with comfortable seating that faces a large flat screen television with Cable TV. There is a DVD/CD player, IPod Dock & surround sound system for your enjoyment.

The very impressive gourmet kitchen is a dream for those of you who love to cook. The kitchen features granite countertops, modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, large wine cooler, place settings, silverware, accessories and fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor terrace area with infinity pool where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. By the pool area, there are comfortable seating areas under the covered terrace areas and lounge chairs for you to bask in the Caribbean Sun.

A spiral staircase will bring you to the rooftop terrace with views expanding from the harbor of Oyster Pond to the island of St. Kitts and Nevis.

The villa features 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two large bedrooms are located at the entry level, same level as the living room, pool and kitchen other two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the large covered terrace is located in front of all bedrooms for outdoor relaxing.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen Cable TV, walk-in closet, personal safe and en-suite bathroom with stone tub, double sinks, bidet and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed, closet space and en-suite bathroom with shower.

From within the villa, on the lower level, there are three additional 3 offers a king size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 offers a king size bed, closet space and en suite bathroom with shower.

The property was very well presented. It was clean and well designed. The upstairs rooms (the only ones we used) were spacious and allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was wonderful and there were multiple washers and dryers in the downstairs utility room to allow us to wash and dry towels and clothes as often as needed. The outside sitting areas were well designed and comfortable. A nice cool wind blows constantly on the point where the house is located. It is a little slippery around the pool area when it gets wet but we managed. The Villa Sky Blue is highly recommended.

We had a party of 7 adults. The house accommodated all of us extremely well and there was a spare bedroom we didn’t even use. The home is spacious and has lots of amenities. The house is on the Dutch side but within a 10 minute drive to the famous Grand Case on the French side. We wanted to do some local activities but we loved the house so much we just hung out there most days. The view from the infinity pool was amazing! The sound system was the icing on the cake as we were able to have music on inside the house and outside by the pool. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need/want and we cooked plenty of meals in it. The power went off once while we were there but the generator kicked in and we were back to normal in less than a minute. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we reached out with questions. Would definitely stay at this home on our next visit to St. Maarten!

After exploring the island we found so many beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. All of the people representing Remax Island Properties were very professional and helpful anytime we called. We are already talking about our next trip to Sky Blue Villa. You should try this place out!

The villa had beautiful views and is very nicely decorated. A few things, like the television, hardly worked at all and the WiFi was in and out but I guess that is to be expected on an island. We were disappointed in Dawn Beach - tons of seaweed - but that is not the fault of the villa. Additionally, we were a little surprised that we had to drive everywhere.

The living room furniture is very comfortable but could use upholstery cleaning. Rooms are nicely decorated. Price for 3 or 4 bedrooms in about $500. more per week than others of comparable value. Neighborhood security could be better. No one came or called when alarm went off. Dawn Beach and Oyster Pond have security issues in most neighborhoods.
