Needs to repair the safety lock when you close the door put the little latch and it locks it, but the other side was not there

We enjoyed our time there. Would come back again!!

I liked that the pool was right out the front door. Very convenient. Location was convenient to everything. Staff was phenomenal!! Every issue I had was responded to very quickly!!

The condo was not as clean as I would have hoped for. There were issues with the hot water on our second day but this resolved. I did not like that the photos indicated a washer and dryer on site and it was hard to find quarters to wash clothes. Had we known this we could have made arrangements beforehand. Did not like that beach access was a distance up the road. With two small children walking there was impossible. Had to pay every time we went to the beach. The gentleman across the street let some people in the beach access the were staying at Las Palmas but he turned us away. Very aggressive as well.

We had a blast in spite of the room and the fees to park to go to the beach

The set up was perfect

It is dirty stained has broken down furniture out of date furniture and you have to pay to park to go to the beach a half mile down the road

Had to spend too much time cleaning up so we could feel remotely comfortable.

The walk to the beach was doable. The big coffee maker was nice.

The whole place was filthy and smelled moldy. I thought they were going to clean and bring fresh towels. There was popcorn on the couch and an open box of cookies under the king bed, hair all over both bathrooms, the stall curtain was dirty and mildewed , the tub stopper didn't work, there was sand in the beds and the king bedspread was wadded up dirty in the closet so sheets all had to be washed to sleep in, the floors turned socks and bare feet black as charcoal and made black soles on shoes, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and we had to wash everything we used, the stove and counters were sticky and dirty, and a bloody Q-tip was left by the kitchen faucet. Basically it looked like someone had been living there and had just left. Also excessive street noise all night made sleep difficult, i.e. beeping trash pick-up, loud vehicles, sirens, a police 3-car chase. Very unpleasant. I truly believe I should have a refund of the "professional cleaning service" fee. Will definitely NOT return.

Just right for the price. Would definitely recommend it and come back again

Great price. Great location, just right for walking, far enough away from the busy places. Nice convince store with a great little coffee shop . Well within walking distance.

Internet went out often. Would be nice if we had beach access right across the street, we had to walk a little distance for public beach access.

Great location!

The property was great. Very Clean and had a great ocean view.

We wasn't aware that each unit had its own parking space. That would have been nice and helpful. We didn't know this until someone came knocking on our door at 11:00 at night to let us know we were parking in the wrong space. They were very nice about it though.

Great time

Our room was ready when we got there. The AC was even already on. It felt so good to walk into after our 7 hour trip. I definitely liked the full kitchen, including dishes and pans and even a coffee pot. And the walk to the beach access was only a couple blocks. I enjoyed the 2 pools also. My 2 young granddaughters and other young ones played in one while some young adults played in the other. We had a great time at Las Palmas and throughout Gulf Shores.

Not worth my money

Location.

Needs a deep cleaning, furniture, sheets, curtains and carpet all stained and worn. Shower curtains have built up soap scum, mold on ceiling. Pillows were just thrown into bed when we came in, not even correctly made. Furniture is literally falling apart. Called local number to ask for another trash bag and was told “we do not offer extra supplies”. Air conditioning did not keep it cool.. we were hot almost always and couldn’t relax, tvs & remotes dated and hard to use. Pool are absolutely disgusting, food and trash everywhere around pool, clumps of hair in one of them and several pool toys and floats left laying around.

We had a great stay overall.

Great location, very clean facilities, very cute little condo

We stayed in Las Palmas 109.... the beds really weren't that comfortable.... and the frames didn't feel stable... the pull out couch was not usable.... I know pull out beds aren't the best to begin with but this one could absolutely not be slept on even but an 11 year old and the toilets wouldn't flush well at all and they both almost overflowed.

Very good

Place was clean & quiet. Furniture was comfortable. I liked punching in a code to get in room. Everything you needed was close by for groceries etc.

We paid quite a bit for 4 nights but it was Labor Day weekend. I would have liked the beach to within walking distance it was a 30 minute walk so we drove.

it was okay, probably not likely to stay at this property again

pools were amazing

no blankets, one bed was terribly uncomfortable and there were no utensils for the grill. cleanliness was less then desirable
