Presladak apartman na odlicnoj lokaciji

Apartman je bas onakav kao i na slikama, prostran, cist i opremljen svime sto je neophodno. Lokacija je odlicna i za 10ak minuta se stize u centar. Definitivno se vracamo ovde i sledeci put.

Spacious and renovated apartment. Great location.

Nicely renovated apartment within a nice historical building. Short walk to the city centre. Nice amenities. Easily fit our family of four.

Nice decoration. Good check in system. Very spacious.

Sheet didn't fit the bed which has 2 mattress toppers on it so ends up being way too soft. It's a very bice apartment and think it would be a 9 with just that changed.

good apartment but the smell of smoke made a stay not comfortable

the apartment looks good, very cozy. kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable

we felt the smell of smoking during the whole stay. I think neighbourhoods were smoking in their apartments and the ventilation system is not good enough also, it was impossible to open the windows because of the noise outside (road was right before the window)

Nice apartment but handled not very well by an agency (need some modifications)

appartement is handled by an agency so we needed to go to get the keys from their headquarters situated in a very busy place (h rd to find a parking spot nearby). It was noted that it is a non smoking apartment, but it stinks smoke from cigarettes :( In general the apartment is quite nice, but situated on the ground floor in front of a bigger street and this quite noisy place. It is nicely decorated and equipped. Some of the thinks are quite old … The biggest surprise awaited in the bathroom where there is a strange water heater/pump making a tremendous noise ! It is very loud and shaking the entire building when you are using hot water. I am surprised that neighbors did not come when we were taking shower > 22h :)

If you are lucky you can catch parking in front of the building on the street. From 21 to 7 is free and the rest is 4kn / hour

City center challenging stay

Once settled, the distance to town is short albeit there are many stairs. AC present. Also there is a kitchen.

If you stay for a couple if nights it's fine otherwise it's cramp. Also as many cities, getting there by car is a nightmare. Finding a parking is a challenge. Also houses don't always bare a house number. You need to get the key at a renting office which is even more difficult to reach let alone park your car. Hot water is very limited. Shower sparsely or your partner will hate you.

The check-in for the studio is in the center (10 min from the studio) . They give the instructions for the check in and the key. There you can leave your baggage before or after check in/out. The girl there was very friendly and advice us good places to visit in Rijeka. The studio was clean and equipped with small kitchen (kettle, filter coffee, microwave and so on). The studio has a good location. It is a bit on the hill, 10 min from the center and port. The air conditioning works fine.

The studio was on the first floor, it was a bit cold. The floor was quite cold! The biggest minus of this studio is the shower. To get a hot water the boiler must be heated. It was not enough hot water for two persons to take a shower and we had to wait until the boiler heats the water again. Also while heating it was a bit a smell of gas.

Place is so nice that I will definitely visit it again.

Location is great. Garage is near, center is 5 min walk, noise isolation in apartment is very good, A/C works, in fact everything works.

I forgot my slippers.

Nice apartment in centre, great location. Was cold in November.

Everything was clear. Lady advised about nearest parking. Location is good. Flat is good. The bed in bedroom was good.

The sofa in the living room is not comfy. The temperature was low, with A/C it is possible to heat up, but still the floor is quite cold.

The apartment was nice, very clean and big. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything you need. We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was just perfect.

Needs better maintenance

We complaind about the cleaning and they send two persons to clean again. After i sent few photos to the reception staff, with all things that wasnt ok, they tried to make things better and help us resolve that situation.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. We found sand, dust and hair on the bads and in the bathroom. Maintanance needs more attention, also the cleaning services. We liked that there was a washing mashine so we could wash the sheets and towels.

apartament is very clean, with nice bathroom, good equipped, near to center. I liked personally which help us very much. totally recommended

I didn't like view from Window and that apartment was very small.

Excellent in every way and aspect!

Property in very nice part of Rijeka, few minutes away from Centar. Secure and tidy. I like it a lot.

Use provided toaster on settings 2-3. Anything above that will burn it :)
