My family and I had a very good experience. The location was perfect for our visit in Rochester.

Refrigerator would not cool properly which resulted in our groceries being ruined and unable to use for rest of stay. Also had an alarm not working properly as it would go off at random times. After speaking once with the property manager, the problems were not addressed even after contacting him two additional times.

It’s a converted space above a nail/salon business. Pretty centrally located to a lot and pretty comfortable furnishings as far as the beds were concerned. Unfortunately, whoever stayed/cleaned prior to us set the thermostat so the heat kicked on and warmed it to 82 (in May) which was very uncomfortable. the hvac is so old and inefficient it took most of the night to cool it back down (we arrived late), so slowly i initially thought the hvac was broken haha.
then the following morning the outside lock wasn’t working correctly. luckily the business downstairs didn’t lock the outside lock or we wouldn’t have been able to get in since we only get a code and not a physical key. reported both issues through the vrbo app and an email all within 12 hours of arrival. no reply through the app for nearly 3 days and no response from the email. first message was sent thursday night then 2nd/3rd messages and email by 9am next morning. So it isn’t even like i reported these things on a weekend.
if you’re going to manage a rental property then fix the timeliness of your communication. had their been urgent maintenance issues during our stay they’d never have gotten fixed.

This apartment is awesome! It's more spacious than it appears in photos and is clean and nicely updated. We were there to visit family in the neighborhood nearby, and it was perfect for us and our 2 adult children.
While the property is on a fairly busy street close to the freeway, you would never know that once inside the apartment. It's very quiet inside and is conveniently located to downtown and other local attractions.
We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Rochester!

We absolutely love this place. It is close to campus as we come to watch our nephew play football for the University of Rochester. Located within so many restaurants and Whole Foods. It was perfect!

As pictured on the inside. Location is part of a nail salon business but everything went as planned as the condo is upstairs.
Master shower could anti-slip strips in the tub or one rail inside show and another at end near the door to bedroom for safety.
Very peaceful stay with markets, gas stations & restaurants close to condo.

Considering it is on a very busy and noisy street, it was really quiet! No issues at all. Very clean!

We arrived and were very impressed with the apartment. The location to everywhere we wanted to visit was perfect. We would definitely rent this place again if we get back to the area. Only complaint is there was only seating for 3 at the table unless we moved the office chair and there was no tv in the one bedroom, other than that we loved how quiet and easy it was to find.

A very nice apartment, and a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. A perfect place to escape when we needed to work or relax, and very well equipped for preparing meals.

Wound up staying somewhere else.

All in all a very nice stay. Extremely spacious and clean. Not a criticism because the listing does not say they are provided, but it didn’t occur to me that shampoo or body wash might not be provided - you do need to bring your own. Air conditioning was not working during our stay but thankfully the weather wasn’t too hot and there were ceiling fans. Host was informed so it can be fixed for the future :) Great off street parking provided in a quiet area - you’ll want to either have a car or plan on a $10-12 Uber to most hot spots. Would definitely stay again!

This property was in great condition: very clean, decorated very pretty and the sheets were super-comfortable!
We just loved it! Layout is great for interacting with each other yet we each had plenty of space. I felt secure in an unknown neighborhood and the little store in the parking lot had everything anyone could need for a short stay.

Great location, easily accessible to everything we needed to do. Had some trouble with the chairs in the dining room. Was able to tighten them, they were all loose. Fortunately my son had some allen wrenches.

We enjoyed our stay in Rochester. We lived there most of our lives and enjoy coming back to see family and friends. Rochester is a great city to live in and visit lots to do. Nice location although a little busy on Monroe ave.
Plenty of room decent kitchen , living area and bedrooms. Did not have any issues with our stay. This is our second year staying at this location and would do again depending on price.

In lieu of two hotel rooms for our family, this property was perfect as we were all together in a spacious apartment that allowed for gathering together in the mornings and evenings, and retiring to quiet, comfortable rooms at night.

We stayed for just over 2 weeks, had the joy of working overnights, sleeping during the day. Overall the downstairs tenants were quiet snd didn’t affect our abnormal sleep patterns. Overall, the place was used just for sleep. With exception to the uncomfortable couch, which was barely used, and some dust on flat surfaces when we checked in, it was a fantastic stay.

Overall a great place to stay. Had a couple of issues with TV and internet not available and not working.

Spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, well-appointed apartment was the perfect temporary set-up for our family as we arrived in town prior to move-in date at a permanent address.

We visit family for Christmas each year in Rochester and this was a great location and set up. A surprising number of cooking and baking items allowed us to do our share of the meal prep. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was easy to walk to CVS, Panera, Char Broil (an excellent local diner) and a small grocery for last minute items. Hope to be back next year!

When we arrived, we commented that the Suites was one of the nicest put together VRBO/Homeaways/AirBnBs we ave stayed in.
The place is HUGE. You get to live in Rochester during your stay. Room to spread out. Dining room for eating or games/cards. I used the nice walk-in shower in the second bedroom (very nice). The bathroom in the master had plenty of counter space for toiletries and cosmetics, plus enough space to use as a dressing room.
The little office space is another great place to have a place to work.
A/C worked great on the couple of record hot days during our stay.
The Suites is located over a delightful saloon, so you know the building is well looked after. My wife even had me run down to get her more hairspray. Everyone there is really friendly and the place smells great! When the shop closes, you have the whole building to your self, so there is no worries about noise.
Jill was VERY responsive and helpful with the rental. Very professional and easy process to book, pay, confirm, check-in and check-out. We will definitely look at the other properties Jill manages.
If you don't know Rochester, you need to know that the location of the Suites is really ideal. Monroe Ave. takes you to the fun artsy downtown area or out to the cute Erie Canal villages of Pittsford, Fairport, and more. You are also right by the interstate to get around the city or out to wine country and the southern tier.
The Suites are just a couple miles to the Wegman's flagship store which is a tourist destination all it's own, but also where you can get all you need for your stay. Of course, if you forget something R's Market is right in the plaza. It's a upscale mini-market with a butcher and deli shop.
At the 12 corners in Brighton, you have restaurants and 3 bagel places to get real NY bagels.
I guess what I am saying is it's a great value, even for just a couple (even though it has 2 bedrooms). If you are traveling with friends or a family - YOU REALLY CANNOT BEAT THE SUITES!
