Overall my stay was a very good one. I will recommend this hotel to people i know.

If was more than i expected. Spacious room that was clean. East acccess for parking. Staff was very helpful. Tha location was 10 min from anywhere. The landry washer and dryer worked good also. Breakfast was good.

Wish the tv was bigger in my room. Would like more lighting in my room. Ice machine was out of order. But the next one was not far and worked. The elevators were a litttle slow. But overall, a great place to stay!

Will never go to this dump again.

Outdated location. Mold visible in ceilings. Whole place smells of body odor for some reason. Stained couches as well.

I paid for several nights, and then decided to stay for one more. The lady at the desk was incompetent and said we had another night booked and were good to go at a certain locked in rate. Next day we found out she actually didn't book the room at all and they were sold out. THEN the guy tells me he can book me another night for literally double the rate i had been paying. (200 bucks) There was also a huge pile of dog dook in the dining area and it actually sat there for two days before anyone picked it up. Overpriced...stay anywhere else.

Decent property. Great staff. Incredibly poor staff support from corporate.

The staff were very friendly and trying there best to take care of everything. They were very understaffed and not supported by their employers.

The price of this hotel is way overpriced for what you get. They only had one cleaning person for the hotel which meant that there was a line of angry people in the lobby waiting to get checked in. There is nothing more frustrating than traveling all day and your room is not ready when they said it would be. It is extra terrible when you pay an exorbitant amount for an average hotel room.

Horrible experience and no help to fix.

Location

Television didn't work in the living room. Missing remote and HDMI cable was missing.Heater was loud. Something nasty on bathroom wall..maybe throw up chunk. No help to remedy problems

Used to be a nice hotel, now run down and dirty with mold everywhere! Needs full renovation.

The room was dingy, filthy, and in desperate need of renovation. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling fan and after calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, they never showed up to clean it. There was also mold all over the bathroom ceiling and water damage visible everywhere, and the carpets were stained and filthy. This used to be a go-to hotel for us, I will never come back unless it's renovated.

We asked for a ground floor near an exit because we traveled with our pet and hotel was able to accommodate our request. Thankful for pet friendly hotel. Had a wonderful visit with family with great experience at Staybridge. Two air conditioners with separate controls. Ceiling fans were very nice addition. We will stay again next trip to NWA.

There was a tear in a couch seam. No light fixture cover in the kitchen. A few stains on the carpet.

Relaxing stay

Breakfast grab and go is kind of misunderstood because people still have to pick items from the table and still can be a point of contamination. But everything was good.

Rooms need some maintenance there are door knob on the floor and also carpet with big stain marks
