will not return and is too bad because the manager was very nice

the owners/ manager were very pleasant and helpful

not very clean and shady characters and activity at the property, several long term residents that made us feel uncomfortable and not safe. several young men youth hanging outside into late hours of the night

terrible service, nice room

it was clean

They did not honor the reservation details that I had through booking.com. They gave me a queen room instead of the king room I had reserved and paid for prior to arrival. They refused to make it right unless I became a member with them even after they were provided proof of my registration and confirmation through booking.com.

The hotel is so clean and fresh, recently remodeled it looks like. The staff was nice and helpful.

I had stayed in that facility in the past and was pleased by updates. Great staff.

The holtel was just completing construction. That never got in the way of our stay. Exceptionally clean. Staff was helpful and extremely friendly. I had a plane to catch and did not have breakfast. Was able to leave my car in a safe and free place which I really appreciated.

Double charged

The only thing i didnt like is that i got double charged. Was told it was just a "hold on the money" and "should get it back in a couple days" when at check in i got told i wouldnt be charged at all till check out. So in total they put a hold on 200 dollars ....

friendly staff, clean, love the pillows.

I wish the bathroom was split so when one is showering the vanity can still be used. if you could put a magnified mirror in the bathroom that would be awesome.

Service was good, breakfast okay, and beds were comfortable

Door going out to pool was broken so you could not come back in that way, elevator went out and I was on the 3rd floor which was difficult for my age and health and had to change rooms 3 times. Staff moved me to the first floor when the elevator went out which was appreciated but after having to move from another room because the door quit locking was ridiculous.

I booked the hotel and requested two queen beds in the room. I received an email confirmation that I was in a room with queen beds. Upon arrival, the room had two double beds and the hotel said that they don't have queen beds. The beds were horrible.
