Didn’t stay we left

It was dirty, and messy. In lobby you could see into other doors with junky stuff showing. The floors were dirty, the lobby was messy with stuff thrown all over, should I go on, just can’t rate something like this

The bed was ok

The room was filthy. Refrigerator had MOLD in it, bathroom toilet had pee all over it, coffee maker was broken and no TV remote . The room I was in was right next to a very loud ice machine and very loud soda machine

Do better. Front desk people, do better.

The man at the front desk allowed my friend and I to check into this room. Though this was not my room, the man working at the front desk allowed it to be put in my name. My friend disappeared in the morning and I was left with all of his bags or stuff. It then became my problem since the room was in my name. The room never should have been put in my name. We were very clear that my friend was going to be renting it for him and I was there as a visitor.

I’ve also paid for 2 rooms on a third party website and both times been told it wasn’t paid for and my card declined. I was charged 2 times one night and then another charge was added. I was sleeping in my car both nights

the waffles…best part was the waffle iron. oh and that shower water pressure was nice, didn’t wanna get out.…not the height tho, so low it hit the back oh my head…don’t get me wrong, the staff were polite. it was just meh…

4 nights…got this place as it was a suite with 2 Q beds for us girls and an adjoining suite with a sofa bed for the boy. sofa bed was awful… :( first night toilet clogged. We let them know. they left us a plunger. okay okay…! no hand soap, called again. they don’t have so they brought up a cup of pink soap. umm ok!! took out the trash myself and me and 3 teens, but as they didn’t clean the rooms once. I had to ask for towels. no e try level rooms, no elevator.

Disappointing

Some of the staff were exceptional! The owner not so much.

Was told we couldn't eat in room because of insurance? The locals were not great. Lots of shady people.

A pleasant experience for our first trip to Oregon

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety and availability of items. Waffles are always among my favorites when I travel, so they were an appreciated bonus. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels cereal....as you cans see there is something for everybody. The staff was exceptional. The manager was wonderful. She answered all our questions. Arrived a day early and stayed a day longer than scheduled and she made the transition smooth and seamless. The rest of the staff were just as awesome. Kudos for a job well done. They also have an exercise room and guest laundry....well done. I had read prior reviews and was a little worried about booking my stay, but that was all for naught. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the motel and staff were exceptional.

We really didn't have much to say on this subject. So to put something in, the building is a little dated and could use somewhat of a facelift, but overall, that would be my only negative

Family Fun

Big room. Room was clean. Noise was at a minimum outside. Didn't hear neighbors from in the room.

No elevator was ok but being the room was on the second floor it would of been more convenient. The room door was on an angle. It was ok but was tight inside.

Bad

Someone was arrested in the hallway and it was someone that was being super creepy. Someone kept knocking on our room door but when we went to check no one was there. Location was sketchy. Price is not at all worth what you pay for. They don’t even have a floor level or give you the option to what level you want to stay. We had a family member who has a hard time with stairs due to chronic pain and there wasn’t even an elevator to help.

People loitering and cooking food in the parking structure. No ground floor rooms at all. Had to go ask for towels. Stairwells were filthy. Beds are firm and uncomfortable.

The location was close to the freeway.

We thankfully only stayed for one night but the hotel is awful! The appearance of it alone, both inside and out, definitely gives an impression of an outdated facility. Parking lot and people hanging out there seemed very sketchy, a man was smoking pot that stunked up the whole place, there are no elevators which is hard to imagine these days in a hotel, the room was pretty dirty. The rug was the worst, it was disgusting. Bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the tub, floor was dirty. Bedding seemed ok but not much else. An employee knocked on our door and then tried to get in the room at 11 pm while we were sleeping, it scared the heck out of us, I've never experienced something like that in my life.The staff was nice throughout the hotel, that was good. But the cleanliness was the worst and the run down area around the hotel.

Got out of there next morning quickly

Coffee was lukewarm and full of coffee grounds. Undrinkable

Dirty. Needed maintenance. Baseboards and door trim peeling. Carpet needed vacuuming. Something smeared on bathroom door.

Nothing. It was horrible.

No trash cans in room. All floors sticky. Neighbor slamming doors all day and night. Weirdo hanging out in hallway telling us that we wouldn't like it there because it was cold in our room. We felt very unsafe the whole time we were there. We paid for a place to stay and be comfortable and didnt feel that way so we left the room early and came back late. Didn't even really use the room except to sleep and we're itchy all night. Will never stay there again and am spreading the word to others about our experience and are recommending to others that they not stay there either. Would have been better to have slept in my car on the street.

Very poor

Location was fine.

Was told only one flight of stairs . Two had asthma, one was 78 and in the best shape, I have congestive heart failure. I said one flight was ok. Instead it was two. Only two bath towels for 4 women. Took over an hour to get more. Called 3 times for them.
