Unobstructed views of the outer harbour and the village.
Large recently renovated chalet with unobstructed views of the outer harbour of Gruissan, La Clape and the old village where you will spend ideal holidays. Renovated in a typical Gruissan chalet style and functional with its wooded terrace. A few steps away from the Massif de La Clape, 5 minutes on foot from the Plage des Chalets, between pond and wild beach, you will enjoy the preserved and wild landscapes which are typical from Southern France. You will have the opportunity to practice many water sports, mountain biking (60 km of cycling paths), climbing, running, hiking or simply strolling in La Clape.
A comfortable, warm and functional chalet: on the first floor there is a 40 m² living area with unobstructed views of the outer harbour, the village or Gruissan and La Clape. There are many beautiful sunsets to admire and a shaded terrace protected from the wind. A secured garden surrounds the house where children can play and come back directly to the ground floor via one of the bedrooms that is accessible via a glazed door opening onto the garden.
One of the 3 bedrooms has views of the outer harbour. To access the first floor from the ground floor, you must climb the stairs of an outdoor staircase.

Merci à Eugénie et Stéphane pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. La maison est bien agencée et très agréable pour un séjour en famille. La maison est bien située et avec une vue imprenable sur l'étang, le port et les montagnes. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

The property is great. On a slightly busy road, but other than that, it's spacious, light and has great outside space. If kite or wind surfing is your thing, this is the place to be. If it's not, it's still a great place to be, with some great restaurants nearby, in particular Poisson d'Avril (fantastic seafood). The downside of being there out of season is that there is nowhere to get any daily shopping and that quite a few restaurants had closed down or were only open at lunch. But that's a minor thing really. Overall, we had a great stay.

Gruissan Plage

Un bel emplacement, une maison chaleureuse
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le chalet d’Eugenie. Nous avons eu la chance de la rencontrer, elle nous a donné de très bon conseil sur les restaurants et les découvertes à faire au alentour. C’est un chalet très confortable, propre, bonne literie, on s’y sent bien tout de suite. Des transats sur la terrasse, les lauriers roses, nous nous sommes bien reposés. De très bon commerces, restaurants et la plages à moins de 10 minutes à pied sans prendre la voiture. Bref vous l’ avez compris nous avons adoré ce quartier des « chalets » très emblématique de Gruissan. Merci Eugénie pour votre accueil chaleureux. A bientôt

Superbe Chalet! A peine arrivé nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La location est très bien équipée. L accueil d Eugénie était chaleureux et vous mets de suite à l aise. La localisation est parfaite: a quelques pas de la mer et des commerces. Bref un ptit coin de paradis!

Le chalet est agréable et très bien situé : Proche de la plage (5 minutes à pied) et du centre du quartier des chalets, a peine 2 minutes de gruissan village.

Tres agréable sejour
Avons passé un tres agréable sejours. Accueil tres chaleureux , chalet spacieux, bien équipé et au calme .Idealement placé , proche de la plage et des commerces sans prendre la voiture. Gruissan est en plus une tres jolie station, bien entretenue et les ballades a pied ou velo, sont nombreuses et variées. En résumé, nous reviendrons tres probablement.

Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Auch sonst ist vom Strandstuhl bis zum Fön alles vorhanden, was man in den Ferien benötigt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Séjour très agréable dans un endroit original
Nous voulions depuis un certain temps essayer les "chalets" de Gruissan-Plage et avons trouvé ici l'appartement idéal.
Situé non loin de la plage, ce chalet a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour sans soucis: de l'ameublement aux appareils électro-ménagers, tout est non seulement fonctionnel et en parfait état mais aussi choisi avec goût. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée sont calmes et le grans séjour invite à flaner avec ses confortables canapés.
De plus, l'accueil d'Eugénie était très chaleureux !

Très bonne location, aménagée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Propriétaires charmants et attentionnés !Petit bémol sur le lave-vaisselle un peu microscopique !!! Sinon je recommande cet endroit!

Superbe séjour
Magnifique accueil ! Propriétaire très attentionnée. Le chalet est parfaitement équipé. Nous y avons logé à 4 adultes et 1 enfant. La seule remarque que je pourrais éventuellement faire c'est au sujet du lave vaisselle qui à mon avis devrait être remplacé.

Tres Jolie
Wir haben uns sowohl zu zwei, wie später zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Eugenie war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende der Straße vom Meer aus gesehen, mit weitem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und die Altstadt...die Geschäfte sind nah, das Meer auch.... Uns hat der Einrichtungsstil gefallen, mitsamt der Trödelladenkommoden und der klemmenden Schubladen. Zwei sehr bequeme Sofas ne tolle Küche und rundum Licht. Alles wunderbar, komfortable und sauber. Auch super: Eugenie spricht wirklich Englisch :-)

Entspannter Urlaub in der Nachsaison
Wir verbrachten die letzte Septemberwoche mit Baden im Meer, Muschelsuchen und Ausflügen z.Bsp. zum Safaripark in Sigean oder an die Cote Vermeille. Das Chalet vermittelt eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren sehr schön. Am Morgen genossen wir die frischen Croissants aus der nahegelegenen Bäckerei. Die Vermietung war freundlich, sauber und pünktlich, liess nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Erholsamer Urlaub bei windigem Wetter in Gruissan
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Es hatte uns an nichts gefehlt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Meer und die tollen Sandstrände in wenigen Minuten fast vor der Haustüre.
Leider hatten wir in unserer Urlaubswoche sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass wir kaum baden konnten. Dafür gibt es in der Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten tolle Ausflüge zu machen.
Es gibt noch so vieles dort zu entdecken, dass wir gene wiederkommen.

This was our second year staying in this beautiful chalet, and once again it didn't disappoint. The two weeks flew by and we were sad to leave again. Eugenie was very helpful and her beautifully presented Chalet was a wonderful base for our holiday. We very much hope to return again soon.

A fantastic chalet with a very warm welcome from Eugenie. Spotlessly clean, well equipped (including beach necessities) and decor very tasteful. Location perfect for local amenities, including a bakery for fresh croissants to enjoy on the sun terrace for breakfast. The safe, sandy beach is ideal for kids and an easy 5 minute walk from the chalet. We had a wonderful week in Gruissan and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to our family and friends. A little gem!
