really nice staff! nice view. probably choose somewhere else next time.

right by the lake. beautiful scenery. the breakfast was good!

had to be moved from originsl room. they said non smoking, but it smelled like smoke plus there were big stains on the carpet. second room was smaller, still some stains and the bathroom was dirty. bugs and ants walking around.

Was very beautiful relaxing stay in St Ignas.

The view from our room was beautiful overlooking Lake Huron. The decor was cheerful and very clean. Breakfast was a real treat with a sit down meal .

The hot tub was broken and the pool was very cold.

Great stay in St Ignace.

The room was so clean and we had a patio door to the beach that was especially nice since traveling with our small dog. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They offer discounted tickets to the ferry to Mackinac Island and called the shuttle to pick us up. Everyone was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a peaceful time by the lake and enjoyed our stay!

We loved the lakeside location and cleanliness of the room and hotel.

The chlorine and/or pool chemicals were extremely strong and got in my eye and my contact ripped. Other guests had that issue too.

A beautiful and fun location on the lake! perfect for kids

The views were wonderful and the facility was nice. The staff was helpful and very kind.

We did have smash bugs on the ceiling in our bathroom. It wasn’t unbearable just a bit gross

Do not waste your money, one of the worst hotel experiences in over 20+ years of travel.

The suite was in the basement with overwhelming musty mildew smell, filthy grout, disgusting hair and nasty stains on the sofa bed sheets, one wall unit that did NOT cool the whole suite by any chance, our upgraded lake view was of a construction site for a new outdoor jacuzzi or something. Staff that didn't give 2 cents and did nothing to make any changes for us, in fact they were snotty. I travel a LOT and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel room. We were were way overcharged. I wish I could cancel the credit card payment. We were robbed. This hotel wants to charge resort prices for a super 8 experience.

Active construction zone in the hotel on the beach. This spoilt the experience of watching the fireworks compared to last year when the hotel staff put a bonfire there. I booked this time for the same exp. and felt cheated in a way that the hotel did not disclose it while booking.
