The pool and slide are great for the children! S’mores are a great treat!

We did not like the poor condition and uncleanliness of the facilities in the room. iIn addition, we the room was not sound proof therefore we could hear the guest above our room.

The bathroom could use some minor updates .Overall Loved our Stay.

Every day the golf rental place let us borrow clubs to “play” golf with our early riser toddler and it was the highlight of the trip for him.
Restaurant was a let down and the scheduled activities were hit or miss, could use a little more programming, especially for the movie nights, like some bean bag chairs and popcorn and cocoa or something .

loved the pool area and the food from the restaurant was amazing. beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
a/c unit wouldn’t go below 66°

The grounds were nice
The rooms were grose and hot. Paint was peeling everywhere and it was filthy. Literally old apartments without a kitchen. I stay in hotels all the time with work and this was quality of a cheap motel. Very disappointing and not at all worth what I paid for.

The view is great and the service from the staff, including the restaurant staff, was great. They were all very welcoming and friendly. I was excited to spend the day at the adult pool but the weather didn't allow so I cannot provide feedback on those amenities. The room was comfortable but just seems a bit outdated.

The new restaurant menu. The main reason we returned was because if the restaurant, and it wasn’t the same.
6.0
location and club house
beds were not comfortable.
maintenance on water in our building lasted 8 hours, they should’ve offered to move us, we were the only people in our built left.

The setting was great. Staff was very friendly.
The hotel room and building needed / needs repair and a couple of items were missing to complete a resort experience. Patio furniture for instance.
7.0
the layout of buildings and variety of activities, comfy beds, large rooms
sliding doors take you directly outside into grass
dated rooms needing freshening of paint, etc.old wallpaper, beat up door bottoms and rusty bathroom hinges
rooms carry every sound within it such that it’s hard to be quiet for your spouse. only one Keurig coffee pod per person. no elevator to get to second floor rooms. Feels like an adult camp

All of the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the pro shop, were very helpful and courteous. The rooms and the golf course could use a little sprucing up, but overall, the grounds are lovely. It is very convenient to Boerne with restaurants/shopping. Very relaxing stay.
Pillows. Perhaps provide different kinds of pillows so guests have a chance to find something that works for them.

Did not eat breakfast. Was not sure they offered breakfast.
Deluxe King room had very little light. Patio was tiny and not much for views. Room did not feel luxurious. Property lacks some amenities such as spa and gym that would have been preferred.

mud on sidewalk, slippery stairs from weather.

The first room allocated was noisy and indicated a view. There was no view instead there was a fence and road outside the room. The lady at reception then moved us to a different type of accommodation and also a higher room. The room was very nice and more quiet.
9.0
The room was large with a nice patio.
The patio sliding door did not lock. we had to use the piece of metal that prevents the door from opening.
