This is the place I will look to 1st next time we pass through Beaumont.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. We had everything we needed for a party of 5 adults. Which is not typically the case for a late night stop in a smaller town. Front desk clerk at late night check in was a blessing and made us feel welcome while she quickly handled all of our needs. I’m sad I don’t remember her name, but we were arriving exhausted. I hope she is there next time we visit.

Brown water, a/c stopped in the middle of the night, no spare fan available unless I requested it, phone line was inoperable to report concerns from room. Also, besides only 2/3 of the buildings elevators working the 6th floor hallways a/c was not working.

Awesome stay!

I've stayed here several times and have never had any issues. The staff is always great, pleasant and very helpful

It was a quick in & out. I did get 2 rooms. Staff was less than helpful when I explained my issues

Everything was fine and good but...

What i didn't like was the the fact I got charged for 2 extra nights which I did not authorized it. When I already paid in advance for one night on Wednesday of that week. Checking in on Saturday I only authorized $30 of deposit fee because my friend didn't have enough funds in her debit card and she paid cash for her 2 nights. I allowed the hotel receptionist charge my card for the deposit fee only. Later that Saturday morning like 2:00 in the morning I get a notification from my account stating that Holiday inn deducted $107.60. The following day i made the complaint and the receptionist said "I'll fix it on your way out when you check out". Later that Sunday morning like 230ish i get another notification stating that Holiday inn deducted $118.53. At this point I'm at home. I called holiday Inn to make another complaint and they told me over the phone that they reversed the payment and their was a glitch in the system. I should receive my money back in my account within 24 to 48 hours. That was Monday it's Thursday still haven't received anything in my account.😠😡

The bar was supposed to open at 5 but no bartender until around 6 It was only open from 5-9 so we didn’t get to enjoy it
