I didn’t get a chance to stay under that circumstances

The lady at the front desk was really nice

I didn’t like the fact that when I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me rooms were booked and unavailable because their weren’t any cleaners on site. I understand the understaffing circumstances. But I feel there could have been some kinda notification about the situation. I get things happen and situations change unexpectedly but communication is everything. Hopefully they can find help with room cleaners

Don’t recommend. I got a Mental Hospital vibe from the people that was there.

Nothing. It was a horrible stay.

The place was terrible. It stunk literally. Smelled horrible. The room was dirty. No smoke detectors in the room. No doors on the cabinet. No drawers in the dresser (if you want to call it that). Will never return.

I felt like I was at a crazy house / nursing home hall wall slept like boo boo

The room was clean

It was people all sitting in front of the hotel drinking and smoking and when I first arrive went up to my room came back out a man looking strange was standing in the hall wall talking to hisself and staring me down couldn’t walk through the hotel without people standing around in the way kids running around about to knock me down man looking crazy at me on the elevator asking about my foam cup it’s was just to much I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody

If you want to feel safe this is not the best place to stay.

It was nothing that I like about this facility.

Horrible customer service, Guest outside drinking alcohol, all in the way, trash everywhere, bad smell when walking in the facility, I booked a double bed, and was given a single bed, Front desk receptionist was high, Guest selling drugs in front of the establishment, Female worker jumping over the counter. Did not feel safe here, refused to stay. Horrible experience.

Very bad stay

This was a complete nightmare. The hotel looked more like an apt bldg for rehab individuals and the mentally unstable. The elevator didn’t work. The laundry room took my money and couldn’t get a refund. No one at the front desk to speak with, no one to answer the phones. No way to check out and make sure you aren’t being charged. The floors weee bare, had to walk up four flight of stairs because elevator didn’t work. The bldg isn’t handicapped accessible. The bldg needs to be shut down!!!! I would never use this site again!!! I’m very disappointed.

Not satisfied at all for the price.

The ease of checking in.

The cleanliness of the room, the fact that I ordered a room with two beds and upon checking in I was told they didn't have that available, I was given a room with a pullout sofa with no cover. Room had iron or ironning board.

Disappointing

The location next to the interstate. It was very convenient.

This establishment definitely is for the long term client. It's really not intended for the short term client. Check in counter is not manned 24 hours. There is a phone to call someone to help you in the entry area. Rooms are very basic. Even though there is a small kitchenette, there are no amenities. You must bring everything, not even a coffee pot. Our room needed a thorough cleaning. There was food leftovers on the stove and something splattered on the blinds. The pillows needed washing. They had a dirty smell. Hallway and elevator were dirty with mud. There are several other hotels at this exit that would be much better for the short term client.

Location of hotel.

Very uninviting with bare bones in room. No lamp just ceiling lights. Felt like we checked in dorm room. Overpriced for what was offered. Would have left but was already prepaid.

Check in last and I couldn't wait to get up and out that morning.

The bathroom was clean

The smell of th room, linen was dingy, pillows was paper thin. I asked if I didn't like the room, did I have to keep it. The attendant said no, but when I told him I didn't like the room he then he couldn't refund my money. This hotel was the highest.

Nothing. The room decor was old. The bed was like a roll away bed that made noise when I would sit on it .

No lobby, several men hanging around. The smell of weed in the checking area, the smell drifted down the hall into the room. We were on the first floor. We did not feel safe.

Not much at all actually. Wasn't worth the money spent.

The bathroom was not clean it all. It looks like someone took a crap on the toilet seat and didn't clean it up. Also, tonight, we found some bugs and roaches crawling on the floor after coming in from doing errands.

I don’t want to stay here again

Floors were filthy. bathroom made a rattling noise all night. beds were uncomfortable. shower sounded like it was going to break. elevator was broken. worker wasn’t friendly and hard to hear, had earbuds in instead of focusing on the customer. no employee or drop box available at check out.
