Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom condo in South Kihei in the popular Kamaole Beach Royale Resort, with a double lanai overlooking the pool, close to restaurants and shops.
If your trip to Maui is all about the ocean and beach, it does not get much better than Kamaole Beach Royale with location less than a one-minute walk to Kamaole I Beach, one of the best in all the islands. Warm-water swimming, pristine snorkeling reef and Maui's soft golden sand awaits directly across the street at Kam1 Beach, regularly named as one of Maui's best beaches. Walking links to Kam II and Kam III Beaches are all amazing and each with its own tone and tempo. In fact, you can now walk up to five miles south on the shoreline path, all the way to the Wailea resorts and beyond. A few blocks north you can take a surfing lesson rent a Kayak . A few blocks south is the Kihei boat launch where boats can take you out for a SCUBA dive, snorkel with the turtles or experience a whale watch cruise. Just a short drive to famous Wailea golf courses and additional Wailea and Makena beaches.
When you are not at the ocean, you're looking at it, with expansive and awe-inspiring views from our 7th floor roof top. What impressed me more about the unit was that it was well stocked. The owners thought of everything. From a step stool for the little one (even a care seat which had I know they had, I wouldn't have gotten one from the car rental company), to everything one would need for the beach. The only feedback I would provide is to get a new coffee machine because the bigger white one they had looked dirty/moldy where the water goes, but fortunately they had another smaller one which we ended up using. But I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking at staying in Maui.

We had a great time staying here for 10 days. Great access to the beach and pool and there was a lot of kid gear that made it much easier for us including beach toys, a pack and play, and even kids shampoo! We ran into a couple of small glitches with appliances. The owners were exceptionally responsive and had things fixed within hours. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope we get the opportunity to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kamaole beach royale resort. The condo was clean, and well stock with things one would need to have the best time. We liked the drying racks that were on the balcony, and we appreciated the chairs and umbrellas that we could take down to the beach. Most importantly we loved the location. The beach was so close by, and it was super kid friendly, with very soft sand and calm waters to swim in, most excitedly there were sea turtles! While we did explore other beaches on the island we really loved the Kamaole beach park 1 that we were so close too. If we ever return we would not hesitate to stay in the same place. I would also feel very comfortable recommending this place to others who were interested in traveling to Maui. We had a lovely time!

Being so close to Kam I and Kam II, and so many restaurants and shops made this the perfect location for our family. Andrianne was very quick to respond to my questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We were out and about around the island so much, that we didn't spend much time actually in the unit. But, it had everything we needed, it was super clean, and had plenty of room for 4 adults to sleep comfortably; it would've been fine for 6 if we'd brought more of our family with us. We would absolutely book this location again. Thank you, Adrianne!

So glad to find Andrianne’s place. Beach is across the street or 10-20 minutes drives to ones of our most favorite beaches in Maui. Short walks to many shops and restaurants. Communication with Andrianne was great. She responded to our messages quickly and followed up to make sure that our needs were met. She went above and beyond as a host. We would definitely stay here again and tell our friends and family about this awesome place

We needed a short stay before our traded timeshare in Lahaina was available and decided to look at Kihei and came across this property. The price was very reasonable and condo was well stocked, comfortable, and convenient. We loved that the condo had beach equipment to use. Honestly it had just about anything you might need. The set up allowed the AC to cool the master bedroom as well, which helped tremendously. Our daughters said the sofa bed was very comfortable. We walked to the beach, Coconuts, ABC store, a gelato and shaved ice place easily. Would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice condo in an excellent location! Less than a block to a great beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Condo had plenty of room for our 3 adults, with a number of great amenities - everything needed for the beach, a well-stocked kitchen, and washer & dryer. The pool was very nice, and a welcome respite after a day at the beach. Dinner & sunsets on the 7th floor lanai were fabulous. We split our stay in the condo in two, with a stay in Lahaina in between. When we returned after our stay in Lahaina, we all agreed it felt like we were coming home. REALLY appreciate the owner's flexibility in renting to us for a period less than a week (twice). I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again if back in Maui.

The condo was very clean & very neatly organized with additional towels & linens labeled. Our bed was comfortable & we were surprised at how comfortable the pullout couch was! For the first time ever, our kids didn’t complain about sleeping on one. Sunset views are beautiful there. Location is perfect in front of beach, walking distance to shops & restaurants. This was a very comfortable & pleasant stay.

Amazing location… right across from the beach and the ABC store. Place could have been cleaner. There were sheets left in the dryer, rugs in the wash and we found a T-shirt that was not ours. Besides that, place was spacious for our party of six and the location could not be beat.

After 15 years of living with her partner, our daughter decided to get married on Maui. Our Condo was in a fabulous location, very clean and very nicely decorated. They thought of everything, we wanted for nothing. Excellent place to stay. Just be careful if you party has two cars, they don't have enough room for parking so we had to park one of our cars off the property. It was only a block away and a beautiful walk in Maui is always enjoyed.

There are so many things to love about this place. The double wide lanai with partial views of the ocean (perfect for drinking coffee and listening to the tropical birds). The well stocked kitchen. The full size washer/dryer. The many beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, toys, snorkeling gear, boogie boards…). This place has it all!
One of our favorite things to do was to pack up our dinner (in the large bags provided), and take it to the rooftop lounge to watch the sunset while we ate.
The condo is very close (just a few minute walk) to Kamaole I and II, both are fantastic beaches. We saw so many sea turtles and whales! It is also close to lots of shopping, shave ice, rental stores, and a fun bakery.
Unfortunately, our daughter broker her leg while we were at one of the beaches, and so we were VERY thankful for the elevator during our stay.
I am going to miss this place. I highly recommend it for anybody searching for a clean and reasonable place to stay. There are no frills at this place, and yet it has everything you need for a perfect getaway.

We very much enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious, clean, and as described. We enjoyed the snorkel gear and having a washer and dryer available. The location is great for walking to the beach and places nearby for meals. We would stay again!

Comfortable and well-appointed condo walking close to the beach, stores, restaurants and anything you needed. Seventh floor had a party and barbecue area with awesome sea views. You almost didn't need a car, unless you did want to take in sights at other areas of the island and in that case the condo location was still pretty convenient.

Right in the middle of everything Kihei, such a great spot next to an amazing beach. Fully stocked place with all that you need for the beach, kitchen you name it. Only thing I would say is if its really hot at night the single living room A/C does struggle to keep up with the whole place so that can make sleeping a little bit more challenging. The ceiling fans do help a bit though. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

The communication and instructions were very clear. We arrived to a clean, comfortable condo with many amenities and it was fully stocked. The washer and dryer were so convenient, we loved the pool on property. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location, right across from the beach, close proximity to great food and coffee. I hope to return someday!

Overall the place is as described. Host provided items for water activities such as snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and cooler. Entry ways are a little quirky for all units. They’re in a pie shape so if two different units are trying to get out of their respective rentals at the same time, one has to wait on the other.

Overall a great place. Only negative I would say is air conditioning, I rented because of air conditioning because I don’t tolerate heat well and can’t sleep warm and it seemed it just wasn’t big enough to adequately cool the whole place down but otherwise everything was great, excellent location across the street from the beach where we actually snorkeled with sea turtles. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay

The condo is located near the beach (Kam 1) and a shopping area. The condo was clean, spacious and the extras (sand toys, chairs, umbrellas) were definitely a plus for the family.
This was our first trip to Maui and the condo did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and/or family.

Check in was easy. Location was great and so close to the beach. The condo was stocked with cooking supplies and beach supplies. The 7th floor bbq was fun (dinner and sunset views). Bed was comfy as was couch and chair.

Great location in paradise!
This was the perfect place to stay in Maui. Great mix of locals and travelers in Kehei. Fantastic gelato place across the street!!! Clean, safe, directly across from beach. Beautiful observation deck on roof with grill and eating area.
Only things to note are: 1) there are roosters in the area that will crow in the morning 2) only A/C is a unit in living room so we slept with bedroom doors ajar to stay cool.
All that to say, this place was awesome and we definitely would stay here again.

Awesome property
We stayed in this condo for 5 days. Let me tell you this condo has everything you could possibly need. I was surprised by how much they provided guests with. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and very clean. My only issue that came up during our stay was the master shower did not have hot water. It was no big deal since we had another shower, so we just used the front one. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone. Thank you again
