Welcome to our 9th floor Estero Beach and Tennis Club unit. You will truly love your stay here! Not only does our property have all the essentials of home, but you will love the views of the Gulf of Mexico waters from your lanai, The bedroom area has a king-size bed. There is a flat-screen TV, dining room table, comfortable seating, and a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The private bathroom has recently been remodeled. Our property includes internet, washer and dryer use in the lobby (quarters), linens, towels, and beach chairs.
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The grounds consist of beautiful landscaping and walking trails, a heated pool with lounge chairs, and tennis courts, shuffleboard, grills, and more. Located at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach, directly across from the Fishtail Marina and Santini Plaza (shops and restaurants). Enjoy all these Florida lifestyle amenities at a great price.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2085 estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat ( from Christmas to Easter )

We really enjoyed the property. We have been there before Ian. The only thing was it would have been nice to have a guide to the tv. Had difficulty finding what we could watch and never could find just normal stations to watch news

No surprises, great beach, adequate room. Even though much work was being done, it was well coordinated with the guests so both contractors and guests were able to remain out of each others way.

TriPower Vacations did an excellent job of handling our stay. They were very attentive and professional. Special thanks to Judy and Carlos for taking good care of us. The unit was exceptionally clean, very well supplied and met all our needs. Great view from the balcony. Nice pool and very short walk to the beach. Quite an enjoyable vacation.

The room was nice but listed as a one bedroom when really it’s a studio. It was fine because it was only the two of us. My biggest disappointment was there are really no restaurants (at this time, thanks to Ian) open. My fault for not checking it before

Ian struck before our trip. The island was/is closed. We don’t even know if the building is still there; we didn’t go. And this bot keeps acting as if all is well.
I would like to know some status about the transaction, but understand that the property owners have other things on their mind.

Great place to escape winter. Enjoyed walking the beach and eating out across the street. Great way to stay healthy and active with a cold and snowy winter! Got to see dolphins ,sting rays and variety of shore birds.

Week of the empty Bottle...
Very nice place to take a quick vacation break. We will be back for sure and will most definitely stay in the same condo. Small and cozy for two.....

So close to the beach, access to the pool, and everything local. The only negative is the traffic on the island but it was an amazing stay and I would be going back here again.

Spent 7 nights at this property and loved it. Very clean unit and grounds. It is on the quiet side of the island, which is just what we wanted. 3 very good restaurants across the street with easy beach trolley access. Beach accessories were nice but the beach umbrella's were barely functional. Would stay here again!

Spent 7 nights at this property and loved it. Very clean unit and grounds. It is on the quiet side of the island, which is just what we wanted. 3 very good restaurants across the street with easy beach trolley access. Beautiful Beach
The condo was clean, the linens were great, all the people we encountered were very kind. The only issue we had was no welcome letter from tri-power, the office was closed when we landed at the airport as the check in time was after 5 o’clock I had to call the on-call number to figure out the check in process.

Estero Island Condo
This condo was nice. Mostly as described in the description. The only issues we had were the property company did give us a pool pass or mention the need for a parking pass. We had to drive back to get the pool pass and got a warning ticket for parking without a pass. Got the parking pass then after at the office of the condo complex. The pool pass we drove back for didn’t work and had the drive back once again for another pass. The rental company I would not recommend. But the property itself is nice.

Unit and amenities were great. Location perfect, plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. Views of he gulf were amazing, beach clean and very nice.

Our one week stay was great. Sunny every day, the beaches while open were wonderful. We booked two weeks for next year! Especially helpful was our ability to stay on from Saturday to Wednesday the following week. Beaches were closed, our flights were canceled twice, but TriPower was able to find us an available room in the same bldg for four more nights. Thank you, Thank you! Our communication with TriPower staff was excellent and they were all very accomodating.

Coming back
Loved the unit and amenities. Thanks for the extras, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies. We booked this unit for two weeks next spring. Obviously the virus impacted the stay, but we look forward to the beach and grounds next year when this is all settled, (hopefully)

Good experience. Nice property and unit for the money. It was a bit of a pain to get the rental key from the lock box, however. If the owner would please spring for a keyless entry/ punch code lock, it would be MUCH easier.

Ft Myers Beach is a decent place to go for a cold weather getaway. As on all Gulf Coast places we’ve stayed the food is amazing! If you want quiet nights, stay farther south in the island. Pretty much everything closes at 10pm on the island which makes for quiet nights if that’s important to you. We didn’t know that but didn’t mind the early nights that much. The unit we stayed in was in a great location with beautiful views and beach. The unit itself was ok. Sufficient for what two of us need who don’t just sit in the room. Before bringing groceries in we noticed some ants throughout the kitchen so we cleaned the counters again. The toaster smoked like crazy and the box fan didn’t work. Other than that, great little unit! Lovers Key State Park and Manatee Park are a couple great things to do that cost nothing but parking which was a nice surprise. Overall the stay was relaxing and just what we needed.

Very happy with my stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. Only issue i had was the pool didn’t get cleaned for days and was almost turning green. Other than that great place, would come back again :)

we rented 906B, PERFECT for both sunrise and sunset!
This part of Estero Beach is nice and secluded, but close to anything you need! 89° pool! so awesome, rates are so reasonable for what you get!
