Kasai resort was the perfect getaway from the busy city area. It had cute little villas, nice pool, beautiful beach area and long jetty. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Ann and Makoy! We had lovely dinner at the restaurant - they had the best mango float! They packed us breakfast, because we left early for a tour and those brekkie sandwiches were soo good!
Tiny ants in bed, low water pressure.

English: The staff are extremely friendly and the facilities were great. As mentioned in other reviews, the seaside view rooms are definitely worth the extra cost. We tried snorkeling in both Panagsama beach and in the beach in front of our room. Personally, the resort private beach was better since there were less tourists crowding the Sea Turtles. We were able to see sea turtles on both Panagsama beach and on the resort beach, but the turtles on the Kasai private beach seem to be more shy and less friendly towards humans , compared to the ones on Panagsama beach, which are very docile. The restraunt manager was also very friendly and sincere, and he helped greatly in trying to make most of our short family vacation. Strongly recommend for short snorkeling trips on family vacations.

Front beach Hotel.
Very quite place.
Ants in the bathroom.

Structure and building is good
Dogs ate my slippers. Reception and restaurant billing needs more coordination.
For sure Not for the value of money.

If you're looking for a quite place & serene environment, this is a place for you... But it's far from all the buzz in moalboal. Bar & Resto isn't that appealing... Beach is full of rocks & certain times too low tide to swim
Far from the life of moalboal... Need to ride a tryke for a 200 pesos fee... The place was eerie as there were only 1 other room guest on the property, and we were there on a weekend... Friday to Saturday... Diving was too expensive, double thw price from others in panagsama...

Big big room. Ocean view beach front. Good air-conditioned. Good for Diver - scuba
The room is old. But air-conditioned is good. So no complain.

Nice Ocean view & Not bad Breakfast
Good swimming Pool
The picture is exaggerated. If you don't have Kasai training, you can't use diving.
(I'm PADI Instructor and ask them whether I use diving service for my student. They said no.)
They laid mattresses instead of extra beds in the other room I reserved.

Location being on the shore and away from noises of the city
The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was delicious!
Transport into town was slightly annoying

The kitchen staff
The lack of shade, customer service

location on the water was perfect and ability to snorkel.
We got the pool view room and the water pressure was super low that we were unable to have showers. We kept telling them for 3 days and they couldn’t fix it nor did they offer a solution until we said we are leaving. that’s when they put us into the ocean view room which was amazing and everything worked properly. Electricity also tripped while having shower.
The breakfast that’s included is super basic with the skinniest rashers of bacon I’ve ever seen.

The staff was outstanding and the food was great
The restroom did not have a bidet

The room was big and very comfortable. The sea view from the room was amazing. The linens are first class. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to McCoy and Zenia. They are the best 👍🏽
There was nothing I did not like. The place is amazing!

Big rooms, nice view
Too far from town restaurants, and the road is too difficult
Beach not good for swimming
Too expensive diving services, triple the prices in town.
3.8
Nice view
No breakfast or coffee in morning _ they say they open at 7am for breakfast but that was not the case - overpriced - lots of mosquitoes witch isnt there fault but not an enjoyable experience _ do not recommend this place - rooms were clean and bed was comfortable tho

the service was incredible. the staff are very accomodating and helpful. they helped with tours, transport and delicious food. the pool was a dream it sit by and the reef was amazing. some of the marine life in moalboal

The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. The front desk girl Jia went to the extent of making arrangements to deliver my clothes left behind in the room to my hotel at Cebu which was awesome and so nice of her
The food was very mediocre. The management was not guest friendly

The location is perfect, the best sunset view we ever had in moalboal, also their restaurant have a good view, the staff is very helpful no matter what, from the transport, booking , food, etc. which we really appreciate it.

The room was ok, but bed was very hard, no TV and no little fridge. Rest of facility was not accessible to PWD.
Resort not accessible at all, had steps to beach, restaurant was on second floor, pool was empty, road to resort is very bad. I was literally stuck in my room. Had to go elsewhere for island hopping, snorkeling, kayaking and swimming.

breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and really spacious, with good aircon. Bed was comfy.
I think you would stay here for the diving facilities primarily.
location was not very central, about 5-10 min scooter ride but then down a bit of a dirt track to get to the hotel. None of the facilities were open whilst we were there (pool, volley ball court etc) and the place is a bit run down.
Expensive compared to others nearby and there are no added benefits unless you want to dive.
Family next door were up at six and woke us up, which is not the hotels fault but still annoying.
Access to the sea isn’t great and you only get free use of a mask for 30 mins
On balance, would not stay here again

Room is spacious and the view is amazing. Staff was friendly. Food is delicious!
Road going to the resort is too bumpy and narrow.
Management needs to be less stingy with the amenities. We were a party of 3 but the room we booked is good for 4 pax. Disappointed that they cannot provide decent, extra pillows for the 3rd person in our group. The default pillow for the extra bed is too small and uncomfortable, even comparable to a throw pillow.
Same with breakfast. 3rd person is charged for breakfast even tho room rate is good for 4 pax! On site the staff told us the free breakfast is only limited to 2 pax regardless of room capacity. Wished they advertise this info clearly because it is very misleading.
Aircon is not cool enough. It is on the lowest setting but still not enough to cool off the entire room.
Water pressure is too low.
Only a limited number of devices can be connected to their wifi.
No telephone in the room connected to front desk.
Staff is polite and friendly but customer service seriously needs improvement.

Amazing Dive Center - World Standard!
The diving crew are amazing here - Best in Cebu in my opinion. Wait till you see the equipment room. Extremely impressive even for the most Technical Diver!
