Our stay was excellent, the unit is in extremely close proximity to weirs strip but far enough away for piece and quiet. We dined out the first night and cooked in on the second, plenty of cooking utensils, pans, etc

Not a bad place for the value. Had some musty doors in entrance hallway and bedroom but overall not bad.

We have stayed in many of these condos over the years and this one did not disappoint. Even without AC in the living room, the units in the bed rooms kept the whole place cool. All of the appliances worked great and there were 2 different kinds of coffee pots. I reached out to the owner with a question and he responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here. Our only suggestion is to offer more communication about where the condo is located when someone is approaching the unit and it is dark. More communication about this would make it easier.

Condo was just as listed and very clean.
Would be helpful if there was hair dryer in both bathrooms otherwise enjoyed our stay

The condo was PERFECT for the four of us! It is in a great location, well kept and the grounds are really nice. My boys loved the pool(big and deep-9 feet). The condo was clean, stocked with paper product and cleaning products. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used it a lot. No negatives an no surprises.

Bike week
We enjoyed our stay in the village. We found it well maintained with some really nice landscaping right outside of our unit #914 in the maple building. Great location because it's very close to a wide range of entertainment and dining. Home run vrbo. Thanks to Mike the property owner too.

A Lovely Spot for a Fall Foliage Trip
This 2-bedroom condo is nicely decorated and well-equipped. I thought that I had left my iPad at the condo. The owner was very helpful and responsive to having the housekeeping service search for it. I highly recommend this condo!

Amazing experience and host
Unfortunately, Today is our last day at the condo. We had such an amazing experience during a difficult time in our lives of attending father in law’s funeral. EVERY necessity was provided in the condo, it was clean and everything was functional. There’s was one unfortunate hiccup within 5 minutes of arriving that was immediately resolved by Mr Carpenter (the host). We didn’t realize the front door locked automatically when leaving so we were all locked out of apartment with phones and keys sitting on kitchen counter when unpacking the suitcases from vehicle. We had to search on daughters phone the listing of condo and send a “reservation request “ to Mr Carpenter asking him to please send someone to open door. HE WAS AMAZING and replied almost immediately to request. He made a situation that could have been a lot worse better in no time. We really felt bad that he was an 1.5 hrs away but he didn’t hesitate. We love the place and the personal touch we received and will definitely be back!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
This is a MUST stay
Btw...... EXCELLENT LOCATION

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!
We had a wonderful week at Mike’s condo! It was clean and had everything we could need - even a number of family board games! The condo is centrally located, close to weirs beach and lakes region activities (fun spot, drive in, kellerhaus, mt Washington to name a few). We can’t wait to come back!

Laconia in early June
The condo is nicely located a short walk from town. The owner Mike could not be more engaged and responded very quickly to any questions. One point to note is that the condo is in a very hilly area and the complex has a lot of stairs - it was very difficult for some of my group with knee issues to get around. We made do and had a great stay.

My stay
The only 2 things I would say need to change about this amazing rental are that the WiFi is extremely slow and that there was a landscape company fixing a patio right next door starting at 630 am and not ending until 830pm I love staying here.

It’s always nice to stay in NH and we enjoy it every year and wanted to try a different place this time around. We chose to stay here because it stated it was “newly renovated, with new furniture, pool, playground, close proximity to Weirs”. Here is my review: We stayed 4 days. Myself, my daughter, husband and father for a couple days. This unit is NOT newly renovated, I would say more of a “Home Depot patch job”, the furniture is NOT brand new! Stains on the couch, beds, tables have chips coming off, etc. clearly re-used furniture, which is fine! But states otherwise. There were no extra blankets, and nights were freezing! I would have to say this unit was never cleaned from previous renters considering their were barefoot prints everywhere, bathroom toilets were not clean, etc. I don’t believe this place should be listed as a 3 bedroom. 2 bedroom, plus a bunk bed in the entryway, which is very strange, but enough for 2 extra people that don’t mind sleeping in a “closet”. We were not allowed to use the Playground, pool looked nice but too cold to use. The outdoor grounds were beautiful, well maintained! I think I could go on and on about this review, but I’ll stop here. All and All.... 3 Stars, will not be returning but happy for the experience.

Condo sleeps 7?!
Condo super tiny ,Bunk beds pushed into what should be entry way/mud room .Over all the place was not terrible, but definitely not suited for 7 and should be priced accordingly .Also the property looks a bit like a subsidized housing complex.

We loved our stay. The condo is cute and clean. We had no issues.

Great visit!
Condo was the perfect layout for my family. I have a toddler who is awake early and a teen who loves to sleep so it was great having separate bedrooms for them. We had a lot of rain during our visit and spent a lot of time inside and the owner had many games to play. The unit was pretty clean but due to covid we used our own linens. The sofa had some stains but overall the place was clean. The WiFi hardly worked which could be an issue if someone is working remotely. The a/c works great my family froze me however it’s loud and I couldn’t hear my kids so if traveling with young ones might want to bring a baby monitor. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The lake was about less then 1/2mile walk from condo. This place is not stroller friendly to pool and to lake. We used anyways and carried down the stairs. The pool was very clean with grills outside of it. We would definitely come back to this place!

Loved our stay here... condo not far from beach
The condo is lovely as well as the grounds. There was a bit of a walk to the pool but that was ok.
We would definitely go back.
This place was clean and comfy.
The bunk beds are not really in a bedroom more of an entryway...this actually worked out well for us because it caused our daughters to share a room.

Centrally located, comfortable property.
Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a nice location for proximity to all of our favorite places...Kellerhaus, Meredith, Weirs Beach. Condo was smaller, but the layout worked just fine for us. Master bed was quite firm. One “bedroom” was more of the entryway and didn’t have air and it got a little warm in there, but not bad. It was great that linens were included, but only a limited amount, we had 5 people and there were 5 bath towels & 5 beach towels, but no wash cloths. Glad to report that there was an abundance of paper products...toilet paper & paper towels. The kitchen was nicely appointed, although we only used the toaster.

My family really enjoyed this unit..loved the location and the access to outside space was key...also loved having a grill...

"Filthy"
Upon arriving at the condo we found no paper products, as the previous reviewer mentioned. Our first stop out was to buy toilet paper. The place was filthy. There was mold on the shower curtains and bathroom ceilings and the baseboards and window blinds looked like they had never been dusted. We went into the closet for an extra pillow only to find one that was stuck to a pile of junk in the bottom of the closet and it had mold on it. The owner offered to send someone to clean it but we feel that the cleaning should have been done prior to our arrival and not after we arrived as we only had a couple of days there and didn't want to spend it waiting on someone to arrive to clean and wasn't comfortable leaving our belongings there unattended with someone coming in to "clean". I don't believe the floors were vacuumed as I found peanuts on the bedroom floor. It was the worst place we have ever stayed. We would have stayed elsewhere after seeing the condition of the condo but being it was peak season there were no other places available. Was so happy to leave this place! Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel we should get a refund for the cleaning since it wasn't done PRIOR to our arrival!

Needs a caretaker.
Stayed there for a wedding at the nearby yacht club. When I arrived my 7 year old granddaughter needed to go to the bathroom bad! No toilet paper in either bathroom. luckily there was a box of tissues in the living room. There were no paper products at all first stop was for this. The master bathroom bath was not used, the curtain was all moldy. This mold was also on the ceiling and there was some on the other bathroom ceiling. Noticed while looking for paper towels in closet there were brand new shower liners. the bottom bunk had an outlet with no cover exposing danger so I wouldn't let a kid sleep there. Obviously, the caretaker or owner doesn't check the place before renting. Other than that it was close but disappointed since I've stayed at a place before that overly catered to the guests. Come on now you can't afford toilet paper? And yes mine left with me!

The property is very clean and very convenient to go to the Weir beach
We love that apartment right the time we get there. It is very organized and clean. Only small issue at the bathroom of master bedroom. It drains very slow, look like it was clogged. Orther than that we satisfy with what the owner provided. We definitely will come back sometime for our vacation next time, thanks for everything.

Nice apartment in a lovley beach town
This home is located in a really lovely beach area and is about a 10 minute walk down hill to the lake beach. The walk back home is quite steep but we found it enjoyable! There is lots of affordable parking at the beach if you don't want to walk, about a 2 minute drive. The Kellerhaus ice cream shop is next to the resort and has amazing ice cream in a lovely setting. The resort has a lovely pool, busy during the day and good tennis courts that are just a short walk from the apartment. The surrounding area is amazing and truly beautiful. The apartment is comfortable for 4, the extra 2 bunk beds are in the small hallway, wouldn't suit adults but would be fine for kids. There are no laundry facilities in the apartment, there is a public laundry on the resort, we didn't use this as it was expensive. Cheaper in local laundrettes. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy, not all furniture is new, sofa cushions are a bit flat and worn, but not an issue as we sat out on the grassy area at the patio as the weather was hot, would be good to have a dining type table out there. Home is equipped well, kitchen is big enough to cook meals with good equipment provided. We didn't have the full set of towels provided, half of them were missing, I hope Mike managed to locate them!

Great Location!
Great family vacation spot! Walk to the weirs, and a short walk to the huge salt water pool! The grassy area off the slider is a great spot for morning coffee or dinner time grilling! And there really was everything we need from paper towels to beach towels! Just bring food!!

Summer vacation with family
The condo was great. Stayed with 6 adults and had plenty of space. We cooked in the kitchen for several meals, and had a BBQ outside on the grill. We had a great time. The only complaint that seemed to be shared by everyone in my party was how uncomfortable the beds were. In the room I was in, the mattress was so thin I was basically sleeping on the box spring. We had a great time but I think due to everyone's lack of sleep that would be the only thing keeping us from returning here. Otherwise a beautiful, well done condo close to everything!

Perfect place!
This condo was the perfect location for walking everywhere. It was clean and a perfect size for us. Landlord was always reachable and the neighbors were awesome. We are Looking forward to staying there again!
