This waterfront home has its very own private dock on deep water with a covered pier head and float: park your boat, fish or drop a crab pot for dinner. Shrimp Boat passes about 3:30 PM during season letting you know it’s time to get your shrimp and prepare for the gorgeous sunsets from the dock.
Conveniently located only 20 minutes to Parris Island (12.3 miles), 15 minutes to Hunting Island State Park beach (11.8 miles), and 15 minutes to Historic Downtown Beaufort (8.6 miles).
Area restaurants and bars include Seaside Bar and Grill, just down the road, The Shrimp Shack for famous local Shrimp Burgers, Johnson Creek Tavern on Harbor Island and the Foolish Frog in downtown Frogmore!

The house was amazing and just what we were looking for. We had 2 boats and used the dock to be able to fish the area all weekend. Would highly recommend.

Our group enjoyed every moment in this house. We played on the dock, fished, kayaked around the river, and it was short drives to Beaufort and hunting island beach. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and well stocked, and the two living rooms made it easy for my large family to spend quality time together in comfort. The dock has power and water which made playing outside so much fun. Highly recommend!

This is our fourth time staying here. We loved the changes made by the new owner. Kitchen is much more convenient withe the islands and being a woodcarver really appreciated the artwork throughout the home. Really made for a nice week.

Excellent home to enjoy boating and sitting on the dock beautiful view just know you’ll need a smaller than average trailer if you wanna get it into the driveway otherwise you can leave it at the Boatlanding, which is easy. Property manager is great

Imagine staying at a VRBO that includes everything you could possibly need to experience an awesome vacation with your children and grandchildren. This deep water, spacious (3000 + sq ft) VRBO property provides that and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, if you choose to feed a large group as I did. The huge covered dock AND floating dock provide plenty of room for everyone to fish, crab, or cast a shrimp net. It's the perfect place to dock your boat for a quick access to go on a boat ride. With a public beach just minutes away, you sure to have fun times on the surf side as well. Best of all, are the most beautiful sunsets over the marsh and waterways you'll ever experience!

Great location but not up to expected standards. Furnishings vintage 1960, with clothes and refrigerator contents left by owner. House smelled musty and wife had to get air freshener. No TV in master bedroom. Could not find wash cloths, and towels were left overs from owners travels. Now understand why fees were non refundable - would have checked out early.

We stayed at this property with family members who came to celebrate the graduation of our son from Marine Corps boot camp at Parris Island. The house offered enough room for our different family members to spread out and not suffocate each other!! The fenced back yard was great for our dog, and the dock was fun for every one. We even saw the resident dolphin a couple of times! Communication with the owner was quick, and the house had most of the extras we needed (pans, pots etc). We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, huge kitchen and dining room for the six of us. Quiet neighborhood with a spectacular view of the water! My favorite spot was the dock. We caught fish and shrimp and were visited by the dolphins most days. Hope to return soon!

Low Country Family Retreat
We had a fabulous time at this home. It was very comfortable, and the view is amazing! We were able to launch our kayaks from the dock and that was the highlight of our trip! We kayaked each day with a pod of porpoises. Unbelievable!
The kitchen was well equipped and there are many wonderful restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Dockside and the Foolish Frog. We hope to come back to the low country soon and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Pretty good
Rented all over for many years so my review is based on my other experiences. This property was okay. Beds were very comfortable and the dock was the highlight of the property. Great gathering spot for happy hour and sunset. I’m glad that we brought our own outdoor chairs as the four plastic chairs on the back patio was all that was provided. I also felt compelled to use the leaf blower to remove the accumulated leaves from the front porch and rear patios. The entrances just didn’t look ready for renters. The house had all the amenities inside and everything seemed to work well. We ate in a lot and were able to find everything we needed. The floors were very slippery (with any kind of foot ware). It seems that the cleaning product on the floors left them like ice. All of us slipped all week. No one fell. Considerable grime/mold in master shower and owner clothes present in master drawers and closet seemed substandard for a typical Vrbo property. In general, it wouldn’t take much to move this property to a higher rating.

The house is spacious and fit our family well. The location was great for our needs. I was disappointed with the cleanliness - the floors were very dirty and made our feet/socks black. Dusty also. We had to purchase basic cleaning supplies that I expected to be provided - dish soap and sponge as well as dishwasher soap - and there was not enough toilet paper provided to last through our visit.

Wonderful location
We had a great stay! The house was great and plenty large enough for our family. We loved the layout and all the amenities. We used the dock each day and had a great time fishing. Only note would be that the floors really needed to be mopped but that wasn’t a huge deal. Also the cue ball for the pool table was missing.

The home fit our large blended family between sleeping, cooking and dining! Lots of time spent at the dock fishing, crabbing, dolphin and gator watching. Time well spent!
