About this cabin rental
Located in beautiful Bass Lake near Yosemite National Park, this beautiful 3 story home is a two minute walk from the lake. The home has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, & sleeps 18. Upstairs is the main home. Floor 2 has 3 bedrms (including a master w/bath), 2nd bath, large updated kitchen, 2 dining areas, massive covered deck. Floor 3 has second master bedrm, another large bedrm w/4 twins beds, a bath, and a huge living rm. The "apartment" on the first floor has 2 bedrms, 2 baths, 2 living rms, and a galley kitchen. Perfect for multifamily vacations! There is a garage, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, heater, and evaporative cooler for floors 2 & 3, cable, high speed internet, BBQ. Home has personal dock slip on private community dock. Bass Lake is a wonderful resort area with restaurants/bars, community center, quaint shops, along with hiking, boating, fishing, swimming. Rental boats, bikes, & more available.

Overall the house was great! We all fit, with our own rooms and own bathrooms. Mother Nature had a hot flash which was unpleasant with no AC. But we made the best of it and added a few fans and another portable ac unit.

This is our second year at this property. There is so much space for a large group - with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great, just a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. The deck is one of our favorite things about this property. It's a great spot to hang out. And, Nikki is amazing - one if the best owners we have interacted with. We cannot wait for next year!

We had a terrific time in the home. The home was very nice, clean, and up to date. The kitchen was very well accessorized; more than any others we've been to. Excellent facilities for a large family. It was very nice to have access to the garage; we've never seen that before. We are eagerly anticipating next year's stay.

This was our 3rd year at this property and our 15th year spending a week at Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time and love the big deck to relax on and the proximity to the boat dock!

Yearly Bass Lake Trip
What a great property! There's plenty of space for large groups. Having seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two living rooms made the house nice and comfortable. The parking situation was ideal - room for many vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The location was perfect - the boat slip/lake was just an easy, short walk from the house. Our favorite part of the house - the outdoor deck. It was an amazing hang out spot. The pictures do not do it justice. We have been renting houses at Bass Lake for over a decade, and Nikki was by far the best owner I have dealt with. She was so patient and responsive with all of my questions. We cannot wait for next summer!

House was the perfect location less than a block from the lake with a great community dock. House was also a great size with multiple common spaces for allll the people.

This house has lots of space and the covered porch was the perfect place to relax any time, day or night. The property manager was very responsive to all questions.
We put the garbage out the night before and in less than 5 minutes we had a huge bear ripping through the cans. Also, you can only access the downstairs apartment from the outside. This wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise for us.
The kitchen is very well stocked. One of the apartment bedrooms has a very low ceiling but it was still a great house

It was clean and in a great location. The owner is very kind and responsive. I took one star off because the description boasted of a private dock, but the water was so low you couldn't use it. My husband and I, our sons and their families stayed at this property the first week of June, 2021. We also had my sisters and neices stay for a couple of nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the house, especially the large deck. My son brought his boat and it was so nice to have a dedicated slip at the community dock. It was a two minute walk to the deck so it was very convenient. We spent alot of time at the dock. One of the grandkids favorite things was jumping off the dock into the water and of course spending time on the boat. We also visited Yosemite and rode the train at Sugarpine Railroad and the kids panned for gold there. Oakhurst was so close for groceries. We ate dinner at Ducey's on the Lake on our last night there. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this property, especially for a large family. The thing that took it over the top was the amount of parking available. We were able to fit all of our cars, a total of six, plus the boat trailer with no problem. Thank you Nikki, you were so wonderful to work with through the entire process of renting your home.

Great location and home
The location was great and plenty of parking. If you have a group of 18 there was plenty of space and the large outdoor deck was great for playing games, eating, etc. I would suggest taking additional towels for showing and bring a BBQ as there is only one and it's not that big and it doesn't heat up very well. Other than that house was great and and would definitely stay there again. And Nikki was very responsive which was great.

Great Bass Lake Cabin
Always enjoy coming back to this cabin. I almost don't want to give it a great review so nobody else steals it from us! Great communication with the owner for any issue. We will be back!

Amazing Vacation Home!
This home is perfect for large families to vacation together! We had a blast and created a bunch of memories on the large deck. Nikki was extremely responsive with questions and made our stay perfect! We can’t wait to stay here next year!
