About this house rental
Turnkey vacation rental with linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs provided. Steps off the Bay and less than three blocks to the beach and local farmer's market. This beautifully renovated home is truly located in the heart of Brigantine Island, walking distance to all of the town's quant charms. The local restaurants and surf shops are some of the bests on the East Coast. This beach town community boasts a lively atmosphere, with activities and events going on almost daily, from the weekend browsing the local art studios and shops to surfing, bird watching, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
This home is brand new to the market, having just been fully renovated and redone in the Spring of 2017. It truly offers the best of both worlds with all of the modern amenities of a new home but the original charm that is characteristic of this charming historic community. The living areas in the house have expansive views of the Bay and a beautiful open floor plan with hardwood floors and slate throughout every room. The dining room is an idyllic gathering area for the whole family, featuring a large farm style dining room table that seats 16 people.
The downstairs master bedroom has a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and two queen beds. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two king suites, one double queen and kids' room with double bunk beds (one twin and one double). The master en suite bedroom leads out to a large open deck, which overlooks the Bay. This space is perfect for both morning coffee, and evening cocktails.
There is also a lofted upstairs living space with several couches, a TV, a foosball table, games and access to the deck. This house is filled with a mix of private sitting areas and large open gathering spaces, so you can have your privacy when you need it and large open spaces when you want it.

Wonderful house - spacious, clean, very well stocked, great bay view. The mattresses were too soft for us (some back and knee issues among the group and the rest just sleep better on a firm mattress) - this might be an issue for some. 1 star off for that but otherwise a great house!!

We stayed for a family beach trip that included 4 generations. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the house. Everything is there for you from kitchen tools, beach equipment, corn hole boards and bikes! This is a great house and had enough room for everyone to have space!

We rented the house as 'home base' for my daughter's wedding in Egg Harbor. The home was more than we could have expected; the pics don't do it justice. Plenty of space, every amenity we could want, comfortable, charming, convenient and excellent communication with the host when a question did pop-up. Highly recommended!

The property was fantastic just as described. Booked for a long weekend for golf with friends. Weather was awful due to tropical storm but we had a great time at the beach house and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook and stay in. Location was great wish we could have stayed longer and gotten some sun!

This was the perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The house was amazing and it has great views. The kitchen was very spacious and was a great hangout spot to just talk and have some drinks. It was better then I could have imagined and all the girls agreed!

Our large family group ranged in age from 15-85. The 5 bedroom luxurious house had a large family room and huge fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom on the first floor was a necessity for older family members. We enjoyed the bay views sitting on two porches. The beds. were comfortable and we appreciated that sheets and towels were provided. We would rent the home again if we ever return to Brigantine.

Bayview home
Beautiful home with plenty of room for a large group. We ate most dinners in so appreciated the large open kitchen with plenty of cooking pots and pans and serving dishes . Had our morning coffee on the front porch and ate dinner on the back patio. Saw the most beautiful sunsets just a few steps from the house. We have stayed in Brigantine several times and everyone agreed this was a house we would like to rent again, Hopefully next year.

Weekend getaway
This house was even more beautiful in real life, and everyone who stayed there was in awe! The check in and out process was so simple, and the hosts allowed us to come in a little earlier, which was incredibly helpful. The open spaces of the kitchen, living room, and dining room allowed us all to feel together and even enjoy the same conversation. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the outdoor space was perfect for us. We loved our stay !!

Nice house, awesome kitchen
Very nice and comfortable house. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and serving dishes. We appreciated having 2 sets of washer/dryers. Beautiful view of the bay, and a short walk to a nice beach. Pretty much exactly as advertised. Only wish all the bathrooms had fans.

Wonderful Property, Limited Wi-fi
Our family of 12 really enjoyed the home which was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, excellent location to the beach and sunset views.
However, the mattresses were worn out and could use replacing. Our major complaint was the limited wi-fi and no basic cable.
I strongly recommend the owners invest $30 for a few wi-fi boosters placed throughout the house. Our guys couldn’t watch any of the play off games, nor could we watch a movie without losing internet.
Made for a very frustrating vacation in an otherwise beautiful home.

Paradise by the bay
Our first trip to Brigintine. This house did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and not missing any details to make you feel right at home. Updated , very clean and fully stocked . Very comfortable beds and baths. Lots of space to spread out .

Lovely House
My group of friends had a terrific stay at this house. It's well-situated within the town and you can walk to the beach and to a part of town with a great breakfast spot. The place is very comfortable and really spacious. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table eating and playing games. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and sent lots of recommendations about things to do.

Friends and Family Fun
We had a great vacation. This house is awesome for large groups/multi-family get togethers.
In no order of importance, things we felt that were worth noting.... furniture comfortable. Plenty of room to sit, relax or take a nap. Beds are comfortable. Bunk bed room is great for kids but a little tight if you wanted to put a family in there to stay the week. The bed space is great but that leaves little space for suitcases/items. We did use the fan upstairs in that room specifically as it can get stuffy. Otherwise, the air on the bedroom side was fine. We like it cool and it was easy to maintain 70 once we were all settled and doors were shut.
The kitchen is stocked so well with quality appliances and gadgets that you may never want to cook at home again!
The outside deck has enough furniture that everyone can find find a place to sit and enjoy. If the grass is a little high, you will need bug spray but that's everywhere in Brigantine :)
The items available in the shed will make your beach days so much easier. Great quality beach chairs, a beach wagon and the outside shower all help to make the day that much more enjoyable.
There is a great high chair if you have tiny visitors.
Clean, big enough to spread out but plenty of space in the kitchen and living room to be together as well.
We would absolutely visit again!

Property was great. All beds were comfortable. The location is great. Upstairs rooms can certainly get warm (we stayed the first weekend of November.) Be sure to regulate the thermostat.

We had a an AMAZING girl's getaway at this BEAUTIFUL home. I cannot say enough about the attention to detail in this home. The fireplace was lit and welcoming, the note left on the chalkboard made us feel right at home, and the home SURPASSED our expectations! A million thanks are not enough!

Best property in Brigantine for family gatherings and Bayview Sunsets.
My family has been coming to Brigantine for years and this is the first house we stayed in that had a kitchen and living area large enough to comfortably accommodate my family of 12. The kitchen was was expansive and is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinners (even a Vitamix blender). The kitchen had seating for 6 around the quartz island and a large farm table with 10 chairs . The living room had two large couches for us to gather at night and watch Netflix. There is also an adjacent gathering area where you could read or check emails while looking at the bay. The beds were so comfortable , they each had memory foam mattresss and comfy bedding. The house is tastefully decorated with a Nantucket flair. Another wonderful finding was that all linens, towels and beach towels were provided. We enjoyed sunset on the upper deck (with blankets and a glass of wine ), while the children played foosball in the game room. The property was only 3-4 miles from the Atlantic City Casinos and Boardwalk, so we were able to Uber to the Borgata at night for dinner, We will be returning to this gem.

Great Weekend getaway
This property is absolutely fantastic. We had 12 guys for a golf weekend. The house was extremely comfortable for all of us, and never felt cramped even with all 12 in the kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough glasses, cups, plates, etc., for our 12. Everything felt new and expensive. The bedrooms were large and comfortable even when there were 2 queens in the room. Four beautiful full bathrooms was a god sent. Bernadette did a wonderful job decorating the house throughout. It was truly warm and friendly. We had beautiful view of the bay both from the upstairs deck and from front steps. Lots of parking in back and on street for our 8 cars. Uber cost to AC was $11 each night. We will definitely stay here next year if we choose a golf weekend in AC area.

Perfect spot for a long weekend
I recently stayed at Bayview Alchemy for a long girls weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures! The space was perfect for what we wanted and there are beautiful bay views. The large kitchen was stocked with all appliances and was great for cooking for a larger group. Bernadette was very helpful and great to work with. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!

Fantastic house for our family of 10 ( two members couldn't join us). House has everything.
Property was clean and well maintained. Equipped with everything for a fun beach experience - beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach carts. My son and son-in-law love to cook, the kitchen and grill had them in "hog heaven". The house has a high chair and crib for our youngest and a bedroom on the first floor for our oldest (grandma). This was an awesome place for a beach vacation, and the beach is a fantastic beach for kids and adults as well. Not crowded like VA beach, Outerbanks, or Myrtle Beach this time of year. And for adults Atlantic City is just a five miles away. I thought the price was very reasonable for the cottage and all the amenities. The only negative was the 3 ½ block walk to beach, we had 4 toddlers (4,3,2& 1) fortunately my son brought a wagon.
