Leave your car in the underground garage and make yourself at home in this cozy, light-filled studio. As the sunshine streams in through the skylights, you can kick off your snow boots, flip the switch on the gas-powered fireplace, and curl up on the plush sofa with a book, a magazine, or a loved one. Get an energizing start each morning in the snug kitchen, where you can brew fresh coffee, spread out the sports section, and use the stainless steel appliances to whip up some French toast. Lend the chef a helping hand at the breakfast bar, set the dining table for breakfast in the atrium alcove, and load the plates in the dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup. Click on your skis and glide out the door to the Payday Express lift, and simply follow the Home Run, the First Time, or C.B.'s Run to come back home for lunch. You can track the mountain conditions on the provided WiFi, throw your damp socks in the shared washer/dryer for a small fee, and take a relaxing break by watching a Blu-ray or a cable show on the flatscreen TV. As the day comes to a close, there's no better way to unwind than by stretching your sore ski legs at the building fitness center, swimming a few laps in the indoor/outdoor pool, or soaking your worries away in the community hot tub. Each evening, this studio-style condo will accommodate two guests. Pull down the queen-size Murphy bed in the living space when it's time for bed, or unfold the queen-size sofabed for a night of restful sleep. Additional amenities include partial air conditioning and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Thanks to its picture-perfect location in the heart of the base area at Park City Mountain Resort, this condo offers unbeatable convenience for winter and summer athletes. Spend your days skating on the Breeze Ice Rink right next door, or hop on the seasonal shuttle bus to explore the 7,300 skiable acres that make up America's largest mountain resort. Great location and very convenient.

You cannot beat the location of this condo. You can literally walk out of the front door and hit the slopes. The staff of Vacasa were always extremely helpful when every assistance was needed. The furnishing and decorations of this condo are however extremely dated.

As advertised excellent location would recommend for a couple

This place is PERFECT! Such easy access, the location is amazing and the size is exactly what I needed. Service from Vacasa was SUPERB! Will definitely be staying here again!

The location slope side (ski in and ski out) can not be beat. I also liked ease of renting from Breeze just steps away. I highly recommend grabbing your skis the night before. The accommodations were perfect for a ski weekend with my daughter. The kitchen had appliances and baking/cooking ware for just what we needed for making dinner each night. I have it 4 stars because of cleanliness, which could have been better. Would stay there again for the very reasonable price.

The unit itself is actually fine.
The management company (Vacasa) never emailed me the check in procedures. They sent the room code to access but no information about where or how to find the room.
I called the customer service number and waited on hold and gave up after about 15 minutes of waiting. I tried the text feature but the person on the other end was no help at all.
I ended up wandering around the complex of shops and condos, tires and sweaty, for 30 minutes. There is no front desk. By chance, a maintenance guy showed me where my room was and I was able to get in.
Definitely will never rent from a Vacasa property again, and will now only stay in places with on-site help.

Nice

The image of this place has used a filter. It does not show the stained mattress, the worn out finish on the furniture, the sofa that is probably 25 years old, or the general smell of the place. They gave us a one day notice about construction, even though we had booked several weeks in advance. We were driving/traveling and had no way to actually inquire about this. The construction in the hallways and elevator areas was extensive, and felt like a ghost town. We were not comfortable staying here, and we were not refunded. The place would only be suitable for a bunch of college boys!

Nice apartment with a fully functional kitchen. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was. The whole building seemed to be under construction, but it was still very quite. The 20 min walk to Main Street was easy and it was nice to have the option to get on the bus, right by the condo. Overall, a good place to stay. Seems like it would be an ideal spot for ski season.

The property has a great location. The room is nice, with a full kitchen and enough space for 4 people. However, the main AC was not working and there was a portable AC unit, but I think this is a hassle to set up and take care of it when you are in the middle of your vacation. I went in the summer, and there were renovations going on on the property (not a nice ambiance around), but I guess this is temporary. Two things were very bad: a very high fee for a missing parking tag ($400), which is too much for a piece of plastic that can be easily misplaced. And a non-responsive contact from Vacasa (I sent her a couple of texts and she never reply back).

Seriously right at the Park City Resort ski lifts...stones throw. Nice view out window, comfortable bed, newer appliances, and decent furniture. The fireplace worked great and fast, and the thermostat for the furnace was great as well.
Most of the unit is late 90s and tired (floor, trim, cabinets, windows, eating/cooking wares). The bathroom and hallway was new tile but old fixtures, cabinets, and trim. There was hair on the towels and in the bed (definitely not ours), along with a faint but persistent urine smell. Also, bring earplugs unless you sleep really heavy. The snow plows are plowing the parking lot and around the base lifts from about 2:30 - 4:30 am each night. You hear the scraping and the reverse beeping most of that time. I think if the linens were clean and no urine smell I would have considered this a decent place for the price, especially to be right at the lifts. But I probably won't try again.

The property and the unit are older and show their age. The unit could use a deep cleaning. It may be beneficial to get rid of the dust catching artificial greenery. The property is managed by Vacasa not an individual owner. I note this as you will need to have your reservation numbers available any time you need to speak with someone and the person you speak with will not be familiar with property characteristics (e.g. parking spaces; type of coffee maker in unit; etc).

Perfect cozy spot in PC
We were really happy with our stay, especially because of its central location. We enjoyed being able to get to great restaurants and shops within just a few minutes, and it was lovely to easily go back and spend time by the fireplace after being out in the cold.

Good location
Great location, right on the slopes! Room was a bit smaller and older than expected, but completely fine for what I needed. Pillows not very comfortable, but space was good besides that.

Our stay was pretty good. Positives first, location location location!!! truly ski in and ski out. We loved it. The hot tub was hot! The place was cozy and clean. They could easily make the next people so much happier with a small investment into a new couch sleeper. Like maybe the futon ones at Ikea, the couch bed was awful and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor and it was still pokey and awful. In my opinion right now this only qualifies as a two person place cuz the sofa is not usable as a bed. Also, salt and pepper would be nice, and more toilet paper. These places are supposed to have a few basics. With a new sofa sleeper, modern ones without mattresses and springs, we would definitely stay again. And bring my own salt and pepper ;)
