Wonderful hotel

Perfect i liked the location near Biot and all other towns in the area. The staff is amazing. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The outdoor pool is heated which is great in March.

Nahezu perfekter Aufenthalt

Die sehr großzügig mit maximal 2-stöckigen Gebäuden gestaltete Anlage hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Perfektes, äußerst freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Alles ist hochwertig und funktionierte einwandfrei (auch im Bad). Die Heizung war sehr angenehm und sehr gut regulierbar. Das Bett war hervorragend, die Kopfkissen für meine Bedürfnisse passend; ich habe selten so gut in einem Hotel geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut.

Ein für mich ärgerliches Detail war die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, sodass ich auf Tee umgestiegen bin.

Probably the best of seven hotels in Provence in two weeks

Beautifully located modern hotel overlooking the very beautiful village of Biot. Attentive, friendly, highly professional staff. There are many very good restaurants in the historic Biot village within walking distance and the concierge is always available to help with reservations. It is possible to order delicious sandwiches, salads, pizzas and drinks to the room. Absolute cleanliness in the room and bathroom, new serviceable equipment. Will definitely be back!

Not what we expected

The room is clean and new, tastefully decorated and spacious with a small outdoor patio. Bathroom was new and nicely done.

Location is awful - right off a busy road in the middle of nothing. Long walk to the room from parking. Front desk staff is only there until 8pm. This hotel seems more like an upgraded motel (think Homewood Suites without the kitchen) in the US, not a four star hotel. Pictures and reviews were deceiving.

Peaceful but family friendly. Great pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking. Nice rooms and gardens. Great breakfast options.

Not really possible to walk to Biot as there aren’t any pavements and the roads are too narrow/fast. Easy 5 min drive and we did get an Uber one night.

The conditions were exceptional, very clean, the stuff very friendly, the manager was always involved in meeting our needs, we felt very relaxed. It was the best breakfast we've had from all the locations we have spend our 10 days hollidays.

Perfect and peaceful boutique retreat with everything you could possibly need for a short break

Brilliant rooms, comfy beds, good pillows, air con, tvs/Bluetooth speaker etc. everything finished to a really high standard. Good breakfasts and staff were really welcoming and accommodating, and made our family feel at home from the outset.

Lovely hotel with well maintained garden, lovely pool and nice breakfast. Very clean and lively smelling toiletries

Lady at reception was not very helpful with our luggage. At breakfast only scrambled eggs, when I asked for fried it was not possible.

Gorgeous, quiet haven of a hotel

The hotel was lovely and peaceful - very boutiquey. The breakfast was amazing and lovely to sit on the terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and attentive.

It was a shame there wasn't a bar or restaurant on site but without it, it was nice and peaceful.

perfectly placed sun trap with a beautiful view of Biot in the hill and in easy access to the Antibes area. a very relaxed environment.

Exceptional

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a lovely setting, comfortable and quiet. Would absolutely recommend, especially for couples needing a bit of quiet time together. Breakfast on the sunny terrace was the perfect way to start a day.

Be aware that public transport in the area leaves something to be desired, so getting to and fro the hotel may take a bit of planning. The hotel has excellent parking facilities, though, so if you arrive by car it's all good.

Aesthetically pleasing.

The entire complex is very aesthetically pleasing, nice pool and lounge/ breakfast area. Very green. The staff is helpful and nice. Room came with a little garden area that in a nicer weather is a great thing.

The room we got, although we got upgraded, was musty in smell. Also the bathrooms need a deep clean. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear upstairs neighbour walking and talking.

Oasis of peace.

Loved everything - large comfortable bed, swimming pool, games, view, staff friendly and helpful, parking. Rooms well soundproofed as we heard nothing from adjoining rooms. Biot old town with numerous restaurants is a short walk uphill but no footpath, so take care walking on road. Plenty of car parks. short drive to Marineland (recommend) and Antibes.

We thought breakfast was too expensive.

Very good

Lovely hotel, with incredible staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Wonderful view of the Biot village up on the hill. The pool was heated to a nice warm temperature and the grounds were beautiful.

On busy road without safe walking to Biot village, so a car is useful and safer

Amazing stay in the Riviera

Top class with a small boutique feel. Loved the hotel, its short distance from Nice airport and the local restaurants of Biot. Really comfy bed and room decor feels brand new.

Amazing boutique hotel💙

There are many things I liked about this hotel. The location is very nice, away from the hustle and bustle of Antibes village. The location is surrounded by gardens filled with plants, aromatic herbs and flowers. The rooms were perfectly clean, bright&modern, equipped with Nespresso machine and a large terace. Amenities were great. Excellent breakfast with lots of local and tasty products. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. We will definitley come back.
