it's definitely a practical, but nice place to stay if you just want to sleep and grab breakfast

room was clean and nicely appointed. Shower was great. Bed was comfy.

The A/C / heater was noisy and kept me awake as it had a high-pitched squealing noise. Very annoying. The breakfast was decent, just wish the hot food wasn't all microwaved breakfast sandwiches and such.

Big rooms, comfortable but needs attention to cleanliness

comfortable beds, pretty good breakfast and liked that there was a kitchenette

Needed more attention to set up and cleaning upon arrival- only 2 towels provided though there were 3 of us, no towel racks/knobs in bathroom to hang wet towels and comforter was dirty. Called front desk for new comforter and it was not provided; housekeeping did not come at all as described in our 3 night stay.

Terrible, uncomfortable, changed hotels after the first night.

Location was close to the convention center

Bathroom had a sliding barn door that had a one inch gap around the entire door. It didn’t shut all the way. There was zero privacy in the bathroom. You could see in the bathroom even with the door “shut”. It didn’t block the light from the bathroom in the middle of the night. AC/Heater was so noisy we could t have it on while sleeping. Manager was never on site and the only option was to call and leave a voice mail and go between him and the worker at the desk. For $333 a night I expected a lot more.

Great stay for a family of 4!

Included breakfast was convenient, suite style room was great for a family of 4, hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.

Pool area was smaller than it looked in photos and felt crowded with just 1-2 other families there. It was also very loud inside the pool area. My kids still had fun though and we were happy the pool was indoors.

Best family hotel stay ever!

The room was gorgeous and spacious! And totally sound proof. Which gave this exhausted mama a bit of a reprieve. Our kids could move and talk with out any worry we were torturing our neighbors.

Honestly, the bathroom door didn't lock. It needed to.

Friendly staff

The staff were all nice and friendly. The pool and gym were clean and in good working order. Breakfast options were great with plenty of seating. Our room was clean and smelled nice.

The only small complaint I could think of is the pillows were a little flat.

Facilities were good and exactly what we needed, the staff did let our experience down

Facilities were good

Breakfast needed to include something for gluten and dairy free, staff were no assistance at all which just made our morning more complicated as two of our family could not eat anything for breakfast Not impressed with concierge. We needed to organise a taxi or uber for the next morning to airport - was very unhelpful supplying contact details, wouldn't organise for us and contact details we did get didn't show up the next day and concierge then tells us they are typically unreliable and recommends a different service who are - why did he give us the other company details then the day before - just didn't need that extra stress when you are in a new town and needing to get to the airport - could just tell he was not interested in providing customer service.

Nice place to take the children! Excellent location, people friendly, very clean! Pretty great from all the other places we've been at for sure! Recommend !

Very good

The room was large with a very comfortable bed. It also had a kitchenette and a sofa for some extra space, which would be nice for longer stays. Staff were very friendly.

It felt pretty expensive, given the location and amenities. I would expect this price for a place downtown or right next to the airport.

Stayed one night used the pool which was nice for an indoor pool

I liked the spacious room

We had sopping wet carrot floors from what they said was the dishwasher being ran before us arriving . Didn’t offer a discount or anything

Great place to stay for a family of five.

Great room size for a family of five; comfortable beds; location; breakfast.

The hotel was not able to provide a heavy blanket/comforter for the sofa bed for the night, and there was not one within the room with sheet set provided for the sofa bed.

Home 2 Suites is exactly what the name implies. It’s home away from home and have everything I needed and everything was

cleanliness. free breakfast. huge fridge. kitchenwares dishwasher sink home like microwave it was AMAZING! thank you for the stay I can’t say enough of how happy we were in this hotel. we have been traveling several years now for our kids basketball tournaments and have been to soooo many hotels including M…. and it was a disaster. Home 2 Suites was so clean I fell asleep without putting my own bed sheets over the bed. which I never not put my own bed sheets on top of the bedding. thank you for the wonderful stay. please keep up the wonderful work. I appreciate you all more than I could say 🙏🏻

I didn’t receive my free water bottle that every other guest received 🥺 But was ok since the rest of the stay was remarkable

We were with family and the hotel suited the situation perfectly. The breakfasts were exceptional!

The breakfast was what had me decide to give you a 5 star rating.

I thought the bed linens were a little underwhelming. I couldn't figure out what the blanket? over the top sheet was.

Exceptional

Was only one problem the outside patio with the bbq was right under our room. Party’s was going on till very late evening and it was difficult to take a good night sleep and rest when party is going on next to your window. Thank you

Excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

I like the location, amenities and cleanliness of the property.

The only inconvenience about the property is the bathroom door in the bedroom which lacks a bit of privacy.

Very good

Overall a great hotel to stay. Nice location and service.

No proper doors for bathrooms (designed that way). Very uncomfortable to use the bathroom/toilet when you stay with family (esp. kids)
